Great hotel. Room, breakfast services did not disappoint. Only issue - they had a cold frost and parking lot was dangerously unsafe. Needed more salt on parking lot. Other than that a very good visit. Would stay again.

Always a great stay here- surprisingly, the rooms have held up well despite being in such a popular city. Parking always decent, breakfast reasonably good, staff friendly- and rooms comfortable enough to warrant return trips. Free Ubers to downtown area are a plus!

I will definitely stay at this Holiday again. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We twice stored our luggage for convenience. We loved the IHG perk of a free uber ride into town each day! Breakfast was very nice (biscuits and gravy were delicious!). Do t hesitate to book here!

My kids wanted to swim as soon as checked in, so we dressed and headed down. The pool had so much built-up dirt and debris. We went back to shower after a very short swim to find the floor and walls of the shower covered in someone else’s hair. I didn’t have time to call down since we were all wet and cold so I got a wash cloth with soap and cleaned it myself. The cloth was filthy. Thankfully the beds don’t have hair in them. The bathroom also has stains and looks like someone tried to cover things in paint but it didn’t work. Won’t stay again.

Polite receptionist and easy check in. Overall very clean and appeared fairly new or renovated. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because our room smelled like the previous guest had a dog in the room. Also, the shower, had 2 settings…scalding hot or freezing.

The deadbolt had a screw missing so i could pull the metal off. I told the desk but when i came back at dinnertime, nothing was fixed. There were some stains on the couch i didnt want to think about and i was disappointed at the wear and tear since last year. But, still a convenient location.

Everything was good, bathroom felt like a toilet with a door over it and loud for other people in room whenever someone showered/flushed toilet and bathroom light really bright in the rest of room. Nice view from back of hotel and lobby area. Breakfast was great and beds/pillows comfortable.

It just really sucks when you reserve a specific room, as in Wheelchair accessible, and between the hotel and Hotels.com, they gave my room away to a fully function person that needed no such accommodations. So if you just need any room to sleep in, this hotel is great. If you need a specific room for accessibility, try somewhere else.

Shower didn’t work right. Got the front desk know that, they told me they fixed it - they didn’t. Tried calling the front desk many times after returning to the room with no answer finally went down and got the opportunity to hear “I wasn’t the only guest and it was only her”. Left and came back at the evening still hasn’t been fixed. Went again to the front desk told them this- only after the front desk lady stood at my shower for 10 minutes making sure it is not working ok that I got the opportunity to change room. Thanks

The woman who was working the front desk on Sunday night, October 26th is the most wonderful person. So joyful and kind and it is contagious. Truly the entire staff were so beyond sweet. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel I’ve been to far and away. Also the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at.

It was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was filling. I also liked the free shuttle downtown. The problem is that "metrocenter" is a bit misleading. It's about 10 minutes from downtown. And the hotels were situated in office parks. It's minor but if you were expecting a downtown hotel, remember to rent a car.

This hotel is close enough to downtown that you can get to everything within 10 minutes, but not be in the constant chaos of the city. You can see Nissan Stadium from the 6th floor window. It was reasonably priced, has free breakfast, on-site parking ($10 per day), and a very friendly staff. Very close to the interstate with easy access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during Metallica weekend!

The hotel was clean and the customer service was great from check in to check out. The breakfast was great and Tina’s presence made the pancakes taste even better. The location is not far from the hustle and bustle but is far enough away that you feel safe.

One thing I did not like was the breakfasts served. On Saturday I did not like the choices. The pancakes were terrible. They come out sticky and undercooked and on Sunday they were all out of bacon and the entire time I sat down to eat they never came out wit more.

I stayed one night for a business trip and it’s a great hotel! It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable and had an array of pillows to choose from (firm to soft). The continental breakfast was outstanding - they had pancakes, omelets, potatoes and turkey sausage and bacon and lots of other choices too! The staff were friendly as well.

We enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Metrocenter. The location is a quick uber drive to the amazing Nashville Music scene downtown and back. No worries about parking and we took advantage of the 1 way uber ride provided by the Holiday Inn It is a very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed starting our day with their great complementary breakfast, especially their delicious cinnamon rolls!
