En general no lo calificó bien, porque la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, es una grosería qué no te avisen, ni deberían de abrir, te arruina unas vacaciones, tenían plan con otro hotel, pero para nada es lo mismo, el horario era restringido. La habitación era pequeña y el baño no tenía buena pinta, el cancel atoraba, el lavabo esta afuera junto a la tele, no había cobijas, ni teléfono para hablar a recepción. El personal muy amable.

Es un hotel agradable, lamentablemente sin seguridad ya que se puede entrar a las habitaciones por las ventanas, además encontramos cucarachas cerca de las camas, y cuando nos acercamos al personal para comentarle lo ocurrido, no le tomaron la importancia debida.

De entrada nos estaban diciendo que no estaba nuestra reserva y que no tenian habitaciones, se arreglo pero de haber sabido ni me quedo, inseguro cualquiera entra al hotel esta al paso y no tienen personal de vigilancia ni nada, las habitaciones muy muy austeras, era de noche y todo se oia de los pasillos

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the airport or the city centre. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was really powerful. The air conditioning was also great. WiFi is weak at time but mostly reliable and if you have a room away from the main road, which was my case, no noise can be heard overnight. Reception staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was ok, not wonderful. Basic continental with an almost decent coffee. Breakfast staff work really hard and are also very pleasant. There is supermarket two blocks away and a known convenience store across the street. There was no fridge in the room but it didn't impact negatively on my overall impression. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it for its cleanliness, location and comfort.

Beds quite hard and pillows were like rocks . Only a sheet on the bed (no blanket ) . It was quite cold with AC . Had to turn it off during the night a few times but then back on as it would get too hot .

Me hospedé varias noches con mi esposa y mis dos hijos, la Sra que está en recepción tuvo una pésima actitud con solicitudes que se le hacían, como pedir toallas extras para mis hijos ya que en la habitación solo había dos, y no quería proporcionarlas, diariamente teníamos que ir a recepción a pedirlas, a pesar de que cuando me las dio le comentamos que no se las llevaran, en general cualquier pregunta que se le hacía contestaba de mal modo. No hay comunicación telefónica entre habitación y recepción. En contraste el personal de el restaurante y del jardín son muy amables.

Guardia de seguridad prepotente y grosero. No hay señalamientos de estacionamiento en el lugar no te dejan entrar al hotel en auto hasta que hagas check inn y no te lo explican. El guardia nos trató como si fueramos a robar o a vandalizar el lugar. Hizo que nos regresaramos y salieramos de las instalaciones hasta que tuvieramos la tarjeta del cuarto, aun cuándo la reservacion ya estaba pagada y confirmada en linea.

Basic hotel with no real amenities except for a pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was toast, fruit, juice and coffee. But there is also a limited paid menu for other items. Location close to main avenue and food options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of our request for ground floor room. Easy check in and out. Good for the price.
