I first arrived to the location looked nothing like the pictures it wasn’t even a hotel it was a motel. I went to enter the lobby at 2:30pm and the door was locked so I rang the bell no one answered. I waited outside and finally started calling the front desk it went to voicemail 4 times on the 5th call a man answered by asking what I wanted. I explained I was there to check in after about a minute of me explaining he said he was busy and would let me in once he got back to the office. I waited about another 5 minutes and finally was let in. Then he had a hard time finding my reservation finally he found it. I then went to my room the first outside flight of stairs were closed so had to walk to the other side of the parking lot to find stairs that were open. Once I was in my room I found that the bathroom had not been cleaned and human hair was still all over the tub. I had traveled 7 hours that day because I had a lecture at Roger Williams University that I had to give. So I stayed about two hours and decided I could not stay in this so called hotel any longer. I packed my belongings and left. I ended up driving back home 7 hours that night. I would like a full refund back from this location or Hotels.com or I will not be using it again. No housekeeping. Very small. Only one set of yowels for 2 people for 3 nights. Front office locked, have to ring a bell for service and then the help is behind bullet proof glass! Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel said it had a pool online, we got there and it was filled in and a "garden" was out there, anyway i probably wouldn't have swam in their pool since they appeared to have no cleaning staff. First room we got was littered with bottles of Liquor and drug paraphernalia, second room was a little nicer but out key never worked for our door the entire stay.

Expedia moved us from a 4-star hotel to a 2-star hotel. They gave us a jacuzzi suite, but it did not have a bathroom, shower, microwave, hair blow dryer. The toilet was behind a curtain in the room. No dresser. A small chair was the only furniture. We were moved to another room for the second night; however, it was not very clean. Holes in the blanket, dirty walls in the bathroom. No way to call anyone for assistance. The lobby locked and unavailable 24 hours a day. I do have to say that the staff was very nice and tried accommodate us as best they could.

I arrived to check in, and as soon as i aproched the desk area, I felt the unproffetional treatment. This was, who I'm assuming was either the manager or the owner. This person owned a Tesla truck which was parked in the one parking spot assigned with the word "Employee" on it. Right next to it was a regular parking spot, which I decided to park because my truck was very long and it was right in front of my room. The manager/owner came out to tell me not to park there, for what I can only assume was due to his Tesla truck being there. This was insulting to me. So much so, that I checked out a couple of hours later and went to another hotel. Never again will I stay in this hotel and would not recommend to anybody.

Rooms did not look like the pictures online . Our rooms smelled disgusting to the point we went out and bought air freshener . The showers are gross and full of mold

Terrible experience. Bathroom was awful. Shower was so dirty we didn't use it. Waste of money at $190. I asked for partial credit and woman yelled at me. Avoid!

This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in 30 plus years of traveling. The blankets on the bed had cigarette burn marks, the sink cabinet had sticky brown stuff running down front of it, no toilet paper and the tub wasn’t clean. The roof in the room looked like it was ready to fall in on us. If it wasn’t so late when we arrive we wound not have stayed. So disappointed in this motel☹️

The pictures that were shown in expedia were NOTHING like how the rooms really look. First there were burn holes all over the dirty chair, burn holes all over the blanket. On the top blanket had white stains on it. Crusty white stains. Yukkk! The bathroom shower was disgusting. Stuff falling apart. Cable wouldn't work. I should have just slept in my car and saved myself $100. I wouldn't recommend.

Room was clean. Bathroom was functional but cramped. Loose hinges on bathroom door prevented door from closing all the way. No major issues. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.

Was disappointed. Beds not very comfortable. Air-conditioning didn't work. All the doors made noise when opening. The floor was squeaky .

One night stay to attend an event at the Narrows Center. The room was clean and bed comfortable. No extras, but I did not need them. A USB charging port would have been great; I forgot one and my phone died overnight. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Convenient. No body wash, just soap. Room was a little stale smelling. The bed was very comfortable and nice shower, which are two important things.

I chose it for location

We actually couldn’t stay there, it was in a bad section of town, it was old and beat up with no amenities and it was the same price as a nicer hotel.

It's quiet and good enough for the money.

Clean room, great heat, clean and comfortable bed. Great location.

For the price and proximity to newport or far exceeded what i was looking for, for the price especially.
