Our family stayed here overnight during spring break and had a very positive experience. It was dog-friendly, which we appreciated, and the things to do in the lobby was fun. We especially appreciated how the manager went way beyond what was expected to get us a diet coke when the property was out. Everyone was so very nice. We'll be back!

In town to visit family. Never stayed at a tru before so we thought we would give them a try. Had a great stay. Room was big, pool was fine and breakfast was great. Lots of options. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here on our way out west and on our way back east. Nice, new facilities with a friendly staff…….close drive into Sandusky and the shore of Lake Erie….fire pit was great to be able to sit outside and enjoy a cocktail ( we brought our own). Definitely would recommend

Had an excellent stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were so many fun things to do: board games, Foosball, shuffle board, swimming pool, outdoor fire areas. Will gladly stay here again.

There were some repairs going on to the pool (closed) and parts of the surrounding parking lot was tied off, so that was a detraction, but otherwise all okay. Inside the lounge area some of the furniture needs to be steamed cleaned, specifically the red hanging chairs. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay there again. Thanks - Susan

Check-in staff was super friendly and eager to help. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful and professional. Parking lot looks much smaller than it is, but the hotel next door seems to share a big back lot with this hotel so there is plenty even on busy weekends. The hotel was worth the money compared to other area prices. Will stay again.

I needed time away from chaos and life and the quietness was needed the bed was so comfortable, the room was perfect for what I needed. I enjoyed everything. Love how they have a gym and close to everything!

It was somewhat noisy at times people slamming doors and talking loud, room had a bit of a musty or sweating smell when first walking in.But seemed newer and cleaner than most hotels I've been in around that area.

Don’t stay if you have mold or pet allergies. Rooms look clean as you enter, but on closer inspection have mold in the air conditioner and heater vent. I left sick. Staff was great and money was refunded.

Staff was nice. Bathroom was not clean. Toilet had what appeared to be fecal material inside on the back of the bowl, and the floor was dirty and had several clumps of dried hair on it. I would guess the floor was not vacuumed before it was mopped. Shower could also have been cleaner, and there were dirty finger prints on the hand soap. Mattress was thin piece of foam & not comfortable.

It was very nice and clean Asia at front desk is amazing . The only complain the fixed our bed but garbage was overflowing didn’t replenish all the dirty towels on the floor . I had to go down and look for staff to replenish also thank god I had brought toilet paper because that also was not replenished when they said the room was being cleaned . Either then that our stay was good .

Hotel appeared new and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Only thing wrong with the room was the air conditioner would shut off when it reached temperature and then seemed to be on some kind of timer. No matter how hot it got it there was no way to get it to turn back on for about 1.5 hours. Made the middle of the night uncomfortable. Everything else was great except the coffee. The coffe was absolutely horrid. Pool was clean, breakfast was the standard continental breakfast, lots of parkig.

This is a fine basic hotel. Great service throughout our two night stay and a very clean hotel. The room wasn't large, the mattress isn't the most comfortable, and our king bed seemed to have a queen sized sheet. Overall a fine, if not spectacular stay.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We checked in around 11 pm at night and upon entering our room on the 4th floor we noticed a loud vent/fan that was operating completely independent of the AC unit located on the wall under the window across the room. That vent/fan was right above our bed. It was loud and we weren’t able to turn it off. We called the manager who after inspecting the fan realized he had never seen or heard anyone complain about that before. He tried to turn it off at the thermostat but was unsuccessful. He looked for other rooms for us and found 4 other rooms on the same floor but they all had this vent/fan which operated on its own and he didn’t know how to turn it off. Needless to say, my wife and I couldn’t sleep the entire night because the fan noise was so loud and unbearable. It’s very surprising the manager had no idea this fan/vent exists in all of the rooms until he checked himself. We were very disappointed and hated that he couldn’t be of any help. There was no on site engineer either who could assist. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

This is a very nice, clean stay. Our only complaint was that the room was extremely small. No closet, drawers or microwave. Two queen beds and room to walk in between and that’s all the room there was. Other than that is was a very nice stay.

Got in 10 pm waited 10-15 min for person to come to registration desk came walking in from outside said he was fixing something Hated that there was no coffee in the room! That’s unacceptable ! How much does it cost for a single cup coffeemaker! The room was clean the shower was good. the breakfast was good. . The bed was good. hated the squeeze soap! it was hard to get soap out. Breakfast worker and check out desk girl were very nice!

High Praise to ALL the staff, especially Luke, the night manager who went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were happy. We stayed 4 days for a family memorial and our rooms was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast staff came to recognize us, leaned our dogs names and asked about my elderly Mom when I was downstairs alone. They ALL made us feel like family. Kudos!

The breakfast buffet had good variety! The bed linens were super comfortable. The room was very well designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our short get away. Easy check in by friendly efficient staff. The lobby also had a variety of snacks that was truly impressive.

The property looked very new and was in excellent condition. It was pretty quiet so there was nothing disturbing the sleep hours. My only complaint for the whole stay was the lack of sugar free syrup in the breakfast area. I've come to see it as expected, so it was surprising this option wasn't available.
