Four Points by Sheraton Costa Blanca Resort

The Hotel was clean and tidy, however, its a busy place and full of families. Breakfast time was hectic and the staff struggled to maintain the pace of demand. We enjoyed the pools, the gym, and the location, not far from the town or the local attraction's. An ideal base for a family holiday.

En el gimnasio no había agua, eso sí, cuatro garrafas vacías. Dejar agua gratis está bien ya que agua de grifo sabe fatal, pero como mínimo las podrían dejar en la nevera

Aparcamiento muy bueno

No me ha gustado mucho el spa, algunas cosas no funcionaban, y no es muy grande para el precio que tiene.

Hotel was lovely, good size rooms and no issues getting beds around the pool. Theme park across the road is excellent and also the wildlife park which is about 20 minutes away. Decent selection for options for breakfast and evening meals.

Personnel professionnel même si le check in est assez long + 15min ; Nous avons testé le repas du soir au " Tapas " : la qualité n'est pas vraiment au RDV . Parking grand et pourtant vite complet : un souci car pas d'autres endroits pour se garer

El personal amable, sobre todo Rosa que nos atendió de maravilla en el restaurante!!. Un punto en contra... El aparcamiento cuando volvimos de cenar por la noche no pudimos aparcar en el parking y nos tocó pagar 12€. Por siete horas.

We had a great stay at Grand Luxor Hotel. Free entrance to Terra Mitica was super. The service was good and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Pools big and clean.

The villa was an adequate size for our family of 5. The cleanliness was not great in the bathrooms and it was a little worn in areas. Could also do with a kettle for hot water as we had to constantly use the instant coffee machine refilling the container several times so get a cup of hot water.

Ha estado todo muy bien,excepto la limpieza de la habitación del sabado k no la hicieron bien,dejaron la cama mal hecha y llena de arrugas aparte de no poner una toalla.

Faltaba aún sitio donde comprar algo y la limpieza de las habitaciones muy mal.

Estuvimos varios días, y la noche del sábado al domingo parece que estaba lleno o casi. El desayuno del domingo muy mal organizado y demasiada gente. El resto de días mejor. En recepción no son especialmente agradables ni simpáticos, en general, aunque otros trabajadores como en la entrada del restaurante o en el mismo, si lo son. Además, sigo esperando que respondan a un mensaje que les envié al realizar la reserva, 2 semanas antes de alojarme. Esa parte de la atención muy deficiente. Al igual que mal otras cosas de la estancia, como que en las villas solo reponen el café el día de la llegada, pero el resto de días no. Creo que debe ser de los pocos sitios que funcionan así con el café (capsulas y sobres, ambos). O que no hay nada para fregar los platos / vasos que puedas ensuciar (ni estropajo, ni jabón, ni capsulas del lavavajillas que sí está), pero tampoco lo limpian al hacer las habitaciones. No sé cual es la expectativa, limpiarlo con agua solo o esperar a que no quede nada limpio en la villa. O que no hay nada para colgar las toallas de ducha en algunos baños, aunque luego van con la etiqueta ecológica de si quieres reutilizarlo cuélgalo. Debe ser en el armario. Puede que el hotel sea mejor, pero no repetiría.

Good hotel, Clean

Habitación muy limpia, amplia, baño muy cómodo. Desde la terraza vistas espectaculares hacia el mar. El personal muy atento. Mención especial para Nuria y Almudena en recepción, grandes profesionales, amables y colaboradoras. Gracias

When we walked through the door, we were instantly met with two spiders crawling around on the floor. As a family who contains lots of people with a phobia of spiders, this instantly gave off a bad first impression. We thought it would stop, but they kept appearing in beds, mirrors and floors, as well as it had spiderwebs inside the villa. When we went outside to our garden, there was a dead rat outside, which is disgusting and unacceptable. The bathroom upstairs had the most creakiest floorboards we have all ever heard, it was absolutely awful and people going to the bathroom at night would immediately wake up everyone because of the loud noise. The website stated that there would be a bar, restaurants, a mini market and a «kids club» at the location of the villas, but there was nothing there and if there was, it was closed. We then had to walk 15 minutes to just get food, which was incredibly depressing in the intense heat. Not only that, but the food was average as well, which would lead to us having to drive around. (Unless you rent a car, you’d have to get taxis every now and then which would lead up to a cost). The receptionist were kind enough, and provided us with some information about the place. Our room had beds for 6 (2 double beds, one sleeping couch which turns into a double bed) but it was apparently only fit for 4 people and they charged us extra when my husband arrived (which made us 6 people in total)

Everything was was excellent apart from 2 things The Breakfast, fruit and continental were OK. But the cooked breakfast was well below par. No proper sausage, bacon was all fat very low quality, eggs always undercooked, beans cold and low quality. Tomatoes and mushrooms cooked in garlic??? The pool areas not maintained and not cleaned daily. Broken wine glasses left under sunbeds for 5 days. Unacceptable really.

I like that the rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Lots of things to do and they improved entrance sunce last year.

Cómodo por su cercanía a los parques temáticos. Habitaciones amplias y con balcón grande. Piscinas magníficas con hamacas y camas cómodas y amplias. Buffet de buena calidad y en abundancia. Salones amplios. Perfecto para familias. Nos ha encantado!

Habitaciones genial, recepción y todo super bien

Todo muy bien y el trato bueno, el colchon un poco regular y la manpara cuado te duchas se sale toda el agua, falta un trozo de manpara mas, no te duchas tranquilo, la comida y el trato un 10

La habitación estaba muy bien la limpieza muy bien un hotel lujoso pero la habitación que me dieron había un ruido a motor terrible no pude dormir en toda la noche pedí que vengan a ver el ruido y nadie vino al día siguiente hice el reclamo

Nice and quiet with good food and spacious rooms. Our only complaint is the beds are too small for 2 adults and we found the mattress not very comfortable.

Imposible dormir en el sofá cama! Te destroza la espalda. Restauracion: Calidad-variedad Vs Precio insuficientes.

We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort. My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back

Petit lotissement individuelle avec piscine. Vraiment très propre je recommande pour les familles. Au globale le bémol est au niveau de la restauration au petit déjeuné. Le chef de rang est désagréable et vrai pas accueillant. Ne parle ni français ni anglais seulement espagnol. Dommage pour un tel hotel.

Our stay was amazing and perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally diverse and offering a wide array of options that catered to all tastes and preferences. However, dining within the hotel during the evening was somewhat of a letdown. It appears that during the high season, the hotel reduces its staff, which is not a wise decision if they aim to encourage guests to dine on-site. This staffing issue led to slower service, wrong order and a less enjoyable dining experience overall. The noise from the hallway could be heard within our room, which occasionally disrupted rest we were hoping for. The bed was quite firm/old, and the pillows were uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. Despite these drawbacks, our overall experience was positive, and with a few improvements, the hotel could offer an even more exceptional stay for its guests.

Hemos quedado encantadas tanto como el alojamiento y las instalaciones, como con el personal, tanto recepción, como limpiadores, socorrristas, todos nos han tratado muy amablemente y nos ayudado en lo que hemos necesitado! Repetiremos seguro!

Was a bit far out from Benidorm, if you gad children it would be great through the summer, it gas a big theme park at the back of the hotel.

Lovely hotel next to theme park. We stayed in deluxe room very good size for family of 4 huge balcony free bottled water every day. Very good breakfast. Nice pool area. Only downside no shop Nearby and 10 minute taxi to any restaurants or nightlife. Great value for money with unlimited theme park water park and sealife park tickets included. Would stay again

Very spacious and comfortable room Plenty of variety at breakfast and always being refilled. All staff friendly and pleasant. Fantastic hotel in quiet location but quick access into Terra Mítica. Only disappointment was with Expedia … We booked an ocean view room but were given a Mountain View … spoke to an agent who was no use at saying we’d booked a Mountain View . We had no confirmation from Expedia that we had a Mountain View or I would have contacted before the holiday.

A great complex. We stayed in a 2-bed villa and this still gave access to the hotel if we wanted it. Breakfast also included. Great setup. Only 10 euro taxi to Benidorm

It’s a little out of Benidorm and you need a taxi to get down town. Taxi is about 12 euros. View from the room is beautiful. We liked the tile floors and design of our room. There were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

Fue un fin de semana increible. El hotel muy cómodo y limpio, las vistas desde la habitación preociosas. El buffet es lo mas flojito. Incluyen las entradas a Terra Mitica y Mundo Mar. No hay hueco para el aburrimiento.

O hotel tem ótima infraestrutura, está bem cuidado e a equipe é bastante atenciosa e amável. O acesso ao parque Terra Mítica é super conveniente e o parque tem atrações diversificadas e divertidas, é muito bom e equilibrado. O que poderia melhorar é certamente a disponibilidade de mesas no bar e restaurante. Tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar, em determinados horários se formam filas enormes que são bastante inconvenientes. Em determinados momentos também se pode ter dificuldade em encontrar vaga de estacionamento, especialmente na área coberta.

Laundry service wasn’t available. Hotel was under repair. Staff apologised. Any food I had there was substandard and cold. Seemed that I was the only guest for the first 4 days. Probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I’m surprised that the Grand Luxor was aiming to partner with the Marriott chain. No, I won’t be returning.
