The pool area was a huge disappointment. All the lounge beds were broken and dirty. The pool water needed sweeping. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Jeffries next door has a great breakfast. Huge portions so my hubby and I shared a meal. The pancakes are enormous.

Old motel on the outside but clean renovated rooms inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant only open for breakfast / lunch. Doors are noisy when opening and closing. Our room was in a breeze-way that amplified outside noises. Upstairs was moving furniture around for awhile but all in all a quiet night.

This place isn't as pictured. It's pretty shabby, no dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. The patio was dirty with no furniture, so we didn't sit outside. There is a pool, but not inviting. The best part was the location near the Flamingo resort and Montgomery Village. We won't be returning here.

The stay was great for my purposes, room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were dated if you are coming for a resort vibe it’s not here. The vending machines are not stocked, cute little coffee shop on site open 8am to 1:30 pm. If you want to use the kitchenette there is a fee for dishes pots etc available from front office. Office staff helpful easy check in. I will use again as I just need something clean and safe in the area.

The owners have done an amazing job renovating this property. It has those “mid 60’s” vibes but with all the modern amenities. The rooms have all been recently updated. Amazingly to me, even though it’s right off Hwy 12, I have not heard any traffic noise (and I’ve stayed in 4 different rooms now). I’ve selected rooms with the “mini kitchen” - which is great to have a small refrigerator and microwave. It would be helpful if they stocked the rooms with a few paper plates and utensils. These rooms also have an induction cooktop - so, adding a couple induction-compatible pots/pans would sure help!

The room was filthy. I can’t even believe the condition it was in. Bugs throughout the room, mold in the freezer, dirty bedding, and to top it off there was poop on the wall behind the toilet when we checked in.

Found a lot of long black hair strands in the shower. Stains on carpet next to the bed. Table and chairs old and scratched. Bathroom fan doesn’t work and old window covered by new shower wall. Office closed at 8AM when I left so no receipt

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! We checked in and immediately checked out as soon as we saw the room. This place is absolutely disgusting from stains on the bedding to stains all over the floors and chairs. This place is so nasty I didn’t even want to put my things down. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Our family went on a quick weekend trip, booked two nights here for reasonable price; it was obviously recently renovated so it should have been nice and clean however, the walls were filthy with feet prints and such. Also the chairs were banged up and the cloth was totally disgustingly dirty. The beds were very comfortable though and the lady was super nice so I hate to complain, just being honest though!

No air conditioning in the bedroom of the family suite. The AC in the main room didn't cool down that room for several hours. No towel racks in bathroom. No screen on one of the windows. Beds were comfortable. They did provide a fan for the room with no AC. We were lucky. They said they only had 3 fans for the property.

Furnishing were mish-mash and worn but not quite shabby. Carpet had a couple of large stains. BED EXCELLENT along with fresh, clean linens, and pillows. Towels fluffy and soft. Nice pool. View from second floor over pool area. Natural environs, trees, etc. exceptional. Small breakfast, lunch cafe on premises. Indian cuisine restaurant adjacent. IHOP short walk across the side street. We enjoy staying there. Each room is configured slightly different than others. VERY SPACIOUS!

This tome I was given a 2nd floor room,#205 and the traffic noise from Hwy 12 was definitely noticeable. I usually get a ground floor room when the street noise is less. Didn’t help that the door doesn’t properly seal as shown by all the light getting through..

The staff was very friendly and was expecting us upon our late arrival . He even recommended a nearby store we were looking to find. The hotel was quiet and the room was clean and spacious. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it. I was able to get a room with a view of my car, which i requested. Great experience overall, very accommodating. i would have given 5 stars but our tv in the room did not work. No channels. I think it was a satellite issue.

The room itself was nice and clean and smelled like fresh paint, and had new granite countertops in the bathroom. Since they are going through renovations, all of the old doors, mattresses, and lamps were all out in the carport, directly outside of my room, not very inviting. No housekeeping was done at any time so I went out to The housekeeper and asked for replenishment of my towels.

We stayed three nights. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I asked the office manager why the room was not cleaned, after we placed the please clean card on the outside door, and I was told the maid called in sick! We had to go to the laundry room to get clean towels. The location is great, the staff is friendly, if the could provide better service things would be great.

There was an issue with the room keys not working when we initially checked in both keys didn’t work fixed that then when we came back in the afternoon they didn’t work again no one was in the office called the number no answer fortunately the housekeeper was nearby and she called the manager had to change the key box batteries. I had to ask for bathmat and some extra towels as there was 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.

There was hardly any towels & toilet paper, only one coffee, the front desk couldn’t get the payment and deposit right. They knocked on our door wondering if they gave us the wrong room. Later they called us again about our card and made me go to the front desk, only to witness they were wrong again. We will never stay there again. I can’t believe it was $173 per night for a dive. We’ve spent less for nice hotels

The hotel was in a good location close to stores and services and there was a very good cafe on site, though it was not operated by the hotel. My room, however, was in a terrible location with my window opposite a maintenance closet, that made it so dark I had to turn on lamps during the day. The guy in the office was less than friendly and I was given no info regarding the maid service, of which there was none during the 4 days of my stay. Nor was there any written info in the room.
