This is not a hotel more like a 4/5 room flat. It is just a bed and breakfast location. This is run without a reception and any staff. Only staff comes for cleaning and to provide basic breakfast. The room entry and exit was complicated and confusing. Room size and cleaning was fine. Toilet is also ok. Stayed first time in a place like this.

Stayed for a 3 night get away. Didn’t book with breakfast as spent most of the time out of the property but could not fault anything whilst I was there. The room was as described. Location was good for us. Good communication with the hosts

This hotel is perfectly located to visit the old city and the Vatican. The small number of rooms are along one corridor on the ground floor of a converted building (which seemed quite typical for the area). It is worth noting that the hotel is only staffed during the breakfast service, although the owner was very pro-active in checking in via email to make sure that we had everything we needed. If you stay here, make sure to join the indoor and extended wifi to enable you to open the doors with your phone.

Lovely room, great bathroom, central location. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and stay again!
