Our room and Q-beds were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The Halloween decor in the lobby was super cute and I voted on the best Halloween Pumpkin created by employees. Breakfast buffet was yummy and kitchen was very clean. Loved, loved, the lemon water available at all times. Loved the swimming pool and workout room too.

I arrived and my mistake, I booked the wrong room. The desk clerk assisted me getting a refund on the room from Hotels.com, booked me the correct room and all was well! I was truly impressed by their help and accomodating attitudes. Truly refreshing. The grandkids went swimming in the warm pool, we enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. It was a great mini-vacation and definitly will be back!!!! 10 out of 10 for all the emmenities....

This property was clean, strategically located, and everyone was so nice. We were in the middle of our trip and were able to do our laundry in their washers. The pool was clean and the continental breakfast was great!

I actually really liked this hotel the staff we nice the lobby was clean, the bed were very comfortable bathroom was wonderful it had nice water pressure, but the pool was VERY COLD and kinda dirty. there was nice food options around and snacks you can buy in the lobby overall I think I would stay here again

Staff was great, from desk to cleaning, breakfast 3star, BIG PROBLEM we stayed 5 night and the SWIMMING POOL HEATER WAS BROKE. Us adults could not swim! 1 grandchild got in but was shivering. STAFF WAS AWARE. One of the reasons we book this particular hotel is, it had a pool and we was staying 5 days. I asked for a discount at the desk for the inconvenience. They were not able to help. I will be calling BonVoi, and Fairfield inn corporate.

Great property. New, modern and clean, however I was giving a room with heavy cigarette odor. We are nonsmokers. Too tired to request a new room. Not a pleasant stay. Inquiry before accepting a room.

Breakfast was fine, room was clean. İnternet wifi was fine. The downside was ac, there is no heat / cool option. When i set to 75, it heats , but if temperature becomes 76 , all of sudden it starts cooling instead of heating or stopping. I start feeling cold.

Overall good, kureg was broken in room but had a coffee downstairs. full size mirror fell from door due to glue not sticking- luckily we caught it before it hit us, could have been worse, staff was very nice and did notify manager in the AM and made sure we were good.

Room was immaculate! Very nice breakfast. Our only complaint was that the mini frig required a reset every 2 hours to keep it cold. The lobby was so welcoming, and our room was super quiet.

Extremely clean, fabulous breakfast offerings, beautiful pool and fitness area, friendly housekeeping and kitchen staff. That being said, it appears the front desk staff needs coaching. The gentlemen on staff while we were there did not volunteer information as is usually done on check in i.e. breakfast serving time, pool hours. Instead we were told to call the front desk if we needed anything. No eye contact, no hellos as we came in and thru the two days and nights there. On the other hand, housekeeping spotlessly cleaned our room and replenished coffee, towels, lotion, etc. without us asking! They and the kitchen staff consistently greeted us with warm hellos, always asking if we needed anything. The water receptor by the front desk was not filled( I thought it was decorative till I saw someone with water as we were checking out) The supervisor for housekeeping and kitchen is to be commended, while front desk supervisor needs to coach and monitor staff as first impressions do matter! I do recommend staying here because both the housekeeping and kitchen staff will make your stay wonderful!

We had a comfortable stay. However, the listing for this hotel/room mentioned that it was a mile. something from Narrows Center for the arts. We planned accordingly to walk to this venue, but subsequently learned quickly that this would not be possible. That wad disappointing and unexpected for us. We ultimately called an Uber for transportation .

The room was very clean and the property was quiet. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a variety of choices. Major freeways (195 and 95) are easily accessible within 5 minutes from the hotel. I plan to stay again-this is the best hotel in the are!

And the property was extremely clean well cared for an organized. They had available 24 seven with lemon in the middle and a water container cups to free water. They had free coffee 24 seven a lovely breakfast and waffles were awesome. The eggs or two you can’t go wrong at this particular.

First of all Maps is not recognizing the address and directs to a End-of-Life or similar apparent Hospice Care facility. The Hotel is across a Home Depot and bordering an undeveloped "wasteland" followed by a Starbucks and other small processed food businesses so very typical to many US towns. The Hotel itself is clean and functional (stayed in both an accessible and a regular room) with typical average amenities; breakfast coffee and eggs are okay; rather limited variety though. Majority of guests would appear to be construction workers and tourbus groups.
