Stadium Swim is the only reason I stay at Circa

Rooms were wonderful and designed beautifully. Pool was disappointing. No shade to be found anywhere and poor design with hot surfaces for walking. When I said something to front desk staff, I was dismissed with no care.

Great shower -nice room Elevators were the best ever We arrived at 730am and they found an available room for me🙂 Pool is over the top with the 143ft screen to watch all games

The room was beautiful but you definitely couldn't get any rest. The base from the pool starts thumping at 850 am and is non stop. Also the resort fee and parking fee are ridiculous. We didn't even use the pool. They should just charge people who are going to use it. We have been to Vegas many times and parking is usually free if your staying at the property.

Legacy Rooftop bar, and the Stadium Swim pool area was amazing.

Reception answered all my questions , made me feel welcomed. The Legacy Club bartenders were Amazing & had a variety of recommendations were very friendly, approachable. Amazing Views from Legacy Club. Our room was amazing had a beautiful view and the bed & pillows super comfortable! Can’t wait to stay there again!

ID Controls were not done really friendly and it was not comminucate that it will be done every time you want to enter the hotel. Pool is great but has no shades.

Very pleased with the property, very convenient. Be warned that parking is NOT free , like most resorts downtown if you are staying . Also watch your tabs at the stadium swim , day bartenders are fantastic… night bartenders with lines shaved in their head for a hair part will overcharge you !

Amazing hotel great location great Sportsbook

The rooms are so clean and quiet. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We love the pool and the Legacy club.

I didn’t like that there was a hidden resort fee of $56 a day and housekeeping skipped my room 3 times. I had to keep calling and going to concierge for towels and trash pick up

The coffee table had crumbs all over it when we entered the room that’s the only thing so really didn’t like. Oh and the maid knocking on the door repeatedly at around 1050 am and again a few minutes later. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the stay.

SUPER CLEAN! Always my favorite hotel to stay at in Vegas. It gives off that classic Las Vegas vibe with the modern twist that makes any hotel worth staying at. Highly recommend staying here!!

Spotless room, great staff

Had a situation involving being stabbed in the finger by what, in the words of a member of the hotel staff, was a "biohazard" embedded in the top layer of the bedding in my room. Hotel staff initially seemed helpful, but quickly turned extremely dishonest and hostile once hotel security got involved. I've never experienced anything like this at any other hotel or business in my entire life. If you enjoy staying at a place primarily staffed by greasy mall cops and used shoe salesmen LARPing as mobsters, you should absolutely stay here. Be sure your health insurance is good to go in advance though, because you may need it.

Excellent. Best hotel downtown. Cleanest hotel I have seen in years. Room looked clean and comfortable. If the price isn’t too high, I’ll always rub a thigh and say hi and push my panties to the side to stay here

Staff were professional. The property was very clean. Accessible to many attractions. Pool attraction was fabulous. The decor was very unique and eye catching. Overall, excellent experience.

Surprised that it’s kind of new but smelly and the ruug is dusty and dirty. Just couple steps on barefoot the bottoms your feet turn black easily

Loved the room and the view of the pool. I did not even mind the outside music as it reminded me that I was in Vegas. I loved the oversize shower and the shower pressure was amazing. I travel frequently for business and this was one of my favorite hotels so far.

Hotel seems to be freshly remodeled with a lot of tech incorporated. Only down side is the smell of cigarettes in the hallways in the top floors. It’s expected in the casino floor, but didn’t think the smell would make it up to the 31st floor. Overall great experience and highly recommend. Also wish the parking was bundled in to the price

We absolutely loved our time at this hotel. The only issue is that we were upgraded to a room facing Stadium Swim, not knowing that the music starts at 8am, DJ starts at around 10 or 11am, and doesn’t stop until 11pm. We couldn’t enjoy relaxing in our room because the bass was so loud all day long. It was very irritating to hear it relentlessly. When I requested a room change, the concierge said a request was made but no one followed up even to say there wasn’t a room available. We would definitely stay here again, but the noise in our room definitely impacted our time there.

For the price we paid over $500 per night plus taxes and resort fees of $100.00 per day to use the pools, it was not a good value!! The room did not have any amenities like a coffee or tea maker or any bathroom extras like sewing kits, shower caps, toothpaste, q tips etc. The room also did not have any bathrobes to use. Also no one cleaned our room.

My room was a corner suite. The second night all the electronics didnt work. No lights, curtains would not close. Temperature gauge didn't work. Called front desk the service people came up and worked on it until 2:30 am. I finally said " just make the lights turn OFF. They did and we went to bed

IT'S ALL ABOUT THAT BASS. Made a reservation for 7 nights at Circa (06/24 to 07/01). Upon our arrival, Circ Staff were welcoming and the front desk staff were responsive and positive. Our rep asked and explained about upgrading our room to include the living room and wet bar for an extra $50/night. My wife and I liked the idea and we agreed to the upgrade. This is where the 2 star review comes in. With all the positives of the quality of the room, the resort, the food and most of the staff, our room was on the south side of Circa on the 51st floor, above the Stadium Swim. From 8 AM to 11 PM, the boom of the bass from the DJ stand at the Swim hits the concrete swim area and travels up the south side of Circa. At no point during those hours, could you stay in the room and enjoy any assemblance of peace and quiet or just a brief respite from your day, if you needed some time away from the casinos. I asked guest on the floor we stayed on if it was an issue and those guest stated it was an issue as well. Upon our checkout, I spoke with the front desk staff and stated how bad the issue was with the Stadium Swim. The front desk staff was professional and listened to my concerns, I wanted then to know what an issue the bass is. The staff stated we should have been told about the issue with the bass. Unfortunately, this was our worst stay ever in our visits to Vegas. Not fair to the staff and locales in Circa, but it is all part of the resort and the Bass from the DJ stand ruined it.

Terrible still waiting on my stadium swim transaction to stop pending and release my deposit for the day bed still which was July 16th And it is now the 1st of August and they have taken there time and keep telling me to wait and talked to my bank and they said it’s the merchant not closing it out pretty so yeah I’d probably think again before coming back unfortunately.

Checked in and indicated phone didn’t work in the room and body wash container was empty. It took until the 2nd day to re-fill body wash and phone was never fixed.

All employees at this hotel were fantastic with the exception of the front desk. They seemed annoyed and put out for check in and check out. If the front desk had been better, I would give 5 stars because everyone else was fantastic from the valet, security, bell desk, bartenders, and concierge.

I went with my wife to celebrate my 17th wedding anniversary. We have stayed here before and loved it. This time was a bit different. First off my encounter with the check in person Melina left much to be desired. She was very clipped in her answers to my questions and the she told me I would be notified when I could check in. She left my wife and I in the lobby til after 3pm I finally had to got to another agent for help just to have the ever so helpful Melina insert herself and turn that interaction sour as well. I love the Circa and the Fremont experience but this interaction left me thinking that this is not my go to hotel.

I specifically asked for a handicap room days before I arrived and I was told there were non available except for a suite of which they tried to add another $100 per day for this handicap room. I was aghast at this. I refused and argued with the man trying to syphon more money from me. I hate hotels that try to take advantage of their customers. That is how I felt. After several minutes of back and forth, he finally got permission to "comp" the suite. I will say it was nice of the hotel higher ups to agree to this but it should have never been a question about whether I should be paying more. Again, I specifically added to the reservation a handicap room with a walk in shower. My wife was pleased, but not after I had to argue my point.

Everything was spot on. Staff was incredible.

Beautiful room and exceptional staff

Service was excellent. They moved my room with no problem Because of the noise and fixed a faulty thermostat promptly in the new room.

Overall it was a great place. My main issue concern was that the valet entrance staff was rude and didn’t help when asked for information in regards the valet parking area doesn’t have a proper signage valet opens till 11am need to park inside garage area. The person that helped the most was the bell man he was apologizing for the rude personal the morning of 7/3 at 10:45am. Thank you Circa

First time staying off the Strip and it was welcoming to stay here. Next to the Fremont experience and over 21 only, so nice to enjoy the hotel/casino with only adults. Pool (and big screen!) were fantastic. Only issue is we didn’t stay long enough. Room/bed was comfortable and pool view was nice. Will stay here again. Suggest ride share to/from airport and get a bus pass for exploring the Strip. Seems all hotels/casinos charge for parking now and can get expensive if going to other places each day. Likely our last car rental this trip.

Wonderful property. Beautiful, clean and very attentive staff. Location is perfect and right on Fremont St. I highly recommend.

Great room with a great view right on Fremont

We were slightly concerned staying right on Fremont, but this hotel was amazing! Loved the self park option, and everything was very easy to get to. Amazing security and really great staff. Restaurants in the hotel we're also really good and many options. Staff were friendly but firm about this being a 21 and over hotel. Words cannot be said about the sportsbook area and obviously the pools. Just amazing! They didn't have a single king room ready when we got there early, so they gave us a double king.

If you want quite, this may not be your place, unless you get a room facing away from the Stadium Pool. Very easy parking and the elevators are top shelf. I would definitely stay here again.

There were a lot of homeless in the area. I wasn’t feeling good about going out at night

The entire experience was fantastic and the cabana at stadium swim was great and the staff was fantastic

No real food options. The only restaurant is a steak place that is not good. Everything else is glorified fast food. All the real, professional dealers leave at 7pm so they can bring in strippers they taught how to deal blackjack. They’re horrible and the main reason I will never go here again. Plus, you’re stuck here. Downtown is a dump. No other quality casinos unless you go to the strip. If you’re a real gambler that loves table gaming then run from this place.

Absolutely loved this place. Spent a lot of time chillin in the pool. Loved the Legacy bar and Casino bars. The staff was on point. The Saginaw deli was excellent. The burger place was great too. Easy access to Freemont street.

The pool area was awesome but maybe someday they can add umbrellas on some of the chairs. The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. The 24hr restaurant had good selection of food for late gamblers 😁. The area is right on the Fremont street. I like the adult only hotel but they need to have free parking for hotel guest. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a place to swim and rest without scream kids around.

Hands down best casino in downtown las vegas.. top 3 best casino in Vegas.. Stadium swim is a definite must.. All the restaurant options are good. BARRYS steakhouse is the best in Vegas.. no joke

You are only able to use the Expedia $50 food/beverage benefit at 1 of the 4 bars on the property and not at Stadium Swim. Unfriendly bartenders. Served warm draft beer at the Mega bar. One towel per customer at Stadium Swim.

Pool and food options were great! Casino is not as smoky as others which was great for me.

Best hotel in downtown area. Hotel is very nice, clean. Sportsbook amazing. Food was excellent. Incredible ventilation system in this place as you couldn't smell any of the cigarette or cigar smoke. The only negative with this place is the staff. Front desk team was great. Everyone else in the bldg that I interacted with, not happy people. Starts with the security staff who scan your ID every time you enter the hotel. Then the folks checking you into the pool area. Then the server and hostess at Barry's...their restaurant. Not a single one of them appeared to enjoy their job or cared to even be there. All of them with poor and/or rushed attitudes. Entire hotel (with exception of front desk and housekeeping) could use a hospitality training exercise.
