This place is great. Walking distance to spots as mentioned in add. Restaurants with great Italian food like Popolo Caffe. Clean and cute room! Fare price.Only parking in street, pay the spot(blue) overnight is safe although area doesn’t look like. Check in/out easy. I would recommend this place to my friends.

It was difficult to communicate with the host, and I only received the check-in instructions after multiple messages and after involving Expedia for assistance. Additionally, at 11:15 am—fifteen minutes after the official check-out time—as we were preparing to leave, the host abruptly cut the electricity to the air conditioning and main electrical devices (except for the lighting) instead of politely and directly requesting that we vacate the property. The shower was also extremely dirty in the corners, the soap stand was broken, and no shampoo was provided (the cleaner informed us we should use the shower gel as shampoo). Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was barely functional and struggled to cool the room.

Nous avons eu la très désagréable surprise d’être sur un plateau d’appart hôtel loué par plusieurs groupe qui laissaient les portes ouvertes pour communiquer entre eux et ont fait la fête chaque nuit jusqu’à 2h du matin. Le site n’était pas acoustique nous avons passées des nuits très courtes , le manager n’est pas venu un seul fois malgré nos messages , c’est un séjour qui devait être reposant
