Fantastic hotel - huge room and felt luxurious. Great value for location, very central. Also in a lovely building with popular cafe/restaurant.

Breakfast was served in the 26 degrees restaurant, not owned by the hotel. I rate that 0 star. Staff was not friendly, observant, servicemined. A guest tried five times to get the staffs attarion but they ignored here. When she finally got her breakfast they almost threw it on the table and without look at her. When we arrived we had to wait 20 min to order. Just croissant and a main dish. Staff had their phones, they where looking at their phones, standing with arms crossed. The headwaiters had ”normal” clothes so one did not know who was working there or not. One girl was standing twisting her hair frequently. We sat close to another table and staff walked behind us all the time into my chair, instead of round our table. No goodbye or anything when we left. They maybe are an instagram phenomenon but no nice vibe at all. Even if you are a popular place the guard should never go down. Opposite, try to get even better. You don’t just buy food, you also buy an experience. So I will not choose the hotel again due to the restaurant.

A nice and good hotel close to centre. You also got a small bottle of Hungarian sparkling wine for free.

The room was dusty. The bathroom had silver fish and ants. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to control as it kept changing on its own. We could tell the room wasn’t sound proof. The bed was very hard. The restaurant was good but pricy. No breakfast was included. We also thought we would have access to pool or hot tub or sauna but couldn’t find any of it. At one point when we came back to the room one bathrobe was missing along with one of our keycards. The reception replaced both but it left us wondering what happened and why. The location is amazing. The hotel is not bad but definitely overpriced for what you get.

Amazing experience! Fabulous hotel in great location. Really helpful staff. We were in the Presidential Suite which gave us great space as a family plus the added surprise of a sauna, jacuzzi and table football. Fun time!
