Great staff. Very nice. Room was very clean. Problem lies in the room layout and questionable decisions that can't be easily corrected now. A major issue is the placement of the HVAC unit. It is under the window and blows directly on the bed. So you spend the whole night with a draft blowing on you. It was 14 degrees and the window was freezing. Even turning the heat up doesn't work because after the room heats up it somehow starts blowing just the vent which sucks in the ice cold air from the cold window and you're stuck. The only option is covering it with a pillow. This is the second time I have stayed here and it appears all the rooms are set up this way. Also, the sink pipes are covered with a panel that just clips on. If you accidentally bump it will fall, right on your toes. Man it hurts. Both times I've stayed there the slightest jostle causes this. And it is right under the sink where you stand to shave or brush your teeth. May want to consider wearing steel toed boots when getting ready.
