Refrigerator was not working and I had to find parking on the street they didn’t let us park in the driveway

Really appreciate the accommodations provided as the temperatures rose higher and higher! Thanks so much for the air conditioning!

No laundry available, no heat in rooms, used soap and shampoo.

The beds had weird stains on the blankets and on the sheets, weird smells in the kitchen cabinets, spider webs everywhere, weird smells everywhere around the house,everything just overall dirty and gross,pots and pans had rust and leftover food stuck on the bottom and the metal started to peel, internet barely works, have to park across the street, people smoke all day so there is a very strong smell of weed all the time, the family that owns the place lives upstairs and they don't let you sleep because they're up all night and their kids stomp on the floor in the middle of the night, and as we were getting all packed up and getting ready to leave the main light in the whole house had dropped on our kids head out of nowhere and there are multiple holes in the ceiling which comes to show this isn't the first time the light had fallen, we had to get our own pots and utensils because none of the kitchen items where clean and washed properly and the neighborhood was very old was very unsafe and definenetly not child proof and the beds are very uncomfortable and dirty, and the price isn't fair either because your spending your money somewhere that you litterally can get sick, and get some severe back, neck, and shoulder pain. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!

It was a great place! Wonderful for our family. The only thing was parking. We had to park over across the street and down a little bit but other than that it was great!

The suite was nice, and the bed and bunkbeds were comfortable, however the fan in the bedroom did not work. The lack of privacy due to the yard being used as staging for an event next door was a bit jarring, and would have been good to know before hand, in addition the event was quite loud into the early morning. Otherwise very convenient to transit and last -minute essentials!

The property description is misleading and photos are false advertising. This property contains several suites with significant differences yet combines all room photos together. The photos depict a large suite with a full kitchen, etc. The suite we actually received only had a hot plate/ microwave in an unheated common sunroom. To present photos that are not at all representative of the suite avaliable is misrepresentation. If multiple dissimilar suites are presented in a single ad the photos must at least be labelled to indicate the suite number to which they apply. Expedia is liable for sustaining misrepresentation on your site.

Great potential, but very poorly maintained and cleaned. The place desperately needs some TLC and a thorough deep cleaning. For a rental suite it is not well cared for. REALLY did not appreciate how i booked it on a “reserve now, pay later” basis with the “knowledge of what said was a good cancellation policy and turned out to be a complete lie. I was charged in full immediately and was unable to cancel without loosing half of my money. Kept the reservation purely out of a refusal to give them my money for nothing. Would not stay again based solely on that dishonesty.

Clean n safe

The property was cleaned but the bath tub had some moulds around the corners and on the edges. For our 5 people booking there were one queen bed (for 2) and one bunk bed for 3 (the upper bed was good but the lower bed of the bunk bed (for 2 persons) was not very comfortable and spacious enough for 2 persons. But I would say it was good for that price and for a short stay.

The only good things I have to say is that the location was convenient for all of our activities and the host left it unlocked for us to check in late. When we arrived we noticed hairs on both beds. Hoping it was just loose while they cleaned. An ant on the bed. Just assumed it was a one off. The bed was very uncomfortable. The place is worn and dirty. The walls, baseboards, shower. I had read reviews of black mold, not sure why there was black stuff in the shower I hope it wasn’t mold. And I had dropped a chip on the floor unnoticed. When I saw it a few minutes later it was swarming with ants. No idea where they came from but we were just uncomfortable and icked after that.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Such a eerie, moldy smelling, dusty, unsanitary place. Save your cash. The beds dont even have box springs. Its such a dark depression vibe. Doesnt even have a TV! some "pitiful" family suite.

Very clean property to stay with family. Though in the basement the heating takes a while but then place became really warm on a cold day . Also initially there were issues with the TV but we got assistance in person.

Photos were not like the actual place. There was no TV, no couch and the beds were not made when we arrived. (They were left folded on the bed for me to make.) The beds were rock hard and I felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood. The first night a doorbell or noise went off in the main house around midnight which woke up my kids and then made me feel uncomfortable the rest of the time with how easily noise was heard. I would not recommend this place if you have kids.

A great place to stay! Very affordable and spacious, with big rooms that can comfortably accommodate a group of 7–8. Perfect for families or groups traveling together. Highly recommend!

There is no dishwasher. Microwave is old. The bunk bed is very wobbly.

Is a suite in the bottom of a house. Neighbors of the house and people in upstairs extremely loud. Very limited kitchen supplies

We were a family of 5 staying; 2 couples and our Mother. So this suite was perfect for us. It was clean and sufficient. Landlord responded to our needs very quickly. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We are family of 7 and the place just right for us. It’s quiet and safe around the area. Closer to the grocery store and gas station which we liked the most. The owner will send you the code to unlock the door if you are arriving past the check in hours. We had a good stay.

Inside the apartment is clean but it was a basement suit and outside was not that good. Actually would not book it if I realized it is a basement suit at the time of booking. It was not possible to cancel as property owner charged 50% right away, not refundable! On 2nd night, at 10:30pm, after we came back to the B&B, all of a sudden the power went out in multiple outlets, among them the fridge, microwave, charging stations were not working. The landlord did not cooperate even though I mentioned my medication depends on cold storage. He came to fix it next day after 11am after my husband called him. Such irresponsible!!!

Very clean property to stay with family. Though in the basement the heating takes a while but then place became really warm on a cold day . Also initially there were issues with the TV but we got assistance in person.

To start we chose to reserve now, pay later feature but yet my card was charged instantly. This stopped me from being able to print a receipt and caused some confusion. The suite was filthy and the television didn’t work, no plug for the tub and all around disappointing experience. When contacted the manager he did nothing to rectify the situation, instead asked us to purchase a new remote and he would pay for it. The home wasn’t even swept, never mind being mopped or wiped down. Awful experience and I wouldn’t stay with this property again.

The host responded quickly to all my messages, which was very helpful. The location was great, and the place was quiet and peaceful, so I was able to relax well. I’d love to stay here again next time!

Budget family pack. we stay during night only . nice and quirt. recommend for budget stay!

L’emplacement est très loin du centre-ville de Vancouver et la durée des trajets en transport en commun sont très longs (2hres). La salle de bain était sale et le reste de l’appartement était correct. La pièce extérieure (solarium) n’était pas chauffée donc impossible d’y manger le matin (il faisait froid lorsque nous sommes allés à Vancouver). Le propriétaire n’est pas très compréhensif. Nous avions loué 2 nuits, une à notre arrivée et l’autre à notre départ. Nous avons voulu annuler notre deuxième nuit après notre premier séjour et il a refusé de nous rembourser même si ça faisait à peine quelques jours que nous avions réservé et que nous avions de bons motifs (nous voyagions avec un jeune enfant et il était malade dans les transports en commun tellement c’était loin).

Perfectly suited our needs in a safe and quiet area. We would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed the outdoor patio. It was peaceful. Thebbeds were comfortable.
