1) The description says there are shuttles to the airport, which was a key reason for choosing the property. However, after checking, I learned it is only available with a reservation and there was no more availability for my time. “Best I can do” is all the lady said, as they share the shuttle with other hotels. No where does description say “limited availability.” 2) the room next door played music all night long and the noise penetrated our room all night long. I called down and lady said “she’d see what she could do.” Nothing was done.

Excellent facility for our needs. We had an early flight from Asheville and needed a hotel close by with a shuttle. This was perfect. The hotel is not within walking distance of restaurants or convenience centers.

I like the hotel and staff. The location is ideal and close to the airport. Being handicapped, (walking with a walker and cane), the staff and even the guests helped me in so many ways. the shuttle service was excellent. What i didn't like, my room was not cleaned the day before i checked out.

More than 1/2 the tv channels either didn’t work or didn’t remain on for long. Housekeeping was acceptable; however, there was a noticeable stain/substance on the carpet to the left of left nightstand. I didn’t remain the duration of my paid reservation - personal reasons. Rm 114.

Great location across from the Asheville Airport, which is why I booked a room at this hotel that advertises free shuttle service to the airport. But when I checked in I was told I should have reserved a certain time because they share the shuttle with two other hotels and no more available space for the time I need in the morning!!

Dirty room. Hair on bathroom floor. Torn wallpaper in bathroom with beat up furniture. Very creepy place, I arrived late, they gave me the last room on the end of the first floor, said they couldn't accept my early mobile check-in from a 3rd party site- reason for getting only room left. Dirty& beat up?? I checked out, was planning to stay several more nights. said I would be charged for 1 more night. I called hotel.com. Waiting for resolution.

The facility was good and well kept. There wasn’t breakfast until 7:30 A.M. on our first day and nobody on the front desk to ask about it. We found a bug on the bed cover and mold in the bathroom. It is in good location, close to restaurants.

We had 3 people in our room, 2 adults and a toddler. We didn’t realize that we booked a hotel that didn’t have a bath tub at all, but we figured we would make due. The shower floor was so slippery, our toddler fell and hit her head hard, and slipped multiple times prior to falling, luckily she was fine, but definitely frustrating that if there isn’t a bath tub, there is only one safety bar high up where a young child couldn’t even dream to reach. Also, the shower door didn’t even have a handle on the inside to open the door… very weird. There was a bug in our towel, no clue what it was. Husband took a picture and tried to identify, couldn’t find anything. Lastly, I thought my husband had put clothes in a drawer, so I put our toddlers clothes in it as well. Turns out they were the clothes of whoever stayed there prior. It really made me question the sanitization process of the facility if they didn’t check the drawers… The pros were that the breakfast had boundless possibilities which was great for a picky toddler, and great for those who are watching what they eat/ wanting to eat healthy. It was a fine spot to stop for a quick sleep/ recharge before powering out down the highway but we would probably find somewhere else next time, especially for the safety and health of our child and ourselves.

I was completely satisfied with Fairfield Inn and Suites in Fletcher, NC. I booked a junior suite, which was much more spacious than I expected. The separate bedroom and living areas made it easy to relax with the comforts of home. I would definitely stay there again.

Bed was so comfy and the room was really clean. Rates were good. I didn't deal with any noise from neighbors or exterior sounds, and I never even saw housekeeping even though they always spiffed up my room beautifully. Front desk staff was efficient and helpful. My room phone wasn't working properly and the AC was pretty loud, but other than that I really have no complaints. It was a soft, safe, quiet respite during an emergency family trip. Great location too! Close to the airport and yet tucked back away from all the traffic and such.

The area was pretty neat but they were out of water for awhile so that reduced the quality of amenities. The room was comfortable but the sheets were stained when I asked the lady at the front desk for new sheets she had a terrible attitude and just flat out refused to drop some off.

I booked it thru Expedia. But when I got there after 4pm. I was told Expedia had not paid the hotel so I couldn’t go to my room. I showed my payment receipt. The gentleman asked me to call Expedia to get the payment. Finally a lady at the front desk called Expedia and got the payment. This property doesn’t have kitchen like other Marriott nearby. It’s 5 minutes to airport. Clean and quiet.

Best hotel in which we have stayed in a long while. The entire hotel seems to be kept in very good condition and clean. All staff members with who we interested we plant and polite. Especially the young man in the breakfast area. Couple of small things, little details, that were noticed, but certainly did not detract from our overall stay. Wasn’t the best breakfast I’ve had, but certainly very far from the worst.
