Nice room. Nice area if you're looking for young and super busy. Ride elevator to lobby, then walk through lobby to another elevator to room. Not much engagement with staff. Good experience overall but a little shoehorned and challenging to find amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at the Indigo Shibuya. Loved the aesthetic and the relaxed vibe. The terrace is a lovely area to relax in the warm sunshine with a cocktail. We couldn’t fault the service and felt that this is a well run hotel. The only suggestion would be the addition of a mattress topper to make the bed a little softer 😊

Hotel was good and location fantastic. I did not like having to use two elevators to get to my room, concierge was on 12th floor so likely would not return because of this Restaurant and bar on 11th floor was amazing, great views of city. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is gorgeous. Had top floor corner room with incredible view of The Scramble and Shibuya All staff are polite to a fault, totally fluent in English, happy to assist in every way, including suggestions and reservations at hard to find speakeasy Izikayas or more well known places. Breakfast can’t be beat and ditto for the bar. Altogether an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. Can’t wait to come back,

クリスマスの繁忙期に関わらず、親身に対応してくれました。予約日程を間違えてチェックイン出来ないかと思ってましたが、エージェントの方やホテルの方々の手助けにより、なんとかチェックインできました。本当に助かりました。肝心の設備ですが、部屋の中はとても綺麗で、アメニティ、アルコールなども豊富で満足でした。レセプション階にはジムもあったので、今度また利用するさせていただく際に使おうと思います。笑今回の宿泊は素泊まりだったので、ディナーや朝食付きのプランも利用させていただきたいです。とにかく本当に助かりました。

O hotel é fantástico! Estava preocupada porque abriu recentemente e não havia muitas avaliações. Fiquei encantada com tudo! Localização perfeita, todos as áreas comuns do hotel são lindas, de bom gosto, moderno, parece uma galeria de arte. Fiquei no quarto com banheira de 30m2, confortável, ótimo banheiro, ar condicionado e internet funcionando perfeitamente. Vista do quarto linda. O café da manhã estilo buffet com opções ocidentais maravilhoso. No mesmo espaço tem o restaurante Galery e bar muito bom, jantei 2 noites. Tem um terraço espetacular. Staff muito gentil. Enfim, para mim este hotel foi perfeito em tudo, sofri muito para escolher um hotel em Tokyo e não acreditava o quanto eu amei o hotel. Recomendo fortemente.

An okay stay for the price, the hallways smelled really bad to our room for our entire duration. It smelled like rotten ramen. Could use air freshener and the comforters were not soft at all it was like sleeping in a hospital bed.

It will be difficult to find something wrong with this property. Perfectly located. I am really particular on cleanliness with hotels. This hotel was super clean and the staff there so friendly. It felt like we were the first ones to stay in our room. Everything was super clean. Bathrooms and toilet area was super clean. I loved everything about the hotel. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend if you want to be in the shibuya area where everything in that area is in walking distance from the hotel.

Beautiful room, clean, neat. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast and room service are good options. Close to restaurants and shops. Walkable to train station. It can be a little bit noisy in Tokyo so we had high floor room. Can’t really hear anything from outside except for the sirens and the police talking through the megaphone (it was not frequent).

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was a great size, it was clean and had all the essentials plus more. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet and a la carte items were delicious. We will be staying here again next time in Tokyo. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. 6 stars

Great location in Shibuya. Entry A2 to the train station is very close the main floor entrance (that is across from the Shibuya Don Quixote). Makes for ease of entry/egress, especially if you have your travel bags with you. The rooms themselves are not large, but are very clean and attractive. There is a vinyl record theme throughout the hotel as well, and albums are used as decorative items in the rooms. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if given the option.

This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so polite, and the room was spacious (King Premium High Floor) by Japanese standards. Two people and 4 roller bags fit comfortably. My only complaint would be that the bed was very firm, but that’s just a personal preference. This hotel is very close to the Shibuya subway station, and we were able to get around the city very easily using this station as a base. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re looking for nice, clean, convenient accommodations in Tokyo.

Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white.

Although the rooms are on the smaller side, it is not a significant issue, as this is common in places like the UK or Japan. An incredibly convenient location, eminently walkable, and excellent transport links to almost anywhere in Tokyo. It should be noted that the staff, particularly at check in are a little inconsistent, and after a long flight this can be frustrating: I left bags because my room wasn’t ready, and it took them awhile to locate them when I returned; I was asked to pay for the room twice because upon my return someone could not find my original receipt (the staff member had their elbow on it); I was told I had to pay a half day rate to check in early then I was told it was fine. Beyond that, rooms were clean, well appointed and otherwise good.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location cannot be beat! It’s close to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Crossing. The Mega Don Quijote is across the street and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and arcades. I spent three days wandering close to the hotel and I was never bored. Shibuya station is also one stop from Harajuku (Takeshita) and Yoyogi park! Great location, great staff, great rooms.

Tolles Hotel, welches super zentral gelegen ist. Die Zimmer sind modern und die Aussicht (High Floor) war atemberaubend. Metro Station ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einzige Kontras war, die Zimmer waren etwas klein und das Hotel war etwas schwer zu finden, da es sich in einem Einkaufszentrum befindet (gegenüber von H&M).

This hotel just checked every box for our family of 4. The view is stellar, the location is excellent and so central. There are so many good food and shopping options within the same block! And a Mega Don Quixote right across the street. The Shibuya station and Shibuya Scramble are steps away. Even my very nit-picky tweens loved this hotel. We want to come back to Tokyo and if we do, we will definitely be a repeat customer at this hotel. Nothing but good things to say.

We had a really difficult time finding the entrance to Hotel Indigo coming from Shibuya Station. The street-level entrance is not well marked. Aside from that, and the small room size, we did enjoy our stay. The room was exceptionally clean! The staff were not the friendliest which surprised us compared to the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan. The woman working in the coffee shop on level 3 was also very rude. The hotel is conveniently located to Shibuya Station and a short walk to Harajuku. Shibuya is by no means our favorite area in Tokyo, but we did enjoy our stay.

This was our first trip to Tokyo so we wanted to stay in a neighborhood that was convenient to shopping, dining, activities and the subway. This location was excellent in terms of those things. But know that this area can feel a bit like New York's Times Square. If you are looking for calm and upscale, I would suggest another area (maybe Ginza). Overall this really worked for us though. The room was clean but small (maybe average size in Japan tho). It was easy to communicate with the staff in English and they helped arrange getting our large luggage sent ahead to Kyoto so we didn't have to take it on our train and taxi to our Ryokan visit between Tokyo and Kyoto. There is a beautiful rooftop bar that we enjoyed late afternoon drinks and appetizers with a great view of Tokyo and airplanes coming in for a landing at Haneda. The decor of the lobby and rooms is very minimal and doesn't say "luxury" even though I feel like we paid the price of a higher end hotel. I didn't quite feel like the value matched the price, which is why I knocked off one star.

Lovely stay at Hotel Indigo, so good we changed our booking for the end of the trip and stayed there again! Conveniently located opposite the Don Quixote and a short walk to the Scramble Crossing, this hotel is modern, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and we only did this once as the portions were very small for the price charged. There is also no washing machine facilities, although there is a decent coin laundry a short walk away. I would stay here again.
