This place is great. We came in town for a wedding. It’s so new. So nice. The room is so big. So quiet. The breakfast was amazing. The guy helping at breakfast went above and beyond to get us anything we needed. The pool is also very nice. Everyone is so friendly. I would stay here again

Amazing stay! Rooms are meticulously clean and well decorated. The hotel is very well furnished. Filtered water machine in the lobby, as well as a coffee machine that makes about a dozen different varieties of coffee drinks. The continental breakfast is cooked to order. Billy was the cook/server during our stay and goes above and beyond to cater to the guests needs. Very impressed with this hotel!

Best all around hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everyone was accommodating. Rooms were clean. Pool had a handicapped access , shower and towels. Breakfast was always good. Service with a smile . Can’t say enough about how impressed I was. Will definitely stay again if I’m ever up that way again .

My wife and I visited Lawrenceburg to see a close friend grieving the loss of someone close to him. We had booked the hotel online before our arrival. Check in was quick. The room was spotless. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the breakfast area in the morning. Billy who handles the morning breakfast area is a pleasure to see and interact with. He will get you whatever yiu ask for plus the breakfast area has muffins available as well as Orange and Apple Juice. While staying at the hotel my wife made use of the free hit chocolate in the hotel, and we also made use of the laundry area upstairs on the second floor. We’ve visited other hotels/motels in Lawrenceburg but the one we like most is Best Western Plus. The parking area is very well lit so you will feel very both safe day and night. I highly recommend Best Western Plus when in Lawrenceburg. It’s an excellent hotel.

Good place to stay. Elevator doesn’t open on third floor unless you push the button right when you get there. Otherwise it doesn’t open. That needs to be fixed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining and attractions. Breakfast service was excellent. Waited on by most friendly staff person. Attentive as we had young children with us. My only complaint be floor surface in pool area. To slippery two of our family members fell.

Was there for 5 days, NOT ONCE DID THEY CLEAN THE ROOM: make the bed, take out the trash, or even give us CLEAN TOWELS!!!! They have a huge stink bug infestation……to the point that they have a sign saying they will NOT give refunds because of their infestation!!!!! YET less than 10 minutes down the road the Quality Inn DIDN’T HAVE ONE BUG!!!!

The rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were very clean and the step in shower was great. My only scuggestion would be to install grab bars in the showers. It is a little unnerving for a senior who is used to grab bars in their own homes to use a shower without them. I don't have to use them yet, but I felt a little uneasy. The staff was fantastic. Pleasant and professional.

Our stay was good. The only thing bad I can say is the shower floor was very slippery. I had to put a hand towel in it to stand on. I have both knees replaced and was very uncomfortable in it so was my husband.

Need to put a paper guide to the TV and its stations in the room as we all found the TV very confusing. Check in with Expedia was a bit slow -- won't be using Expedia again. This hotel is amazing. From the time you walk in you are met with friendly people. Very helpful. When you go into the dining room you are greeted by Billy. He gets you your breakfast, checks in on you, talks to you and in generally good old fashion service. The staff is the greatest. We needed to change our travel plans going home. We could not get our computer to match to their printer. They offered to have me email it to them and they would print it....all 26 pages!! This hotel offers the kind of service that you generally do not see today. When we go back to Lawrenceburg, we will be staying there, no doubt.

The check-in was not a normal good check-in. A smile a a very good greeting. The young lady was on the phone and acted like I was bothering her. I asked for a top floor room and she gave me a second floor room. No advice on the area. I asked how the community was, and she pointed me to some local magazines and info about the town with no information from her. I felt she was very rude and not friendly at all. I was happy to see the morning staff. Much better attitude.

the place is complete unsafe 4 different times during the night somebody came into our rooms using a key? how, I have no idea but they were able to come into the room until I would asked "who is it" and then they would leave with "I am sorry" . My question is how is it that they give the same key to 2 other different rooms? you better fix this very dangerous situations in your hotels. I told the clerk at the front desk before we checked out.

Lovely lobby & breakfast area with a walkway over looking these areas. Prints of local examples of history & buildings were throughout the hotel which made it a lot of fun. Breakfast was the only down side. Few real choices, no eggs, bacon, biscuits. Just cold cereal, a little fruit or waffles. Huge TV, nice bedding. I'd definitely go back.

Lovely lobby & breakfast area with a walkway over looking these areas. Prints of local examples of history & buildings were throughout the hotel which made it a lot of fun. Breakfast was the only down side. Few real choices, no eggs, bacon, biscuits. Just cold cereal, a little fruit or waffles. Huge TV, nice bedding. I'd definitely go back.

We had a most enjoyable stay here, the staff at the front desk, the staff on the floor with towels and all else were terrific and Billy in the breakfast dining area was amazing! The breakfast offered was the best we have ever experienced and we have traveled much! Would highly recommend!
