We had a very nice stay. Rooms have kitchenettes but no utensils or cookware. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you intend to use the kitchenette you’ll either have to bring your own or go shopping.

We always stay at My Place when we are in Green Bay. Its a clean, friendly hotel with only one drawback......if your going to be needing ice, bring your own. There are no ice machines so you have to use the refrigerator in the room to make ice. You'll get about a dozen cubes every couple of hours. Other than that, great hotel.

The staff here was exceptional. My only “complaint” is that any hotel I have stayed in with a kitchenette they have dishes and cookware. Not here, I had to purchase and then toss these items.it would be a help if they stated that they do not provide these items.

We rented this room for two nights. Getting our laundry done was a priority. The machines worked perfectly. I needed a rest day. The room had a comfortable bed, padded desk chair and recliner. The recliner was a treat especially appreciated after 10 days of travel. The full size refrigerator with freezer was just what we needed to prepare for the next leg of our journey. This hotel turned out to be just what we needed. The only thing missing was breakfast, the lack of which I believe is chainwide.

Overall our stay was nice. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We have stayed at other My Place Hotels and they have provided cookware on request. We had to ask more than once to get it and the front desk was very confused when we asked about it. We will return but we will be bringing our own cookware for use to avoid that hassle.

Room was mostly quiet and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the toilet seat was broken, like falling off and the shower had hair all over it. The mirrors in the bathroom were not clean. The property is feeling run down and unkempt on the interior…. A little effort in cleaning and maintenance would go a long way.

The AC unit was so noisy, we turned it off! We suffered with the heat rather than listen to the noisy compressor. There was dog poop behind the chair. When we told the desk clerk in the morning, she apologized profusely. Shortly thereafter, the manager contacted me. He too was very apologetic and promised to address both issues. He gave us a future complementary stay. I accepted because I felt his sincerity.

I have stayed here before in 2022 in August no problems. I was there this weekend August 12th-14th 2023. I walked in the room that was given to me I immediately walked in and it smelled bad. I told the young man in front he said it could be the air freshner they use. I said no way. he changed my room walked in the stench was still there. The room itself is clean the hotel is clean but the smell was really bad. My husband pointed out they allow dogs. I said thats what the smell is a wet dog smell. There is carpet and unfortunately I know its not as easy to keep up in a high traffic areas. I sanitized the room and bought an airfreshner during my stay. Put the room on COLD to try to eliminate the stench which did go away after a few hours. But If you are a picky person like me the stench is there in the hallways. My husband did tell me next time get a hotel that is not pet friendly. But most of the hotels are. Again the smell went away. I would say get rid of the carpet. But the hotel itself is clean.

Overall, room was fine. The bed was on the firm side, which I’m not our preferred choice. Blind was broken but was able to get it to be functional. The WiFi and tv didn’t start working the morning of our stay until 8:30. My husband was supposed to be working at 7:30 so this cause a delay and frustration for him.

We stayed because of the proximity to the EPIC Event Center & we were NOT disappointed. The front desk staff was helpful & the rooms were spacious & fabulous with working stovetop, full size refrigerator with ice maker & plenty of storage to keep things out of site. Beds are extremely comfortable. 10 out of 10 for us.

My son and I stayed here for Packers Training Camp, and it was pretty much a great experience. We were within walking distance for Family Night. Having the kitchenette was handy for when we didn't want to go out. My favorite thing was the recliner because it gave me a comfortable option to relax without laying on the bed or sitting in the desk chair. My only complaint would be that internet was spotty (both WiFi and getting my own signal; not sure if it was because I was on the ground floor); and unlike most places with kitchenettes, there were no dishes, utensils, etc. It wasn't that big of a deal; I just picked up paper plates and plastic utensils at the store, but using the cooktop might be an issue without pots/pans, etc. But overall, it was perfect for what I needed, clean, polite & accommodating staff, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

This Hotel by far was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival as the heat in our room wasn’t working. Desk staff were notified and immediately came to the room to check, called the manager who arrived with maintenance within 10 minutes, and they changed out the entire unit to give us a nice toasty room. Whole issue was resolved within less than 20 minutes. Staff were very courteous, and helpful. Hotel had options for you to purchase many typical items people may forget, and for snacks in the lobby. Was about a 15-20 minute walk to Lambeau field, which was fantastic when not wanting to fight the traffic! Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend!

Our toilet was clogged when we arrived. Called the front desk and they made me come and get a plunger to unglog it myself. They have a stove and sell cutting boards and spatulas but there are no pans. For a place charging $500 per night i expected better. Only reason its higher than a 1 star is because the room itself wasnt bad

Hotel was not a $489 a night hotel! It cost $2200 for 2 rooms for 4 people, 2 nights and this hotel is not really close to Lambeau and neighborhood is dangerous at night. We were chased back to hotel from Andruzzis Restaurant the night of the football game by some thugs. If u stay here use Robert from Uber and Lyft.

This property is quite new and very convenient to the sports venues in Green Bay. You can walk to venues for events, football, baseball, hockey and curling among others. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Good place to stay if you want to go to the Green Bay Packers game. Walkable and far enough away that if you were leaving soon after game traffic wouldn’t be bad. Near some shopping areas too. Facilities were good with the exception of little to no hot water in the shower. Good value for a two night stay if you book in advance.
