A great week at this hotel. The facilities are really good, with multiple pools and a great beach. The food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the Italian restaurant a real winner! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and I would return here without hesitation!

The room was adequate. Some of the fixtures were old and needed replacing. The staff and food choices were wonderful. The reserved beach was very small. The area surrounding was very trashy, but the hotel was clean.

We spent a week at this hotel and we are very satisfied with everything. The hotel offers a great range of services, 3 amazing pools, access to a very clean and relaxing beach area, amazing food during all the meals with big variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always taking good care of you. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We can't wait to return next year.

Alles in allem ein mega Hotel. Sehr, sehr sauber. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Immer um einen bemüht. Speisen und Getränke waren auch immer richtig gut und variieren. Pools und Strandlage perfekt. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss sind die Leute am Strand, die immer versuchen dir irgendwelche Touren anzudrehen. Die Safari mit Quad fahren und Kamelreiten (das war ein kurzes Kamel auf-und ab) war Massenabfertigung. Richtig schlecht. Aber das schnorcheln war ganz gut, obwohl man da im Wasser auch immer in Gruppen unterwegs ist. Fazit: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

This hotel is excellent! Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. The food options are very good and food is very flavorful. The beach is man made so it is very calm but it gets deep very soon. The sand is thick/rough, I don’t know if that’s the normal sand for the area or if it’s only the one they used for the beach. The pools are also very nice. This hotel is totally recommended!

The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!

So glad we only stayed for a few hours before our flight. Noisy air con, beach a good 10mins walk away-unlike the photos. Rooms shabby and smelly bathroom. Reception was very pleasant but that was the highlight.

Very good balance price-quality! Service both in the restaurant and at the pool are just excellent - very kind and helpful waiters. Combination buffet and a la carte restaurants brings a good variation in dinner possibilities. Wide range of bread, cold vegetables and desserts - I missed warm vegetables to combine with the freshly cooked fish and meat. Rooms are spacious and clean - If you would like to sleep early, I would recommend not to have a room close to bar where the show is executed. Summarized: Very good hotel which I would definitely book again.

Das Essen, der Service und das Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick waren hervorragend. Die Anlage ist schön und in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich, außer an der Rezeption, wo wir leider unfreundlich und abwehrend behandelt wurden. Bei der Ankunft war das gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick nur seitlich und zum Teil von Bäumen verdeckt. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, was wir verstanden, jedoch wurde auch unsere Anfrage nach einem Queen-Bett nicht erfüllt (bereits bei der Buchung abgegeben). Stattdessen wurde uns ein provisorisches Arrangement angeboten, das nie umgesetzt wurde. Bei der Abreise hatten wir etwas im Zimmer vergessen und mussten an der Rezeption unangemessen behandelt werden, als wir darum baten, erneut ins Zimmer zu gehen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber der Umgang mit unseren Anliegen hätte besser sein können.

We had a great stay at this resort! The hotel was clean and had the nicest staff! The food was just okay but that is expected for an all inclusive. The drink menu was huge and everything tasted good. The rooms are big, clean very morden docor, great food great staff, great swimming pool and beach. The best ive stayed in the area for my many visits a year in Hurghada. I have nothing to faulter for this hotel. BRILLIANT service all round.

The hotel is so called 5 star hotel but I didn’t receive 5 star service. Basically no service at all. The staff are so racist. They saw my skin colour and they just ignored me like I’m not there. But they smile big and serve drinks if the customers are white. If you are Asian, please don’t come to this hotel. I’m sure you will regret.

Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort is related to Jazz Group, one of the biggst group works in tourisim, I was shocked in the hotel because most of the workers in the bars, whether by the sea or in the lobby, treat Egyptians in a bad way , I don't know why but really it was a bad experiance i will never go there again if you are not egyptian you have nothing to worry

Simply this hotel was the best one during my holiday in Hurghada-I tried 4 different hotels to see how difference they are, and I har most pleasant time at Iberotel. Room, pool, bar, foods were all top level, and staffs were all kind. Especially Ahmed at reception was the most professional one I’ve seen during my whole holiday in Hurghada. I will definitely come to this hotel again.

hôtel propre espace vert très bien entretenue la nourriture est bonne .le personnel a la réception ne parle pas français mais il y a charlotte multilingue qui de votre arrivé a votre départ est toujours présente pour toute demande en lien a votre séjour .le personnel des bars a la restauration est très serviable donc très très bon séjour en plus il y a 2 équipes d' animateurs le club marmara en français et l'autre anglais qui tout le long de la journée vous propose des activités

Everything was perfect and would have been 5 stars had it not been for the tall chubby guy on reception with glasses almost making me late to the airport because he turned my Uber away from entering as he wanted to take 15 minutes checking me out when it was a simple process and everything was pre settled and there’s was nothing to do but to hand over room keys.. but they refused to let my Uber in who then left after 5/10 min awaiting outside and I was then left with an hour to wait and find a new Uber and even when I finally did I had to Goto the main road and when I tried to go in the Uber and the security was telling me to wait for no reason at all and for another Uber to leave, I refused and got in my Uber as my flight was not going to wait for them and the guy at the counter which I mentioned before glasses tall tried to be funny saying if you miss your flights it’s your fault because your supposed to be at the airport 3 hours before international flight to which I corrected him that he had no clue and my flight was actually domestic and the fact he assumed he knew and that I didn’t need to be that early for domestic as a seasoned traveleg I knew this, I had given myself 1 hour 30 which was cut short to 1 hour due this nonsense by reception and security. Otherwise perfect stay until the last moment where it was ruined by ONE HERO!

Staff a credit to the company. Property well maintained always being cleaned and tidied. Rooms a bit dated but lovely daily clean towels, toiletries replenished with fresh bottled water every day. Plenty of choice of food at breakfast and dinner, a bit repetitive at lunch time, always a fresh cooked section open all meal times. Right next to the airport quite a way from Hurgharda main area but some shops local. Lovely promenade outside for an evening stroll. Over the road the sister hotel where you can use the beach and trips available.

Im Großen und Ganzen alles top. Perfekt für ein Hotel-Urlaub und sehr nah ans Flughafen. Würde ich für ein Hotel-Urlaub empfehlen. Essen und Getränke sind sauber. Zwei Negativpunkte: Frühstück-Auswahl wsr nicht gut und Entertainment-Programm langweilig.

Séjour entre amis parfait à l'Iberotel Casa Del Mar!!! de l'accueil en passant par le service aux clients et l'animation, tout y était parfait ! Nous reviendrons !!! Dommage cependant que l'équipe d'animation Marmara qui vient de s'installer dans cet hôtel n'était pas au point cette semaine sur le lancement de la période été 2024. On voulait remercier Ahmed de la réception qui nous a grandement aidé lors de notre premier jour d'installation en faisant preuve de grande réactivité et nous a changé rapidement de chambre suite au bruit que nous avons subis qui venait d'une rue avoisinante!!! Il nous a permis également de pouvoir garder notre chambre le dernier jour, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas être stressé pour notre départ!! Merci également aux serveurs Mina, Elsayed et Abdou pour leur gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins pour leurs clients, ainsi qu'à notre homme de ménage qui réalise un travail parfait pour ses hôtes!!! Nous reviendrons!!!

Beautiful Hotel, Gardens, Rooms, Buffet, Pools, etc... If you wish to shop, there is a pharmacy and a bazaar in front of the hotel on the street. You can ask for a Transportation to the Airport for 18$ USD (reserve in advance). Thank you Jaz Hotel for everything!

So glad we only stayed for a few hours before our flight. Noisy air con, beach a good 10mins walk away-unlike the photos. Rooms shabby and smelly bathroom. Reception was very pleasant but that was the highlight.

Combination buffet and a la carte restaurants brings a good variation in dinner possibilities. Wide range of bread, cold vegetables and desserts - I missed warm vegetables to combine with the freshly cooked fish and meat. Rooms are spacious and clean - If you would like to sleep early, I would recommend not to have a room close to bar where the show is executed. Decent 5* resort with good food and beautiful accommodation (beach, pool). The drinks however were awful (wines, cocktails, mixed soft drinks at the bar). Beer is ok ish. Personnel is somewhat chaotic but overall friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Egypt so I didn’t really have a benchmark but I think in general a 3 star rating is very fair.

Reception staff were rude and helpful Hotel had power cut with no emergency plan and staff were not willing to help as the food options were limited We were with a 4 year old and given a room near the live show which was every night. Tried to complain but receptionist said the other rooms are an extra cost so we couldn’t move. He offered to show us one the next morning but when we went no one knew anything about it and said all rooms are gone. The staff make this hotel. Our housekeeping guy 1267 was friendly and did a great job on our rooms. The grill chef was amazing prepared my prawns without being asked and made amazing things. Our usual waiters were all attentive and ensured we were treated well. The restaurants/bar manager was always greeting us and asking about our stay. I wasn't prepared to pay that for a bit of salmon and I did complain that we were all inclusive and we had a free trip to the 3 a la carte. Im glad i dont like lobster it was €150. So dont assume..I honestly wished i skipped Oscar and ate in the main restaurant. Everything was so clean and the pools were all amazing. Its a 5* hotel and it was 9.5 out of 10. Only because I felt cheated with the salmon. Outside was not so great for me..there's a gun barricade along the street at the Russian consulate it was meant for my safety but I fear guns and it was a bit off-putting. Next time I'll venture further. And skip the booking at Oscars.
The staff make this hotel. Our housekeeping guy 1267 was friendly and did a great job on our rooms. The grill chef was amazing prepared my prawns without being asked and made amazing things. Our usual waiters were all attentive and ensured we were treated well. The restaurants/bar manager was always greeting us and asking about our stay. It’s ok and that’s it. Definitely not a 5 start hotel. We booked 8 nights and had requested a queen bed. When we arrived we had twin beds and there was rubbish in the wardrobe. The manager said there wasn’t a way to move us until the next day. However when we did move this was much better and grateful that the manager made an effort to give us two room options. Disappointed with house keeping. Our shower gel wasn’t refilled for 3 days. We kept forgetting to ask at reception but luckily had brought our own. However when we did tell reception it was sorted but why isn’t house keeping check of these things? Good to see management actively speaking to guests and noting any issues. I’m sorry to say that the food selection in the buffet is terrible. Baked items are stale and hard, the seasoning isn’t quite right for the main dishes, repetitive dishes on the menu and I had a bad tummy for the whole trip which I’m guessing was due to the fresh fruit and salads in water. No ironing board or iron in the room so I’m guessing this is something you’d need to request at reception, hairdryer is attached in the bathroom so I’d suggest taking your own too. On the plus side the staff are great and friendly. Disappointed given how much money we spent. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The food was truly amazing, and it’s an ideal hotel for enjoying a relaxing holiday without even needing to leave the resort. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. The entertainment team was especially great and very fun. The beach is a bit small, but still very beautiful. Also, unlike Sharm El Sheikh, being able to easily enter the sea directly from the shore is a huge advantage. The pools were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend the spa and beauty salon. The gym is a little small, but sufficient. It’s not as massive as Steigenberger Alcazar, but it is just as comfortable and relaxing, with the added bonus of easy access to the sea from the shore. Special thanks to the reception team and all the staff for their kindness and support. We will definitely come back again.
