Its a newly constructed property with kitchens in every room, which was perfect as we were traveling with an infant. We had a problem with the bathroom door which was fixed immediately. My son also enjoyed swimming in their heated pool!

This hotel is quaint and boutique like. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. The pool is lovely with a fire pit nearby surrounded by atarondeck chairs. If you are not sure about booking trust me I read all the reviews and so glad we stayed here. Great value for money.

New property with an almost full kitchen! The only item missing is a stove/oven!! Fresh, techie, upbeat but still homie feeling, and just plain fun! Games to play in the lobby (a couple of books as well). Coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Swimming pool and bbq area! Also outdoor furniture that surrounds a fire pit. Very awesome place!

We enjoyed the pool being opened 24 hrs, the couch area and table in the room, the game room on site, and the delightful breakfast. I wish there had been a jacuzzi to relax in and I felt there should have been a bench in the downstairs bathroom. We were a bit concerned when one of the elevators was out and the fireman said it was happening for the 3rd time. We also experienced a power outage and I wish there had been a back up generator. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again

So this is my second stay at Home2 Suites, overall it is a great set up, the fact that it is pet friendly is a bonus. My only concern is that it is not being cleaned very well. Room and elevators/halls had quite a bit of accumulated dirt. I would suggest in pet friendly rooms maybe do the couches and chairs in vegan leather instead of cloth as ours was covered in hair. Flooring would be easier to clean for staff if you lost the carpet and only used engineered flooring. Only mentioning it because it was definitely not well cleaned, otherwise it would have been 5 star.

The room was very nice and roomy. The toilet still had spots of urine on it so had it recleaned. There was a bit of mold in the seat in the tub . I had a handicap room . The front desk was great . The kitchen manager that worked on Thanksgiving was very friendly and kept everything supplied including coffee ,creamers and made sure everything was stocked. The person working on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and same person worked on Saturday after Thanksgiving was a bit grumpy and food ran out, silverware, dishes, coffee, and people were getting upset. I know it is a busy time of year so maybe more staff ? Overall I enjoyed the visit and would stay again .

Nice hotel, clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly. The only downside is that they clean the rooms only every second day. It seems petty that Hilton tries to save a buck this way. We do pay for the room for every day and expect the service to be daily.

We liked that there was a fully stocked kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ freezer, and stocked utensils and plates/bowls. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good even though there was some waiting for it to be restocked. Room door could have been sealed better to prevent noise from hallway. Overall very enjoyable stay. Would stay again.

This Hilton property is pretty new. So aesthetically, it's still in good shape. The carpets throughout are the typical "hide a stain" ugly pattern, but at least they are in good condition. The breakfast bar food was mediocre. Don't eat the little omelets. They're nasty. But the rest was fine. It's free, so you really can't have high expectations. The lobby coffee is available 24/7, which is a bonus in my book. It's pretty good coffee for hotel coffee. And again, free so even better. The only real issue with this place, and I don't know that they can do anything about it because it's likely a result of the initial construction. You can hear people thumping around in the mornings. The thumping was loud enough and resonated throughout the room so I honestly couldn't tell if it was people on my floor or people on the floor up. It was enough to wake me up each morning. And again, I don't know that it's fixable. It was pretty annoying. I'd stay here again but would insist on a 4th (top) floor room. Maybe that would help.

We came from the Home2 suites in San Francisco North and those employees werr the rudest employees ive ever witnessed at a Hilton affiliated Hotel. I booked with them trusting myself and my kids would have a place to stay when we arrived, when I went to check in they said I still had to pay for the room even tho I provided a receipt to them showing I paid for the room already but it was pending... They failed to acknowledge my receipt and told me unless I had another form of payment to pay for the room again they would cancel my reservation. Which I didn't have another form of payment and had no more money to pay twice for the room so in the end my kids and myself ended sleeping in my car for 2 nights. The manager had 0 concern or empathy towards the situation and did not help me at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The front counter folks were friendly, competent, and funny! When I was offered waters for my wife and I, he responded to my comment that I'd prefer something a little stronger, he smiled and suggested egg nog with rum! I love folks with a good sense of humor! The stay remainded very positive throughout our 2 days. Thanks to all the good people who made this trip special!

This was one of the best stays at a hotel that we have had in a long time. The staff was excellent. All requests were acknowledged and fulfilled immediately. The morning breakfast, especially the waffles, was great. The parking was very easy. Being able to have our dog with us was a very big bonus. Thank you so much to the staff at Home2 Suites.

The entire week I was there for my daughters wedding and Christmas I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the people upstairs. I asked multiple times literally every night I was there to be moved to a different room but was told there was nothing available and at no time did they go up and talk to the people upstairs to tell them to be quiet. It wasn't until my last night there that they said I could move rooms but I was only able to move right then when they called me and unfortunately I wasn't at the hotel at that time so I wasn't able to move. They staff was kind each time I talked to them but I do feel like management should have done something about the noise every night I was there.

Stay here! Great jumping off point for San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Los Osos, Cambria, Paso Robles, and more. Staff is very friendly and room was very clean and big. Would book this again the next time I'm there!

convenient location close to freeway and shops like dollar tree. Away from downtown Atascadero for the quietness but still close enough (1 exit) to enjoy the convenience of shops and restaurants. Room is clean and sizable with large sofa for extra relaxing space.

Everything was nice except breakfast. The breakfast was awful! I went down for breakfast at 6:50. When the breakfast area was opened at 7, everything was lukewarm. The sausage was wet (not sure if it was grease or water) and cold. What was even more ironic is that there was a poster on the wall in the elevator advertising the “make your own breakfast sandwich” with choices not offered at the breakfast bar. We have stayed at the hotel many times but they need to improve the quality of the breakfast or stop offering it. It was insulting.

Everything was fine except the breakfast. SMH. First, no plates. Then, lots of people waiting on ONE lady putting out things ONE by ONE. Every. Single. Thing. Out of coffee. Out of two juices. Out of breakfast sandwiches. Out of sausages and eggs. And yogurt. So she puts out one sandwich at a time. Then goes to the back to get yogurts and puts out two at a time, etc. one plate at a time. No efficiency. This was definitely done to save money as people left to go buy breakfast somewhere else. Everyone walked away with something negative to say. LOTS of people standing around waiting for something… oh yes, no silverware either. But they sure closed up at 10 on the dot, with the same people trying to get something at all to eat. Crazy.

The facility had all you would need. Breakfast was very good with lots of items, all hot and fresh. Everything was good and the stay was great. The only thing missing would be an on site restaurant that served light meals --lunch and light dinners. otherwise----great stay

Check in is 4:00 not 3:00 which is too late. We were there at & they didn't have a room until 4:30. Also no orange juice for breakfast and no potatoes. They had a prepackaged fritata but it was just scrambled eggs with cheese, onions & red peppers & coffee was bitter. Horrible breakfast buffet overall.
