Really good experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. We at at the bar inside hotel very nice and great food definitely recommend staying here. The only negative thing is bed was alittle firm but that just my preference but was still comfortable!

Room was not cleaned properly as dirt and dust on the floor in the bath and the shower walls were not clean either. Stayed over Thanksgiving and no maid sevice so room remained uncleaned nor made up. In room coffee sucks (Starbucks and Green Mt). Hilton could do better for $200/night rates.

The Haywood is great. Super clean inside and out. The staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Easy walk to downtown and several food places as well a grocery store within easy walk. Very impressed with this stay.

Room was great, my husband hate the pillows, he had to take the pillows off the couch to be able to sleep. The air in the room seem like it wasn’t working correct, we had to turn the air down to 62 because we both woke up in sweat.

I have a couple of concerns. First Brittany was great Friday night for check in very wonderful customer service, now the rest the staff was ok. Housekeeping gave me a bath towel I won’t give to a homeless person and they left plates in the room from Saturday morning until I took them down today at check out. And the girl that work the front desk this morning Monday for check out HAD NO customer service. But overall it was a great stay…

Service was horrible, hosts were horrible, everyone acted approached my wife and I with a demeanor as they were so much better than ourselves. You'd have thought we had the plaque from the outside looking in. Beds were comfortable that's about all I'd have to say good about this venue. We'll never be back if our life's depend on it, we'll sleep in the truck before I give this establishment another dime of my money. Disappointed is an understatement.

We had someone next door to us making loud noises till 1:30 in the morning. I called the front desk at midnight and they didnt take care of the problem. I asked them for a later check out time and they wouldn't work with me, and they claimed I didnt call. I guess you have to record or video everything to get the correct service. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it.

The hotel was beautiful. It was perfectly located for walking everywhere in the downtown district. Our only disappointment was waiting and waiting for a chance to eat breakfast. We finally gave up waiting for the refill of food and left to go elsewhere to eat. The staff, the room, and the location was great, though!
