This hotel is absolutely fabulous! It is open and welcoming, clean and modern, but conveniently located to all the historical sites. The food at breakfast was outstanding, as were the dining staff. There is 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. Parking in the hotel garage was free. Most impressive was the hotel staff, who made amazing recommendations for dinner and took the time to answer questions about their beautiful city. Special thanks to Domi and Mathild. We will be back!!

Hotel Vision was in the perfect location for us - near enough to walk to most places but far enough away from the very busy tourist strip. We stayed in a standard double that had a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. This did make the otherwise quite spacious room feel a little claustrophobic. The air con didn’t cool the room as much as we would have liked but we could open the door to the balcony so it wasn’t an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned regularly. We were left a hand written welcome note on the first night (we stayed for 5 nights), a bottle of local wine & a chocolate each on the pillows. The lobby area was vast and mostly unused which made us think maybe a bar (separate from and more comfortable to sit in than the tapas restaurant) could be a welcome addition. The spa too was spacious but only housed a sauna and very small gym (a few free weights, treadmill & bike) but plenty of seating. Maybe a jacuzzi or steam room could be considered. We had breakfast one day only and have to say it was incredible. One of the best buffets we have ever had. We would stay again if we ever returned to Budapest.

Hotel was really clean and staff were friendly. Location is right on the river and if you don't mind walking you won't need to use public transport. Bar only opens on certain evenings!! TV only has news Channels in English and screen share with phone didn't work. All in all a really nice place and would recommend.

The hotel was located well and easy for boat trips. Irish bar at rear entrance to the right was a bonus as very few bars to just get a beer without being asked for food. Room was good other than a foul odour from the shower as you entered room 313. Bar facilities are poor as not open every day and this was not mentioned when booking hotel. Breakfast good and staff very informative and pleasant. Partyon whilst staying and this over took thecoffee area as for some reason a photographer took the area over making it rather awkward getting drinks.

A beautiful, contemporary hotel with multi-lingual, attentive staff. After mentioning our Expedia status, we were upgraded to a much larger room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great location right next to the Danube. Excellent gym. Great amenities including two bottles of water daily.

The level of cleanliness is shocking. The room was not cleaned during our entire stay at the hotel. The floor is so dirty that it is really unpleasant to walk on without shoes. We asked several times but to no avail. The room itself is also small and you can hear noises from neighboring rooms at night and even the residents walking in the room above. I really do not recommend staying at the hotel.

Great place to stay on the river and it’s near all the tourist spots. We walked nearly everywhere from the hotel. It was easy to get an Bolt/Uber or use mass transit if we went further out. Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows really need to be replaced (we just requested additional pillows to make up for it). Plenty of room to unpack your suitcase and hang/store your clothing. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Any requests were quickly attended to. Highly recommend. We would stay there again on our next visit to Budapest.

Our stay was amazing at this hotel there is nothing bad I can say about it. From check-in to check-out including booking us a table for dinner Domokos was brilliant. Our room was fantastic, great views over the Danube, cleanliness was spot on, plenty of space and a really comfortable bed. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Budapest.

The Vision Hotel is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Budapest. Great location on the river and easy to find from the express bus stop direct from the airport. The hotel is close to all tourist areas of interest, and has a great restaurant downstairs. The room was lovely, great use of space and lots of room to put your things. Shower and toiletries were fab. They also have a pillow menu to choose from - just ask at reception. A lovely area downstairs with a complimentary coffee lounge. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and would choose to stay again. Thank you x

The staff of Othman de, Dora and Matild were excellent at check in and out and all concierge duties. Outlined on a map how to get around and main wonderful attractions. They were helpful in arranging nice clean and safe transfers. Petra was also so nice with emails prior to arrival. Breakfast staff were amazing. Great coffee and food. We will be returning.

The place was clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff was awesome. I messed up when I booked and it ended up being two reservations with a night in between missing. The staff quickly got on it and managed to keep us in the same room. Great staff!

The hotel is good however it is let down by the hot breakfast items which were never hot in fact they were cold every day no matter what time you arrived for breakfast. The staff were also not interested when this was pointed out to them

From the moment we arrived, Hotel Vision exceeded our expectations. A complimentary bottle of wine (one-key gold perk) was waiting for us on arrival as was a small box of chocolates and a hand written card. We received a welcome cocktail at the Tapas Fino restaurant which was delicious and had a fabulous view of the Danube. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower pressure was great. 24hr complimentary hot drinks in the lobby are a nice, generous touch. Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff at Vision couldn’t do enough for you and were always friendly, polite and professional. Location wise, everything we wanted to do and see was within an easy walking distance.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when we got the hotel! It has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating. The staff were lovely and ever helpful. They suggested some great local restaurants nearby and were always there to help. If we ever needed anything they would be a phone call away or there was someone at the reception ready to help. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean with modern decor. Housekeeping were fantastic and never bothered us early in the day like other establishments where we have stayed before. I would 100% recommend Hotel vision and will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great. The front desk people were especially exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful when it came to the accommodations and places to see and restaurant recommendations. Also, our flight was delayed by a day and they helped us arrange for another night at the hotel during a very busy time.

Fantastic hotel located right next to Donau. Excellent service. Everything seems new and clean. Great breakfast with view to the river. Public transportation station (tram along the river) two minutes walk away. Main shopping street 2 blocks away. Can’t fault this place. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The best hotel we stayed in Europe. Nice facilities, clean and good size room, great coffee machine. Comfortable sitting area on ground floor with coffee, hot chocolate, and teas. There's a business area with printer. Best location, close to Chain Bridge and metro and bus stops. Within 10 minutes walk to popular sites like Central Market, fashion street, Christmas markets, and lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Lovely hotel right on the Danube. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was a little expensive, so we decided to eat locally and found a cute breakfast place, the Kahwa, about a 3-minute walk from the hotel and headed in that direction every morning. We spent the days exploring and found a lot of great restaurants for dinner that were within walking distance of the hotel.

I unfortunately had to quarantine the entire 5 days that i stayed here due to having covid. However, the staff was so kind and accommodating to help with this. They don't typically offer room service but made an exception for me. They were fast to bring me any supplies that i needed, asked how i was feeling, and even offered to go to the pharmacy for me. The location was very convenient ans the food was wonderful. When i indefinitely go back to Budapest, as i did not get to experience it this time, I will absolutely be staying at Hotel Vision.

Das Hitel Vision hat wirklich tolle Zimmer und die perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip. Das Restaurant Tapas Fino ist am Abend super. Auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt zeigt sich jedes, dass das Restaurant für das Frphstück zu klein ist und der Service am Morgen stark zu wünschen übrig lässt. Nach Beschwerde haben wir zu viert dauerhaft einen reservierten Tisch erhalten. Das darf nicht sein und schmälert den positiven Gesamteindruck. Da hilft es auch nur bedingt, dass der Preis für das Frühstück rückerstattet wurde. Der Ärger bleibt.
