Spotless. Friendly service. Parking lot was well lit. They had a security guard there as well. Not sure if it was a problem area, but it seemed fine . Only negative is that you can’t walk anywhere from this hotel.

First night two vehicles close to ours had windows smashed by thieves. No one cleaned room after first night, bath towels not replaced after first night. When I called for replacements second night, desk person said “all we have is wash cloths, come get them yourself at front desk”. Terrible service for a Hampton Inn.

The hotel was excellent! Incredibly well maintained, super clean, quiet, just a wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful... great location, great parking A hotel! We will stay at this hotel on our next visit to Charlotte, for sure! Highly recommend you stay here, too!

Do not stay here. Front desk mentioned “high security” after 10. Not sure what the security was doing since the next morning we saw 2 people with broken windows in their vehicles and there was a car parked next to us with the doors open and someone passed out in the drivers seat. Hotel was overall excellent but the area is obviously dangerous and high risk for break ins and theft. Would not recommend.

Hotel was immaculately clean! Very comfortable and quiet. Hot breakfast was very good! The staff was super nice. One of my best traveling experiences of late. Would definitely recommend - although it was not as near to the amphitheater as I thought (that was my error).

Super nice staff at check in. Was extremely convenient as I was driving all night and didn’t get in until almost 3AM🙈 bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was to be desired when it came to being clean. Did the job as to a place to sleep. Great staff 🙏

The room had a foul smell, the pull out sofa bed was stained. Didn’t use it. Overall the room appeared clean but the smell and stained mattress spoke volume. Sorry but I can NOT recommend this hotel anyone.

The location was good, Building was quiet, even though it was full. Housekeeping could do a little better on cleaning. You could tell they only look at the main area. There was dust bunnies and bits of things around the furniture and in the corners.

We came in town for a concert and stayed one night. The second we walked into the hotel I could tell it was extremely clean.Our room was great, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean.Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again at our next concert.

A huge bed bug was in one of the pillows and when reported to the lobby the manager told me to contact Expedia for a refund and that it is normal to find that type of animal in NC. Im still waiting for the refund…

So, I stayed two nights. It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast was good and it is conveniently located near all the appointments I had. However, my ONE COMPLAINT is that my room had a fridge and a microwave. The fridge was broke and had a very bad smell that made the room stink. We let the front desk know and stay said that maintenance would come by at 8am to look at it. They never showed so, we talked to them again about it and the young lady said the guy would be up around 11. My family and I left for two hours and came back the guy still never showed. All the food I bought for the fridge went bad and the fridge was never fixed. Highly pissed off about that. I didn’t ask for anything but the fridge to be fixed so my kids could eat without me spending a lot of money and it couldn’t be done. I’ll think twice before I stay again

The staff was kind, the facility seemed new, breakfast was great. The air conditioner didn’t have a normal fan setting so it would just go off and on all night. If it would have just stayed on that would have been great. It also only seemed to cool half the room so we still slept hot but the area around the AC unit was freezing.

The reviews were right on this. Front desk staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and nice. There's a Super Target and lots of shopping and dining options within a mile radius. Would stay here again, but would ask for a room on the front side of the hotel. 495 is right behind it and it was really loud. We just kept the fan on the heating unit and drowned out most of the sound. We were so tired it didn't matter, but for light sleepers could be an issue. Overall lovely hotel and staff.

The receptionist was amazing, friendly, and suggested a place for my husband and I to eat (to which was amazing). She checked in via text message to make sure our stay was going well. She is amazing. The property was clean and quiet. The room was wonderful and was spacious even for our puppers. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

When we arrived, our room was not ready even though it was after check-in time. We had a concert to go to, so we had to all get ready in the lobby bathroom. Let the front desk know that we would be checking in late since our room wasn’t ready. Said that would be okay and she would make a note. When we arrived back at the hotel after the event, the person at the front desk didn’t see anything about a note of late check-in. Luckily they still had a room. However, we never were able to receive a key because the system was shut down so someone had to stay in the room the whole time or else we wouldn’t be able to get back in unless asking the security guard. The staff was super nice, but it was frustrating that our room wasn’t ready until after 5:00 pm when check-in was at 3:00 pm.

I rated our stay average because our room was clean but never got service for the 3 nights we stayed. When my husband asked the housekeeper, she gave him only one towel. Our sleep was average due to the less than pillows we had on our bed. The breakfast area was too crowded with kids due to a cheerleading conference, no fault of the hotel. This led to the breakfast area overcrowded, messy and food horribly picked over. Since we did not hang the do not disturb sign on our door, the least we could have gotten was a room that was cleaned or refreshened daily.

Do not use Orbitz to book with this hotel. Despite having confirmation numbers, etc, there was no record of my reservation upon arrival. I then stood in the lobby for over an hour after midnight while Orbitz and the hotel front desk staff attempted to resolve the issue via multiple phone calls and failed attempts to check me in...all the while with very little regard for the fact that I had already paid for the reservation yet couldn't access a room. Never experienced anything quite like it.

My family had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous, accommodating & professional. From check-in to check-out everyone made their best effort to make us feel comfortable & welcome. Isaiah & the others at the front desk were exceptional in addressing every need that we had. Will definitely come back for future stays.

Constance and Imani were excellent fromt desk personnel. However, there should have been more than one cook or breakfast server. She should have had help so there was no delay on food readiness and cleanliness. Nevertheless, she was pleasant, respectful, and professional ststing shebloves what she does. Lastly, it was disappointing that they ran out of towels. After a lomg day amd work-out, I jad to wait on ful ahower until next morning. I then jad to go to ceont desk for towels that were not available until 1000.

Quick check in after spending the day at the airport and dealing with delays and a canceled flight. Family of 4 with one special needs young adult. Front desk clerk was awesome! Kind and quick and extended our check out an extra hour which was tremendous after our ordeal. Breakfast personnel was also helpful helping me get food to my kids the next morning by providing me with a sturdy tray to carry our food upstairs and answering all questions!

Absolutely wonderful stay with this being our 2nd stay in a week. The property is perfect , rooms are clean and updated . Bri at the front desk is personable and she goes out of her way to make your check in experience flawless and even remembered my first name on our return stay.

I stayed here to attend a concert with a friend. The venue was only 12 minutes away and had no problem getting a lyft ride. The room was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There were plenty of shops nearby and I did a little bit of shopping before heading home during my stay.

The hotel and room are clean. The woman who checked me into the hotel was friendly. The computers were running slowly, but she managed to get me checked in fairly quickly. There are a lot of food options in the area. You are right of the interstate, so easy access, but it does mean traffic noise. There is also some kind of mechanical noise right outside my room, so it is noisy inside the room. It is right across the street from a residential community. It saw broken beer bottles in the sidewalk. Other than that, they area seems fine. Overall a good hotel. Worth the price.
