Hotel maravilhoso! Quarto gigantesco e luxuoso, staff amigável, spa excelente e localização ótima. Cama e chuveiros excepcionais e a arrumação é impecável. O café da manhã é bom, mas há pouca variedade para um hotel 5 estrelas. O spa costuma estar sempre cheio, nossa sugestão é que o acesso seja feito mediante agendamento para evitar muita gente no espaço. Mesmo com essas ressalvas, o hotel é muito bom e nos hospedaríamos novamente.

The building is interesting and rooms are stylish, in a quiet part of Budapest. It is however not value for money. I waited for one hour to check in(arrived at 16:00, not exactly too early). The jacuzzi in the spa was not working. Otherwise you pay to enter - a small pool and sauna. Worst part of my stay was that a staff came into my room at 21:30…. Even for a house keeping it is late. Food is mediocre. So all in all not a good value for money, though it offers an alternative place to stay in Budapest.

Refined luxury in a very comfortable hotel. Everything felt new and fresh, big room and excellent toiletries. Breakfast and sauna/pool not included with our room and prohibitedly expensive, but there was free gym access and great location meant lots of delicious breakfasts and meals nearby.

Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional. Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.

One of the days the room wasn't cleaned at all. On other day they took one of the big towels and the floor towel and didn't replace it. We end up with one towel and with no floor towel. The breakfast is not as we used to in 5 stars hotel. The room itself is very good. The spa area is very nice. The hotel is 25 min walk from the center, but they gave us 10 tickets for public transportation... it's very nice.

My youngest daughter and I had an amazing stay! As an interior designer, I was truly impressed by the thoughtful setup and the beautiful preservation of the building's architecture. The service and cleanliness were top-notch, and although we only got to try the kitchen once, it was fantastic. The spa was incredible too. We'll definitely be back – but next time, just my wife and me! 😂

Beautiful hotel. We stayed as a family. The bathroom doors were all glass as was the closet/dressing area which was weird. Traveling with teenage children and the only dry place for privacy to change was in the toilet area. They should add a curtain at least in the closet area so you can pull it across for changing. We stayed in the junior suite. Also, would hve been nice to have more English channels. MTV was the only thing available in English. Close enough to main attractions. Public transport is less than 4 min away (the hotel gave us tickets to ride for free). Hop on hop off bus stop is about a 13 min walk. Overall I would recommend as they do have a great breakfast, pool table, spa facilities and was a beautiful spacious room.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is great. Everything we asked for was quickly and extremely courteously handled. The main reason for this review is the concierge, Krisztian. I sent a text while we were traveling asking their recommendation for getting there from the airport - he quickly responded that he could arrange a car service for us from the airport. Once we arrived, he greeted us at the door. During our stay he was great with suggestions on things to see and how to get around. After our stay, we were departing for a Viking River cruise - but had conflicting information on the boat’s location. My information from Viking had 2 locations where the boat could be docked and we were nervous about a cab ride which may have left us short. Krisztian was able to locate the ship - in a third location - and arrange a cab for us. He personally went out to meet the cab and explain the location to the driver. We were dropped off in the perfect spot with no issues. Had friends who arranged their own transport and they got dropped several blocks away and had to drag luggage until they found the boarding ramp. Kristian’s outstanding service made things easy and saved us time and stress.

We were so disappointed with the service. I don't really know what was the reason for that but we were not welcomed with the welcome drink and couple who arrived 10 mins after us got glasses of champagne. Staff speak really poor English and in some matters we couldn't even communicate wich should not happen in this type of 5 star property. Breakfast was also really poor and they didn't even provide slices of cheese. Staff in breakfast area also have problems with communication in English and we had to wait like 20 mins for the dishes we ordered. Its nice that they have menu option to order hot dishes but the dishes when ready were laying in the kitchen and becoming cold and less enjoyable and I had to ask whether I have to pick up the dishes on my own. We also ordered latte and we were waiting 40 mins for the coffee which was not even delivered despite the fact that I asked again what's up with the coffee which is not acceptable in this type of accomodation. Room was nice but had its drawbacks. Overall the stay was really mediocre and I was really shocked that service this poor can happen in 5 star hotel. One thing that I was happy about was service in the spa area even tho I got a shredded bathrobe that was obviously changed for another one. The young man at the pool took really good care of the space and guests. Don't know if all this was due to my young age (im 22) but in my opinion everyone should be treated same way.

Prior to arriving we arranged private transport through the concierge at the hotel. This was very straight forward and done by email. The journey from the Airport takes about 30 mins by car. On arrival at the Hotel we had a very warm welcome by Christian the conciege who organised the transport. He is extremely helpful, professnal & friendly. The reception staff make you feel very welcome with a glass of Proseco. The hotel is very modern with a good mix of old and new architecture and furnishings. We had a suite which was very spacecious and comfortable with a neutral calming deco. There is everything you would expect in your room from a 5 star hotel to make it a comfortable stay.The spa was nice however smaller than expected missing a steam room and the pool was cold but invigorating. (Not used to a cold pool). Spa staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately more than three swimmers it will become crowded. The spa was a bit of a let down as this was part of booking the reservation for this hotel. This did not effect our stay just a little dissapointing. Breakfast was very good with ample choices to choose from and a small Al'a Carte menue The waiting on staff are friendly and polite. The hotel has plenty of relaxing areas to if you get chance. Getting into town can bit of a treck for the less mobile. Its at least a 30 min walk to the Christmas markets however local transport is close by if your happy to use. A taxi costs roughly 3000 Forint (£7.50) one way.

I loved this hotel a lot and staff was super lovely, the only minus comes from the fact that during my stay i noticed that cash was stolen from my bag. This place was only one where i left my bag to be delivered to my room and when i left that wallet in my room ,so im a bit suspicious about it. Also the fact that hotel never answered my feedback i left in their website about this. Otherwise i truly loved it.

Fantastic, modern, super-cool hotel. Feels like it’s just recently opened as everything seems brand new. It’s about a 40 min walk to the tourist centre but much quicker if you take the excellent public transport (nearest station a five minute walk from the hotel). The area immediately in front of the hotel is recently renovated and very nice but elsewhere is a little run down.
