Check-in experience was pleasant. This hotel has EV chargers, Tesla charger and J1772 charger. Enough to get you 80% or higher overnight. Rooms was sized really well for double queen. Kitchen was good size. Breakfast was really good.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay at this hotel and would stay there again if we are in the area. The breakfast was great and the employee working in that area was on top of everything and very courteous. Our room was quiet and large enough to accommodate our family. The pool was amazing and felt warm, which is rare for hotel pools that we have stayed at in the past. Overall pleased with our experience.

The pool didn’t work. The internet was out for a month. The staff was very rude. If someone was wanting to use the pool they had to go outside in the cold and go the the Holiday Inn and use the pool. I will never stay at this Motel and I will tell others

Excellent stay and I look forward to returning! The fire pit was a pleasure and the breakfast was very nice.

I was pleased to find that they had a charger for my car. They were tucked away in the back rather than more prominently, but at least they had it.

The pool was closed but they had made arrangements with the property across the parking lot for guests to be able to swim in their pool. This will always be my go to property.

Very nice rooms, Corel easy to find and breakfast was wonderful! The pool was not usable, which was a big disappointment for my granddaughters.

Nice clean hotel, all the staff we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice sized and had all the amenities we needed. Pool was clean and warm, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay here every year on our way to Cleveland. Always clean and nice and conveniently located near the interstate.

The room needed a deep cleaning. Otherwise everything was good.

We stayed in a Home2 in Owatonna on our way to Canada and it was perfect. So we thought we’d be safe booking this one on our way back. We were very disappointed. We arrived late after a long drive. The lobby was nice and seemed clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Check in was quick. Our room was gross. When we first walked in we were all shocked by the overwhelming smell of air freshener or cleaning product. The floors were sticky in both the entryway and the bathroom. We always check the beds for bugs and though we didn’t find any signs of bugs, the mattresses were stained all over and there were crumbs and dirt on top of the bed skirts. The cushions on the pull out couch were stained and disgusting. There was something sticky splattered all over the AC unit. The shower had cracked caulking, pink mildew, and rust all along the bottom of the door and in the corners. The glass of the shower looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. We all had trouble sleeping because of the strobe light (the smoke detector) that, as other reviews have mentioned, flashes every ten seconds all night and is positioned right over the beds. To top it off, breakfast the next morning was inedible. No, I did not complain or mention any of these issues to the staff. We (myself, husband, four kids and our dog) arrived late after being in the car for 11 hours, and were told upon check in that the hotel was sold out. So we chose to deal with it instead of trying to move rooms or possibly hotel

Really clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. The pool area was broken though which was inconvenient.

Not the best place to stay. When we pulled out our couch bed the mattress was stained and gross! When we went to the front desk to ask for a new room they were very hesitant to get us another room. They finally did. When we pulled the table out in our new room in the morning for breakfast it was filthy and had definitely not been cleaned by housekeepers.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location seemed safe. Construction on US 40 at the entrance was kind of a pain but that isn’t the property’s fault and is temporary I’m sure. Would recommend and would stay again.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful

Nice large room, clean and well equipped. Especially liked the full size refrigerator and movable table, which made eating much easier and cleaner compared to a standard hotel room setup.

This is a very nice option in Richmond, Indiana. Nice spacious room with a small kitchenette and a sofa.

Very nice motel. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The only irritating thing was the smoke alarm blinking all night right above our bed. Maybe you could move it?

The smoke detector in the bedroom has a strobe light that flashes every few seconds and it is placed directly over where your head lies on the bed at night. It is so bright you can see it through your eyelids. Additionally, NOBODY wants a barn door on the bathroom so that you get to share your bathroom experience with your travel companions.

Great room, good location, thin walls and floors not sure I've ever stayed at a hotel where you could hear through the floors above and the walls that made it seem someone was in tbe room with me. Very uncomfortable feeling.

The room was nice and comfortable with lots of space.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the pillows were TOO SOFT; no matter how many adjustments we made with the pillows, and constantly moving around, just couldn't get comfortable. Therefore, we did not have a good night's rest during the entire stay.

Long day driving, arriving very late. Staff friendly, helpful, personable. We panicked as our cat was over the long trip and hid to point we were concerned he got out of room. Tashaun was professional and reassuring giving us some tips on where he may be hiding in the room. She was spot on and we were able to sleep peacefully knowing we hadn’t lost our pet! Every aspect of the Home2Suites was excellent- staff, kitchenette, beds, cleanliness (not easy as a pet-friendly hotel), water pressure, toiletries.

Stay was great ! Clean , very friendly staff , room layout was amazing . Diana was very friendly and helpful at check-in and through out the stay . She always had a smile and asked if she can help me with something .

Hotel tell me over booking so no room for me that night, I need book another hotel, I already fully pay the room rate still no room for me. this is very bad experience.

I had an awful experience at Home2 Suites Hilton, booked through Expedia. I reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived late at 11:40 PM on September 26, I was given a room with just one bed. I was traveling with someone else, so this was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff had the audacity to hand me bed sheets and towels and told me to make the bed myself. Really? At that hour? I expected better service, especially from a brand like Hilton. If you value your sleep and comfort, steer clear of this place. They need to improve their employee training and customer service. Very disappointed

Checked in around 7p, no one was at feont desk for about a half hour. Cleaning staff was available, folding sheets in the dining area....but front desk was unavailable, short staffed to save money i spose. Windows have some debris all over them like wet newspaper.

Room smelt revolting! Had a family and staff was not helpful to change rooms as wanted to put us in a room that had only one bed which didn’t work. Wouldn’t honor their “if not happy your nights free”

We have stayed at Home2 once before and it is very clean and updated with good amenities. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast could be improved as the breakfast sandwiches were pretty dried out. We did enjoy the waffles though!

The place was amazing. Super huge rooms with excellent kitchen facilities. Wonderful helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were a little disappointed at the minimal hot breakfast selection, though what was available was great!
