This appears to be a new property. Everything is comfortably modern. Great amenities, such as a spacious lobby with a variety of seating areas, workout room with free weights, machines, and a peloton bike.The pool has nice seatig, and the rooms spacious.

This is a hotel I stay at frequently. I spend more because I love to sit out by the fire pit. I was extremly disappointed that no one could get the fire working during this visit. Had I known that would be the case I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel. The workers were amazing, but still, I did not get what I paid for

First off the room was great!! Very spacious. Very comfortable… The Bad, spa tub was broken , They need better breakfast!!! I’ve had better at other hotels and all this food was microwaved… They had biscuits but no gravy…..Make your own waffles, and Old fashioned Oatmeal…. They need to step it up especially for it being run by Hilton Hotels!!!…Otherwise stay was great… Outdoor fireplace was wonderful…….

Excellent place to stay. Good size rooms with kitchenette. It was only two of us, but it was everything we wanted at a good price. There was a variety for breakfast and the electronic key through the app is great! Highly recommend.

I would really recommend this hotel! It was very clean and very friendly service. I was there with my family visiting a very sick granddaughter in Devoss. We didn't have to worry about a thing while at the hotel. Breakfast was very good and always hot and fresh coffee no matter what time of day. The hot tub could have been hotter but that was the least of our worries at the time. Staff was very friendly and gave me cooking options in their grills and hot plate and skillet they let me use . Thank you so much, if ever in Grand Rapids again we will definitely stay at this hotel again 😊

Firdt of all, I will say that the place felt luxurious. I enjoyed that I could make dinner in my room. Now, the minor criticism: - The shampoo dispenser in the shower was either nearly empty, or the hand pump did not work very well; not a deal breaker - When I rolled down the black-out window shade, it came off the track; I fixed it - There were some splotchy little carpet stains near the roll-out desk/table; not a big deal, as otherwise, the room was very clean - In the pool area, the plastic knob that controls the whirlpool jets was broken in two; not a big deal, because I figured out how to make the whirlpool jets work for my use; you can buy a generic plastic knob for less than ten dollars at a hardware store Other than those very minor things, I thought the place was great. I would and probably will stay again. Thank you.

The rate was very reasonable, the location was great. The service was friendly and prompt. The breakfast was good. The only issue was that there were quite a few small ants in the room -- in the bathroom, in the kitchen area and even on the table near the sofa.

This was the best stay for us on our trip. Room was spacious and ample and we'll stocked kitchen area gave us the option of meals in. King bed comfortable and staff pleasant. Free breakfast was adequate. We would return.

Nice area, right by a plaza with a Target. Clean rooms. Only complaint is that sleeping at night was not good. Could hear everything in rooms around us, but also the appliances were constantly making noises (shower head dribbling, fridge ticking, etc.). Made it very difficult to get a good night sleep and is the reason I may not return if I have other options.

The lady who checked us in took pleasure in telling us our room was not yet ready. We were there at 3:15 and check in is listed as 3pm. She told us it would be ready between 3-5. It’s get manner and the pleasure she seemed to take in delivering the news. While we sat and waited in the lobby we heard her behaving in the same manner on phone calls as they came in. The property is nice, but this person should not be the guest’s first encounter. We will not stay here again as there are multiple (3) other hotels in the immediate area.

We only stayed for one night. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet nook on the edge of town. Even though the interstate is nearby, you would never know it. Easy to get to and near a lot of restaurants and shopping, even a movie theatre.

Room was nice and clean loved the kitchen area. Bed was a little hard for me but not horrible. Breakfast definitely could use some help. All the whole grain and wheat was not tasty at all. Eggs were cold.
