The staff was very friendly and the check-in was very quick. The room was very clean and when i needed extra linen there was no wait. The pool area was clean and it was heated

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and it was nice that the couch folded out into a bed so our 8yr old could have his own spot. My only complaint is that the pool was not heated. Pool room nice and warm though. I hung out while my son swam. Interstate was noisy at night buts its prob just my issue as Im a light sleeper. Prob same amount of noise at other hotels in area.

This was the cleanest place i have ever stayed. Physically everything was clean but also there weren't any bad scents in the air. It was quiet too. My husband really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Plus it was nice having a mini-kitchen in the room. Shower was wonderful and it was nice having an adult size toilet. Can't say enough good things.

The room had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. However, we were disappointed that the pool isn't heated.

Everyone went beyond to get u what u need. And the mgr and staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and warm for my grandbaby. I would tell everybody that they need to stay here. Great place.

Was very pleased when I first walked in I was greeted. Told me when breakfast would be served, the hours for the pool and the 24 hour fitness gym. Beds are very comfortable and the room are very nice and clean.

Enjoyed the firepit with my group. Had an opprtunity to unwind after the IU football game. Had to change our reservations for 4 rooms ... no problem. Had late check in no problem.

This site is absolutely not biker friendly. A terrible storm came through and the front desk supervisor refused to allow us to park our motorcycles under the canopy. He was extremely rude and hateful! The bathroom was a mess and dirty as all get out. The pumps were broken and the bed sheets were dirty!

I did find a fly in my bed and one near the coffee in the lobby!

Our room was not ready when we got there so we had to go and away for 2 hours and then come back. There was dust/ dirt on the top of the refrigerator and the cabinets and there was hair in the shower. Then went to make coffee in the evening and there was mold in the Keurig coffee maker. Took it down to the front desk and they didn’t have a replacement but stated they would have the manager contact us in the morning. That never happened. When we went to check out the next day I again reiterated what we had found and again was told that the manager would contact us. Also, that because we had book thru a third party there was nothing they could do for us. Still haven’t heard from the manager.

Stayed here for business. Musty carpet in room 311 and issues checking in. Came back 2 hours later to check in.

We liked the ease of check in location and breakfast area and the location of elevators. Room was very clean and equipped with amenities.

Property was clean and modern. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The coffee was outstanding! We drank decaf at night and regular in AM. Nice to have it available in lobby. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room allowed 6 people to stay, which is really nice. It had a big nice microwave, kitchen sink, utensils, bowls, dish washer, and a full size fridge! It was so nice.

The smoke detector flashes every few seconds and was directly in front of the bed. Very annoying when trying to sleep, especially since the flash is very bright. The bathroom does not have a fan vent. So much steam and dampness added to the room after 2 consecutive showers. The room was, however, very clean. Beds comfortable.

Room was clean; sliding barn door for bathroom does not provide full privacy. Walls/doors seem thin-could hear hallway noise and rooms next door as if the connecting doors were open. Food at breakfast was fresh/hot and nice variety to choose from.

The water temperature was luke warm not hot. Noise from upstairs for about 3 hours. Sounds like things were falling. Loud noises and banging. There were people running in the hall way on our floor.. noises were interrupting sleep and while my daughter was doing her homework. Attempt to call front desk but no one answered. Checkin staff was nice and friendly.

Great room size and amenities, would stay again

I absolutely LOVED our room. Spacious enough for our family. The built in kitchenette was a game changer. The spacious countertops were perfect! All in all, we will DEFINITELY be staying at this chain again. The price was perfect. Amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was perfect for our busy family. We've already boasted about Home2 Suites on our social media platforms, and encouraged other traveling families to search for this chain wherever the go! Definitely our new go to home away from home!

The Hotel was amazing but the walls were as thin as paper. granted, we were close to the interstate but the traffic noise was crazy loud. We could also hear the people next-door talking. The flashing light up above the bed was really distracting as well.

We loved you stay at Home to Suites in Columbus, Indiana. We stayed in a King 1 Bedroom suite and it was amazing. Very spacious, with nice kitchenette. We were very tired travelers and woke up refreshed and ready to continue our travels. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again in the future.

2ND shift desk clerk was outstanding at making us feel welcome and was very polite and just good at his job. All employees were nice.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We needed 5 rooms and check in was quick and efficient.

The facility was fine. My rating of Terrible is because of front desk staff stating a couple of our reservations for multi nights (2 queen configurations) were going to change after 1 night to a king configuration. The 2 reservations we had were for families of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). King configurations would not work!!! What was also really frustrating is the staff, after informing of this change that was going to take place for these reservations, was very non-professional and indicated when asked how this could be within our 2 reservations, "that\'s just what the computer system does. There is nothing that can be done." When I tried to ask politely "how can this be, while being really frustrated, the front desk staff member threaten to kick me out of the facility because of my frustration. I insured her my frustration was not personally directed at her, but at the Home2 Suites in how they could supposedly change my reservations room configurations within the middle of our stay!!! She continued to insist there was nothing we could do about it and again threaten to kick us out. So I left the situation to my wife to workout with the front desk. Finally, a different staff member showed up and started looking into it. Long story short, he worked it out so nothing changed within our reservations. Not sure what the crap ultimately really happened on the Home2 Suites side of the interface between Expedia\'s reservations and the Home2 Suites system. Very Frustrating!!

Didn\'t get the room we reserved. Was told that Expedia overbooked and we were given an "upgrade" to a King Suite. We needed the extra bed in the double queen suite.

The hotel is very nice. However, I had to wait for an hour at the front desk for checking-in. Their internet was down, but I understand things go wrong sometimes.

We have used Home 2 suites many time due to large rooms size for a family. This great location right off hwy 65. Place was filled with groups of young teens running around everywhere. Guess there is a baseball tournament in area. I would check if any events if you want a quiet night.

Home2 Suites are the best. No matter what state these hotels are wonderful. Clean, fresh, soft beds, great breakfast with several things to choose from. Check in is always a breeze. Yes I will return.

We travel between South Dakota and South Carolina on a regular bases with a teenager and 2 large dogs. Its hard to find a nice hotel in a nice area when traveling with pets. This hotel was fantastic! It appeared brand new... I\'m not sure if it was or not. I don\'t throw around "Excellent" but this hotel was. Even the morning breakfast was great. My husband loved the biscuits and gravy, I had the ham, egg and cheese croissant, our daughter had fruit and yogurt. They even had gluten free options. Every one was pleasant to work with. Will absolutely stay there again on our travels.

So clean, smelled fresh. Comfortable bed and pillows. Mini kitchen, well stocked with dishes and Utensils. Nice gym. Hit breakfast was mostly cold.
