1 star for lying. I don’t smoke or vape and I got a call on the room phone saying a sensor went off in the room the night prior. I didn’t know what was going on so I think my confusion pissed off the guy from the front desk, he Immediately starting accusing and saying he’s charging me 200$ for smoking. I have 116 hotel nights just this year alone and I have never been disrespected this way. Blaming customers while it could be as simple as a faulty sensor is crazy.

Hotel is located in a business park which you'd think would be quiet, but the walls seem thin! We could hear kids jumping around late at night (woke us up), and someone stomping around as well. On a positive note, parking was $10. However, if you don't have the parking pass inside your car, they may tow it at 2am (was not told that initially so glad we found out.) Front desk staff were super nice - they were learning a new software system, so I suspect that will get easier for them in time. Only thing close by is a 7 Eleven so that was helpful for snacks although they do sell some items in the hotel lobby. In the am, there is a pop up Starbucks onsite. If you need to be on the East side of town, it's good, otherwise kind of far from downtown.

The hotel was great. Very clean very well laid out in the rooms. The outdoor space was the star, though lots of seating and a fireplace.
