Eazy Rio by ULIV

Listing shows all these cool amenities (billiards, ping pong, workstations, etc) which is why we chose to stay here with our son. What the listing doesn't show is that you can't use any of the amenities because they don't have the equipment to use it. No pool balls and cues, no ping pong paddles or balls, workstations were disassembled on our first day there. Also every day there was construction inside the building that was so loud even at the farther spot inside our room. It sounded like someone was jackhammering right outside the door. Needless to say, our planned 2 week stay turned into a 3 day stay. Feels like a total bait and switch. I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless you're deaf and don't like ping pong or billiards.

I was very impressed by how spacious and clean this tiny apartment was. Parking was included which was a big plus. You’re in walking distance to everything in El Centro. Overall I loved this place and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very nice and i felt very safe. You can only get into the building with a key. The only negative is the bar next door. If you’re a light sleeper you might not be able to get any sleep from the music.

I have been visiting this property for some time now. With the all the gives and takes, I really like this property. The shower was cold (temperature setting in the valve needs to be adjusted) with all of the united I visited. But the cleaness, size (an entire aprtment), and a very comfortable bed (almost the best). Another thing is security is solid there, with people alway at the front desk. In Mexico, that's a good thing... And it's next door to the Mexico's version on the state police (FGE), which is a huge plus!!!

Very clean, we felt very safe and secure with all the security and closed off parking. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service — Feels Like Home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve stayed at Easy Rio by ULIV several times now, and it’s always a great experience. Carlos Santana at reception deserves special mention — he consistently provides excellent customer service, always helpful, professional, and friendly. The apartment itself is better than a hotel. You get a cozy living room, a kitchenette, a nice bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and a comfortable bedroom with lots of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped — coffee maker with coffee provided, two water bottles, a refrigerator, small stovetop with pots and pans, and a microwave. Perfect setup for a longer stay. The location couldn’t be better — it’s in one of the safest neighborhoods in Tijuana. I’ve always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. There are lots of great restaurants and quick food options nearby, an OXXO just a few doors down, and one of the best taco stands only a block away. There’s even a nice coffee house on the corner. The WiFi is reliable, and the building has excellent security, which adds peace of mind. Only small downside — the communal movie nights can occasionally get a bit too loud, but overall, Easy Living Rio is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, safety, and great service in Tijuana!

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, siempre muy atentos. Las amenidades muy padres y limpias. La mesa de billar y de ping pong hacen la estancia mas divertida.

The overall stay was due to friendly and helpful staff. First room the stove didn't work & we saw too many bugs, second room was much cleaner, stove worked, beds are comfortable, it's spacious, the toilet is too close to shower but all can't be perfect :) it was odd to have front wall be glass so we could see the lights of lobby but we got used to it. Could use more kitchen tools but overall I say all was good & we would stay again. The laundry room had 2 washers & 2 dryers, 1 washer was broke but I didn't know until i was using it but the staff was helpful & patient & waited to lock up until my laundry was done. Great location too!

Comodo, buena ubicación, tiene gym bien equipado.

There is parking onsite which is free and security is making their rounds to make sure cars are safe. The staff was kind and accommodating when my brother was trying to get into the building. The room was clean and ready to go. I will definitely be returning with more family.

The only downside for me, was that all the white towels were dirty. Not clean at all.

Habitación amplia y cómoda, no tiene la tele en la cuarto si no en la sala. El personal muy amable. Algo malo es que el baño tenía hongos en el piso de la regadera y en las paredes en la parte baja de la regadera. Tiene pocas conecciónes para cargar y en lugares no tan accesibles.

Nice neighborhood. Land Rover dealer across the street. Room was large which was nice. However, there’s a large window facing the hallway and the hallway light was always on so the room never got completely dark because the window covering was somewhat translucent. Also, the shower had black mold so we did not use the shower. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Left an item behind at the hotel after checkout and they were able to hold it for me and were responsive to my questions.

Excelente trato. Muy limpio. Tenía algunas dudas por otros comentarios que había leído sobre la limpieza, pero en verdad estaba muy limpia la habitación y todas las instalaciones. Excelente servicio. Definitivamente volvería de nuevo y lo recomendaría.

The staff are wonderful and the place is super clean.

Primero me dieron una habitación más pequeña de la que había reservado y me la cambiaron. La segunda habitación parecía limpia pero el piso del baño en general estaba muy sucio, el piso de la regadera tenía cabellos . Y las toallas no parecían limpias. Una lástima, porque el lugar está muy bonito .

We liked that the parking was easy and secure and that you need a key to enter the building. Unfortunately the room left a lot to desire in regards to cleanliness.

We loved walking to the restaurants in the same building especially Sahara for dinner and Baristi in the morning. We easily walked to Tacos el Franc and Costco avoiding the parking hassles in that area.

Great place to stay for business travel. The only one thing I dont like its what follows: The rooms are not dark enough during night, you will always get the alley lights on your room since bedrooms are door less

We had a wonderful stay at ULIV RIO. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the space itself was beautiful and well-maintained. We especially appreciated how walkable the area was to nearby spots. The only thing to note is that the two-bedroom units don’t have doors between rooms, which can mean less privacy. Otherwise, a great experience overall!

Overall, a good stay, location is killer, facilities great, room great, except for excess noise from street, should have better window design to remediate issue.

Only thing I didn't like it is the light in the alleys you get that in your room

Room is very spacious and clean. Its has a living room, dining table, and small kitchen. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We didn’t have a issue with noise like other comments say, maybe we just went on a day when the bars are closed. The only thing missing is a tv in the bedroom. There is a tv but only in the living room area.

Room was perfect and clean staff was nice and polite. The only bad comment I have was the noice from a club that is literally next to the apartment/hotel complex. My window view was the clubs parking lot. I could literally hear people singing from the club that’s how close it is. I had a long day and wasn’t able to sleep until about 2-3am.

The place are Ok, but the only thing is inhad some issues with the tv. And there is not in the room, honesty I prefer Tv. In the room. The staff so friendly and the place is very central.

This is NOT a four star stay. Front desk wouldn’t provide extra towels or pillows when asked. Told me it was impossible. That is a basic expectation at a three star hotel, let alone a four star. No curtains on the front windows, so a lot of light comes in that you can’t block out in the bedroom. Bring along a white noise machine because this place is loud from the street.

I booked my stay here because it is a pet-friendly hotel. They do charge a fee per pet. First Impression: The lobby was small. The elevator is small. But once you get to your floor, it is surprisingly large. It's a modern feel. There are plenty of activities you can do with your friends and family. They have games, a movie lounge, and a gym. It really looks fun. Outside Look: The hotel itself is a modern building. The hotel offers plenty of free parking. There are great food options, a money exchange, a barbershop, a cafe, a ramen noodle spot, and a bar all right next to the hotel. Rooms: The rooms are clean and spacious, with hardwood floors. This was good because I had two large dogs with me. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the pillows; slept well. The one thing I did not care for was that there was no door separating the bedroom from the living/kitchenette. If there were a door there, it would keep out additional noise. However, I hardly heard any noise in my room, but my dogs could hear every footstep. Staff: They are super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. At one point, I asked to change rooms because they had given me one in front of the elevator, and my dogs would bark at every noise. So they moved my room to a quieter area with no problems. Overall: I would stay here again with or without my dogs. Great service, comfort, and location.

Second time staying here, I love it and makes it even better are the staff. Specially the night shift, it was nice coming in and have a chat with them. Still giving it 5 stars

Staff was awesome at check in and at check out! Place was spotless and clean. Great option for staying in Zona Rio area. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. After a minor hiccup in which I rented the incorrect “EZ” location, the remainder of our stay was wonderful. First off, all of the staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Daniela. At check in, I explained to her what happened at the other location. She was very accommodating and gave us an upgraded unit, which I really enjoyed. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The bathroom was spotless and water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bedroom was large and bed was very comfortable. The facility has a modern, chic, trendy vibe, yet very homey. Security was on point, we felt very safe and our vehicle was parked in a gated parking lot. Overall, I highly recommend staying at EZ Rio. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff were.

The first night they put me in a room next or very close to the bar and the noise was LOUD, next day I asked them if they could move me to another part of the building and they were able to accommodate, no problem. I met three different people working the from desk and all of them were very helpful all the time.

Me presente a las 10 pm del día de mi check in, la puerta de la entrada estaba cerrada, en recepción no se encontraba nadie, toque el timbre en varias ocaciones, llame al número que estaba en la puerta y nunca obtuve respuesta, no pude hacer check in, ni ingresar al hotel. Tuve que buscar otro hotel para quedarme. Exijo que se me haga el rembolso de la noche! No estoy satisfecho con nada!

I really enjoyed my staying. Best price in town with the best location in Tijuana. The only downside, it’s the noise but if you read the whole description that is disclosed by them. It’s on a busy street so you can hear the car’s noise, also one of the business alarms kept activating all night making it difficult to sleep. Now I still give them the 5 stars because you just can’t beat the price believe I took my time to research and I previously stayed at a couple other places and none come even close to this. I already book my second stay here.

Good stay overall good area food etc blackout draping and made it easy to sleep..one night crazy bar was so crazy loud it felt like you were inside the place but it was ok ..if you dont like that i recommen you ask to stsy in the rooms away from the office lol

Aside from the very loud bar music on the street below that goes well into the night (bring ear plugs) this property has everything it promises.

Excelente opción en zona Rio, tener lavandería incluida fue muy conveniente. El restaurante de ramen de abajo esta buenísimo!

Close to everything

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and it is absolutely one of our favorites. The staff is all excellent and accommodating, the property is maintained very well, is clean, and the amenities are plentiful. The area around the location has multiple coffee, shops, restaurants, and other types of shopping available. The immediate area is highly walkable and safe, and everything else is a short drive away.
