Limpieza de la abitacion buena, personal del hotel amble. En el área de la alberca mejorara iluminación ya que estaba un poco tenue. El único detalle es que el estacionamiento no esta en el edificio, hay que desplazar una cuadra para estacionar el carro, es parte del hotel y es seguro. Pero en general está recomendable. En mi experiencia.

En general la propiedad bastante bien, sin embargo el fallo en el elevador complica mucho el acceso dentro del inmueble. Si principal ventaja es que se encuentra en la parta mas turística de la ciudad

Great location for restaurants and museums. Elevator was not working (as warned in the listing) but 4th floor on hot days was not enticing. Pool was very cloudy. Staff was helpful in getting us into a room on a lower floor -- thank you for that. Independent coffee shop right off the lobby was convenient and good coffee. Interior courtyard is charming. Good shower pressure and hot water! Thank you for help holding our bags and getting us a taxi on our last day!

Excelente hotel para hospedarse estando en Mérida! En cuanto a ubicación, está a tan solo unas 3 cuadras de la plaza principal de Mérida, por lo que todo lo que es el primer cuadro te queda cerca caminando. La limpieza y atención en general, excelentes! La atención del personal 10 de 10, muy atentos y serviciales! Las instalaciones y habitaciones están excelentes! Únicas cuestiones que surgieron durante mi estancia pero que para nada afectaron la misma fueron que la tele nunca funcionó debido a que comentaron hubo problemas con el proveedor de cable. También, en mi habitación nunca hubo agua caliente, pero sinceramente con el calor de Mérida no la necesité. Asimismo, el internet solía ser un poco intermitente. De ahí en fuera, todo perfecto! Definitivamente, si vuelvo a Mérida me voy a volver a hospedar aquí!

Fantastic location. Beautiful appearance. Nice staff. Great coffee shop on location. Not great maintenance around facility. None of the fountains or pool waterfall operational. A ton of mosquitos and NoSeeUms around property, including in the rooms. Pool had so many dead bugs on surface it was unusable.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were always willing to help, offering advice about our stay and even storing our baggage when we needed extra time before check-in. The hotel itself is a very pleasant place to stay, with a beautiful garden and a great location.

Nuestra habitación le faltaba limpieza, toallas, había basura... Y se ve q alguien se tomó las botellas de agua de cortesía. Pero si estaría bien una limpieza y mantenimiento. Esta muy dañados los muebles.

Me encantó, súper limpio todo, los empleados súper amables y dormimos muy rico! Está en el centro de Mérida y puedes salir a comer, súper cerca en los restaurantes yucatecos y también hay como subway y burger king :) por si van con niños

Iba en viaje familiar. Renté 4 habitaciones. En la habitación de madre y hermana , una con 3 camas, la primer noche notamos cucarachas en la habitación, la respuesta del staff del hotel fue darnos un lata de insecticida, y la promesa de fumigar al siguiente día. El siguiente día por la noche al regresar a la habitación, había aún mas cucarachas, bajé a recepción y respuesta fue la misma, darnos una lata de insecticida, y “que durmiéramos como pudiéramos”, nos dijo que no había más habitaciones para cambiarnos. El recepcionista del hotel fue grosero, y nada empatico, le faltó verbalmente el respeto a mi madre, a mi hermana y a mi, nos dijo que durmiéramos entre cucarachas hasta las 9 am del día siguiente. Al final nos cambió a una habitación de 2 camas en el 4o piso, el cual estaba totalmente vacío. Nunca en la vida volveré a este hotel ni lo recomendaría. El resto del estar y recepcionistas de mañana y tarde muy muy amables.

Decent place, a little dated but clean. WiFi didn't work at all. Rooms have option to connect to adjoining room, which meant that there was no soundproofing between rooms. Very pleasant staff.

A perfect location for my needs. However, I never had hot water - 5 days of cold showers! My room: decent size, good A/C & great to have a mini fridge, but very hard bed/pillows, no sound proofing (I could hear the person in the next room snoring), & needs some maintenance attention. For the most part, the staff is really welcoming, kind, & helpful (though no one was eve able to effectively manage the hot water issue). No coffee in room or lobby & coffee shop attached to property doesn't open until 7 or 8 - so buy coffee/breakfast the night before if you have an early excursion.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y el servicio del personal magnífica sobre todo la chica muy amable y dispuesta ayudarte. Las habitaciones siempre están limpias, el colchón un poco duro pero de ahí en fuera sin duda volvería

El servicio es lo mejor, todos súper amables, las chicas de recepción súper lindas y atentas. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada en el corazón del centro de Mérida, frente a la plaza Santa Lucía donde hay muchos restaurantes muy bonitos. Al hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento por ejemplo el elevador no servía. Lo recomiendo y definitivamente sí regresaré!

Mal trato del personal ! No tenemos ganas de volver y lo peor llevamos gente por que pensamos eran amables fue horrible. El chico Brandon Carrillo de recepción muy despota y sin resolvernos. Nos cobraron 500 pesos por 5 min en lo que bajamos del elevador. Que el check era 12:15 y bajamos 12:18 por el elevador que estaba ocupado y bajamos las escaleras por esos minutos nos cobró 500 pesos cuando nosotros fuimos pacientes por la tele que no servía ! El clima que goteaba Etc y ellos poco tolerantes por 3 o en min de más ! Y grosero frente a la gente

Everything was ok until check out.. i stayed for at least a week and the final day of stay they overcharged late check out feee.. for 30min late after check out time, 12 pm. The customer service is non existence , the cleaning staff is great and the facilities are good. They never tell you upfront they will charge for 30 min late check out.. For sure never go back to this place

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado y céntrico. El personal es amable pero es insuficiente ya que muchas veces llamas a recepción y nadie contesta. La alberca todos los días estuvo sucia, al igual que los camastros. Solamente dejan un rollo de papel sanitario en la habitación y hay que llamar para que manden más pero nadie contesta.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado y céntrico. El personal es amable pero es insuficiente ya que muchas veces llamas a recepción y nadie contesta. Me encantó, súper limpio todo, los empleados súper amables y dormimos muy rico! Está en el centro de Mérida y puedes salir a comer, súper cerca en los restaurantes yucatecos y también hay como subway y burger king :) por si van con niños

Excelente hotel para hospedarse estando en Mérida! En cuanto a ubicación, está a tan solo unas 3 cuadras de la plaza principal de Mérida, por lo que todo lo que es el primer cuadro te queda cerca caminando. La limpieza y atención en general, excelentes! La atención del personal 10 de 10, muy atentos y serviciales! Las instalaciones y habitaciones están excelentes! Únicas cuestiones que surgieron durante mi estancia pero que para nada afectaron la misma fueron que la tele nunca funcionó debido a que comentaron hubo problemas con el proveedor de cable. También, en mi habitación nunca hubo agua caliente, pero sinceramente con el calor de Mérida no la necesité. Asimismo, el internet solía ser un poco intermitente. De ahí en fuera, todo perfecto! Definitivamente, si vuelvo a Mérida me voy a volver a hospedar aquí!

Nos fue bien lástima que el acceso al hotel sea por la banqueta o la calle se complica porque la están reparando, que según nos dijeron ya tienen tiempo con este problema. Recomendamos que revisen los wc porque el agua se pasa. Tuve que moverle al tornillo para que no sucediera. No es bueno que se desperdicie el agua.

Nice staff. Very tranquil. Excellent breakfast. The courtyard and pool is very nice and picturesque. Well maintained only slightly worn. Don't flush your TP type of older legit mexican hotel. Worth it to walk right out into the centro shops and restaurants. Walk to Paseo de Montejo. Was perfect for us very comfortable convenient and safe.

A perfect location for my needs. However, I never had hot water - 5 days of cold showers! My room: decent size, good A/C & great to have a mini fridge, but very hard bed/pillows, no sound proofing (I could hear the person in the next room snoring), & needs some maintenance attention. For the most part, the staff is really welcoming, kind, & helpful (though no one was eve able to effectively manage the hot water issue). No coffee in room or lobby & coffee shop attached to property doesn't open until 7 or 8 - so buy coffee/breakfast the night before if you have an early excursion.

We loved this place. My family of six had a great opportunity to stay in this quaint, lovely place. Pool was a great hit with my younger ones. And being in the center of town was definitely great place to walk around. Great breakfast and friendly service by Sebastian. All around highly recommend this lovely place.

Location,location location! Its a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops,coffee. You can walk everywhere. The one thing we did not like at all is the parking(if you don’t need a car great, but we needed one) You have to walk about 2 blocks to the parking area. No one will bring your car. You have to call the front desk ask them to open the parking lot wait there until someone comes and opens it. As a guest it’s too much of a hassle especially on tired days of walking and sightseeing and of course you have to carry all your luggage or whatever you have.
