The people that work at the front desk don't tend to sit at the front desk. Instead, they sit on the comfy couches in the lobby. While I don't blame them for preferring that, you don't really realize that the person you need to talk to about an issue is even there; you mistake them for a hotel guest. They don't serve breakfast in the morning, which is fine, but they also had zero stock in the refrigerated areas in the lobby. In other words, they had no food or drink for sale in the building either. I had to get in my car and drive a mile or so to get something to eat. However, the rooms are pretty and clean and for the price, it was an ok place to stay.

This hotel is a stripped down place to sleep and nothing more. Apparently it used to be a Hilton Garden Inn (there are still signs saying so on the building), but no more. They advertise free airport shuttle but there isn't one. There are no ice or drink machines either. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly.

The service was terrible! There was obviously no staff around at all, so if you don't need anyone for anything, you will probably have a good time. The rooms and the hotel itself was pretty nice. The kitchen/bar is not open, so don't get your hopes up.

The hotel was fantastic, lovely staff and great clean rooms, only thing that let me down was the restaurant was closed.. but the hotel is within a 5 min drive of some fast food places, so it wasnt a massive issue.

Very short staffed; 1 person on duty at a time. I mean, they were the ONLY person working that property. 16 cars were broken into when I was there. Shuttle service couldn't happen because staff couldn't leave property. No vending machines or food at all! Bed sounded like summer camp bunks. This place was a mess...I see why Hilton dropped them.

Hotel was a ghost town on one of Nashville’s busiest weekends. Property was clean and sheets and towels appeared to be clean. First set of room keys did not open door. Bar was not open, breakfast not available and front desk was not staffed overnight? A phone number was written on a piece of paper at the front desk.

They have a kitchen area not up and running at this time. They have a old beat up shuttle that looks out of commissioned for months.

Although driving to and from Nashville, I chose Nash Haus for its location. I had planned to use the elliptical machine in their gym both days of my stay—it was visible in the online photos of their fitness center. I was disappointed once there to see there wasn’t one, and the equipment that IS there is sparse and unimpressive, to say the least. Online there also claimed to be an “on-site restaurant” and sundry store. There was no restaurant, and the “store” had maybe five items. I hadn’t planned to use either one, as I brought all my supplies, but someone counting on them being there would have been irritated. There were also piles of hotel/housekeeping items in the lobby that gave it the look of just opening, or undergoing renovation…not really what anyone wants to see upon arrival. Check in was fine, and the rooms are great: very new-looking and modern. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were very appreciated, and I used both. The bathroom is bright and well lit. Despite a DND sign displayed on my door (placed there by the front desk staff), housekeeping came right in on my last day there, while I was still in bed. Not the end of the world, but the sign is there for a reason. Overall, for a 1-2 night stay, Nash Haus is absolutely fine (I stay in hotels up to 12 nights a week for work, so I’m plenty versed in the good and bad). My suggestion would be to work on the lobby looking a bit more welcoming, and ensure hotel description and amenities match what’s online.

The hotel was clean. But there was no breakfast as it stated there would be it was all dry stuff. No one asked us how our stsy was . There was no vending machines no snacks or any drinks and the only drinks tey had that was available was diet and red bulls, everyrhing was empty . The gym ypu had to have a membership to even go in there the pool was under maintenance. The room was nice but no one replaced our towels the 3 days we stayed the trash was overflowing and there was no info on anything .the staff was nice but i wouldn't give this hotel a 5 star

They had minimal staff so when we got there they had no rooms clean. We tried checking in two more times and they still had no rooms clean. The facilities were nice but that’s about it. They had a bar area and food area in the lobby but none of it was being operated. When we finally got our room it was missing a lot of restocked items and we felt like it wasn’t even cleaned well. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

I had the misfortune of being bitten by something...in bed...it was unfortunate and I can't recommend a stay.

Comfortable, clean and spacious hotel—all in good condition and efficient staff.

Desk person was very friendly and professional. She was super nice. I was worried when I saw a college sports team in the lobby with several dozen people; however it was very quiet - I was pleasantly surprised with how little noise I heard. I chose this place because it was dog-friendly - and it was except there is no grass around the hotel, only dirt and gravel. The room was okay but it looked like housekeeping skipped cleaning the shower. If a crime had been committed in that room, the forensics team would have been very happy with what was left on that shower floor. Ugh. Also, the water only got to the temp of lukewarm even on the highest setting. For an overnight trip, okay fine whatever but if this had been a longer stay, no way.

The hotel was decent but not very clean. There was trash on the ground in your room, shower floors were very stained. The water took about 15-20 minutes to warm up. Our ac also clicked all night so we barely slept. We unfortunately won't be back.

The property was within 8 miles of Grand ole Opry and didn't cost a large amount of money to use Uber services. The location was mostly quiet except for hearing some planes as it was near airport. Room was very clean and great size. Beds comfortable. Needed to sell water and snacks though.

Simply terrible, room was dirty. Towels were dirty, smelled like smoke hairs in the shower. Housekeeping went into our room before we even checked out, it was 10:30am. Hallways smelled, would not recommend this place to stay.

Overall, the hotel was okay. It was clean, the staff was nice and it was quiet. The room I had was big and comfy, but the bathroom smelled like mildew and there was small hairballs on the floor that looked like bugs at first. The bathroom was also missing toilet paper, which I had to go down to the lobby to get because they’re short staffed. They also claimed to serve breakfast, which is why I booked the hotel, but due to short staff they aren’t doing breakfast, which was frustrating since they didn’t tell me when I checked in.

The property has been cleaned up, but we found cockroaches in our room, overhead light was out, telephone didnt work, toilet was loose and toilet seat was not secured. DID like the heayed bathroom mirror that didnt fog up, Heat/AC was comfortable.

My stay was okay, i travelled with my family and their room had to be changed multiple times due to left over food on the sheets. The hotel ran out of face towels due to high capacity and I could not shower until well after noon. However the environment was quite

Everything was nice and new. Beautiful decor. The biggest drawback was the stench of cigarette the minute you walk in the lobby, and then as you enter the room it smelled like cigarettes and weed.

My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bed frame squeaked a lot and the windows didn't have full curtains to block the light coming in

The room we originally checked into had a broken bed that would fall over when you sat on it and the ceiling light where you walked in was out. We got moved to a new room because of the bed but the AC didn’t work in the new room and one of those beds were semi broken too. Also it had coffee pods and all the things to put in it, even lids for cups, but no cups. Then right as we were checking out, we discovered they gave our room to someone else and we met them at the door before they walked in.

Just had a bad smell not a pleasant smell at all I’m just glad it wasn’t in my room .. The room was perfect was small bathroom but it was a nice shower .

The airplanes were a little loud A/C was loud too

Easy check in, front staff very nice, clean room, although AC didn’t seem to work.

Staff was Courteous and Friendly but didn't give any information about what's on the property as far as workout room, coffee, snacks, etc. Air Conditioning unit in room worked but after it ran it would make a knocking noise for about an hour, had trouble sleeping due to the knocking noise. Checkout was easy and quick.

Very nice lobby, and good service, because our first room smelled smoky, but were given a second room, which was great. The beds are very comfortable and seemed new, wonderful. Bright bathroom and lots of room. Very close to the airport, short trip to return the rent a car, then brief walk to checkin/security.

The hotel is big and beautiful but the front food bins and coolers are nearly empty. There was no one at the desk when we arrived so we waited 10 minutes. After checking us in to what was supposed to be shared rooms but were not - the front desk was deserted. Calls went unanswered. No coffee cups but nice coffee maker and lots of kcups. Two towels for a room made for four. Great rooms. Top-quality beds and furnishings. Great shower and bath with really nice towels. I think we were the only ones in the whole hotel. So weird.

Good location. Easy to access major roads. Comfortable and quiet.

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. No issues there. We had to move rooms bc they oversold the first night but they fixed it for night 2 which is all I needed them to do.

We drove from Alabama for a funeral. On an already emotional day, They allowed us to check-in early to get dressed in our room. Forever grateful. Also, I use a wheelchair so space is a must. The room was spacious, soft impeccably made beds (could barely untuck the sheets, lol), clean bathroom with plenty of room for me to roll around without bumping into anything. We will be back!

Unable to check in! Arrived at 7:30pm. No staff members were anywhere at the hotel. Waited for over 40 min. Other guests who had already checked in were grabbing their own linens from the kitchen area because they had not been able to reach anyone. Completely unacceptable.

Staff was rude!

Excellent service and room, their system was down when we checked in, but they were very efficient on getting us taken care of manually and getting us into our room. By morning they were completely back up and running and continued to be very apologetic and helpful. we will be staying there again.

I have never experienced anything quite like what I encountered at this hotel. I got there at 8.30am to be told that my room was still being cleaned and it would be another 30/45minutes. This went on until 1am when I finally got my room. There were so many guests whose rooms weren't ready and when I did get to my room there was no toilet paper or towels and was cleaned at the bare minimum. The toilets downstairs had throw up in them and stayed like that the whole time I was waiting for my hotel room. There were about 12 other guests experiencing the same thing as myself. I was shocked at the treatment of guests and the chaos happening without any really recognition of how huge an imposition this was for their guests. Will not be returning and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel until they can figure out their system.

Had a reservation that was paid for, Friday-Monday. Our flight was cancelled so we got in Saturday morning at 8am, went to check in & they informed us that they gave our room for all 3 nights away due to a “no call no show”. It states that check in starts at 3 & ends whenever. We had a Morgan Wallen concert that Saturday night, we had no room, were exhausted from traveling. They did not care & had zero remorse, instead we were told “I don’t know why you’re so mad”. Luckily Expedia gave us a refund but since there was Morgan Wallen that night, all room prices were absolutely outrageous & we were not able to check in another hotel until 3. Ruined the whole trip

We didn’t get to stay, we arrived at 10:00 pm only for the attendant to say there were no rooms available - they overbooked. I paid for our reservation 17 days ahead of time, we did not even receive the respect of a courtesy call to inform us of their mistake so we could make other arrangements. When I asked about a refund, the attendant said he would “take down my name and number to give to his boss”. To add, the coolers and snack area in the lobby was 100% empty. Completely unacceptable.

It was not a pleasant experience. We arrived at 3 to check in and room was not ready until 4:30. TV did not work in the room along with the phone. We had no wash clothes in the room - got those from staff at 12:30 am that night —- never got anymore the remainder of the stay with asking over 5 different times Sunday . We continued to get that they were being washed.

It was within 15 minutes from Broadway Strip. Easy and still cheap for Uber.

Easy access to freeway, close to airport, clean facility.

This is not a walkable location but it is convenient if you have a car.

Nice quiet location near Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry. Recently remodeled. Our only issues were the refrigerator was frozen solid and our tv would not get reception. Both were not major issues so we didn’t complain to staff. Would stay here again for the reasonable price we paid for our one night stay.

Easy to navigate and close to the airport

We normally stay near the music venues on 4th and broadway, but this time we wanted to try a hotal a little further away, mostly for the price. Nash Haus is nice, clean, has a gym and is only 7 miles from the music scene, which was about a 14 dollar Lyft ride each way. Will definitely stay again. the area is mostly a few blocks of hotels so very safe and clean but not walkable.

Good location. Easy to access major roads. Comfortable and quiet.

Near airport, so convenient location.

Very cute and chic! Updated! Rooms are great! Only drawback is they have no bar or restaurant as advertised because they don’t have staff. Don’t pay for the breakfast because there isn’t any. My phone kept calling with a wake-up call I didn’t ask for. I could not get in touch with front desk. I walked down to tell them and the man said he didn’t know how to fix it so I unplugged the phone lol

This was a nice hotel. Room was clean and modern. The breakfast was packs of oatmeal so that was a let down. They only had decaf coffee in the room. They had 2 conditioners and no shampoo in the bathroom. It seems like they are still in a transition phase and when it’s complete it will be great. For now it’s good but could use a better eye on detail.

Great check in. Room was nice and clean. I was concerned that being so close to the airport that it would be noisy but it was pretty quiet. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast available. I must’ve missed that detail when I booked. The lobby area was set up for breakfast but the shelves were bare.
