I like that everything is there in the room and how helpful they are. I don’t like the parking but I get it. It’s only so much they can do in the location they are at. They should add a pool or hot tub and if never go anywhere else but it’s nearly the perfect place to stay when in town I’ll always recommend it.

Beautiful room, great bed. The view was of the garbage cans and an average house, side yard. Hotel is just a building on the side of the road. No spa, pool, work out room. Shower didn’t work properly and the water was cold. Owner came to fix it but it still didn’t work right… the water still was cold too. Nice and new place though

Great trail nearby that was walkable, runnable, bike-able! We had free access to good bikes to use from the chalet. The bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen made meals extra easy and convenient but we explored many restaurants and nearby coffee shops. I ran to the beach (3 miles) and back and it was a very nice run and felt safe. Check it was very easy and we came after regular check in hours, no issues.

So much better than a one-room hotel! Large living room open to full dine-in kitchen. Spacious bedroom with large walk-in closet. Bright bathroom with shower wand and tub. Doors between rooms and windows to main road well sealed for quiet, peaceful stay. Spotless shared laundry room.

Well the location is excellent to Vanderbilt Beach or Bonita Springs Beach only minutes away by car. The rooms were recently remodeled and all the appliances were new. The only draw backs were no garbage disposal, no fan in bathroom, towel hangers in bathroom were in locations they were not usable. The room did have a sanitizing smell that was quite noticeable the entire week. Our kitchen facet was loose and Austin tried to fix but never called a plumber.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. I did not receive a room upgrade as per Expedias expectation of this hotel. Regardless. I had a wonderful stay. My only comment is that there was ZERO shower water pressure. This may just have been specific to my room. The staff is responsive and friendly.

We had mixed feelings because the receptionist was really unfriendly and rude. He was not helpful and didn't even care about anything. The sofa bed was broken so one of my kid had to sleep on the floor. We booked for two adults and two children and the apartment wasn’t set up for four guest so was not enough towels and sheets. In the apartment was very bad smell, like some kind of chemicals and it stayed during our stay even if we kept the windows open all the time. BTW the hotel is nice and modern what we liked, but too much problem and not helpful staff so do not recommend it.

One of the best properties I've every stayed in. It was like your own mini apartment. Everything was spotless. very cozy feel. Very quiet, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. easy and safe parking. everything was great. will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very roomy but very stark. All white and bare, hardly any artwork on the walls making the room appear cold. Supposedly a 4* resort so a bit disappointing for what we paid. On the other hand, there were bikes we could ride for no charge and beach chairs we could borrow. Enjoyed both. Location is good.

The property is very near many public beach access points. They have chairs and an umbrella if you need it. The room was clean and everything worked. Staff were friendly and answered when you called. We had a few meals in (Plublix, TJs & Whole Foods all close) but there were plenty of restaurants close on the Tamiami Trail. Bring your streaming app passwords - no TV but easy access to Netflix, Hulu etc. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

I was only here for a short time, but I would definitely come back. It’s in a phenomenal location easy to get around very quiet and clean room. I wouldn’t mind owning the whole property if you’d ever want to sell it.

It was a beautiful room and I wished I had more time there. The location is quiet at night and parking is easy. There is no 24 hour reception, so please call ahead if you will be coming early morning or late nite. The hotel is very responsive to requests. If you are concerned about the distance from downtown, don’t be. Star Chalet is right off 41 which leads directly to downtown. Definitely a must stay when in Naples.

This is a flipped apartment building that is in fair condition and is suited more towards the business travelers than a vacationer. The manager/owner? Austin is an absentee mngr. We saw him when we arrived and that was it. I think he has a regular job and this is his side hussle. Our room was lacking towels when we showed up and thankfully we realized this right away so he could provide the minimum before he left. The room is not made up during your stay unless you call to request it. The nespresso machine in the lobby was the highlight. Would not stay here again.

I don’t normally do reviews of this boutique hotel was excellent. Very clean and the front desk manager, Autumn, was extremely helpful ~when I come back to Naples I will stay at Wiggins Pass chalet. It’s a bargain with a full kitchen and very ample size rooms, they offer a lot for a very reasonable price

Great location. We were a little early and our room wasnt ready. Autum offered us beach chairs an directions to a beautiful beach location. A perfect spot to relax after a long day of travel. She also recomended a great place to have dinner. Will return as everything was A .

Our room was spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches and many fine restaurants, all in a very quiet and relaxing area. There was plenty of free parking as well. Damion ensured that everything was taken care of, making our stay truly enjoyable—thank you, Damien, for being so friendly and kind. The room was incredibly comfortable, and we’ll definitely be returning. We absolutely loved the room's setup and almost wish we could keep it as our little secret!

Recently totally renovated. Still in traditional US motel style. Rooms opening out to an external corridor with cars parked in front. But rooms are really nice. Large livibg area and fully equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and excellent bathroom.equipment for the kitchen is upmarket ; decent crockery and cutlery. Two big TVs with streaming services. Location is just off the interstate and about 2 miles from Vanderbilt beach. So easy to get around. A good place for those without huge budgets or desperate for a sea view

We loved this place. Nice and quiet but also close to a lot of things. There's a sidewalk that takes you all the way to a boat launch where we did the mangrove tour on kayaks. It has a full sized stove and fridge keyless locks check in was super easy. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I’d choose this place over almost any place in Naples. The only thing that’s missing is the beach being right outside the door but it’s only minutes away. And everyone there is always so nice.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do in Naples. Large, clean, well designed rooms, they are more like apartments. Stayed 2 nights, would definitely stay again. We never did meet the staff as we stayed over Thanksgiving but they communicated everything we needed to know before we got there, very smooth.

Great trail nearby that was walkable, runnable, bike-able! We had free access to good bikes to use from the chalet. The bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen made meals extra easy and convenient but we explored many restaurants and nearby coffee shops. I ran to the beach (3 miles) and back and it was a very nice run and felt safe. Check it was very easy and we came after regular check in hours, no issues.

The property is very near many public beach access points. They have chairs and an umbrella if you need it. The room was clean and everything worked. Staff were friendly and answered when you called. We had a few meals in (Plublix, TJs & Whole Foods all close) but there were plenty of restaurants close on the Tamiami Trail. Bring your streaming app passwords - no TV but easy access to Netflix, Hulu etc. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

We loved our stay at Wiggins Pass Chalet! It was clean, modern/updated, roomy, comfortable beds/bedding. I can't say enough good about it! They had chairs that we borrowed for the beach which was nice. It was also great to have a full kitchen so we could eat some meals in room. There were pans/utensils, towels, and everything that we needed!
