Immaculately clean property, just the loveliest, most helpful staff, and the usual Hilton quality beautiful bar, nice restaurant and super comfy rooms. There is a laundry, which was helpful for us, and the little shop area for snacks was well used by us! Parking is awesome, tons of it, all free and right outside the door. The hotel is tucked away off the main road which was lovely and made for a quiet sleeping environment. I can't fault this hotel, we loved it. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The concept is so cool. They have a bar inside open until 11:00pm where you can have a meal if you want, there menu is limited but if you are hungry you can have a nice burger with fries. The breakffast is a continental for $10 p/person or you can have a made to order breakfast for different prices (they are not expensive, thou) Parking is free. Rooms are new and clean. The hotel smell great. I stayed on Christmas Eve so it smelled of cinnamon and pine. You wont regret staying there. If you want to walk, you can do it or if you want to walk your puppy outside there is plenty of space to walk him around. Right next to the front desk you will find stuffs you can buy like snacks, sodas, water and a coffee machine.

Property was in great condition. Front desk was very welcoming. Lobby area was inviting and well stocked bar. Pool area is average. Property, overall, gets very positive reviews. 911 call was made and mistankenly gave our room as the location. After talking to the police officers who responded and front desk personnel several times we were still not even offered an apology for the inconvenience. I think this could have been handed more professionally.

This beautiful hotel is easily accessible to many local attractions and restaurants. It has clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The gym is clean and well-stocked, and the surroundings are peaceful for an evening walk. I will choose this hotel again for future trips.

Smiling faces upon arrival and every time we were in the lobby. The room is clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and the room is quiet, which made it perfect for sleeping. The only complaints were: 3 towels for (2) people staying 2 nights- not a big deal but it would have been nice to each have (2) towels. And the door into the bathroom is a barn door- neat feature but it doesn’t lock, making it uncomfortable while using the bathroom. The pool looked relaxing- and there is an outside area (outside of the bar) with lots of seating and a fire place that looked enjoyable! We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is modern and the rooms were clean. You can kind of smell dog but i guess expected from a pet friendly hotel. The area around the hotel is nice but ne wary of outside area after dark. Also customer service up front could be better. The servers were great though! I wish i wouldve caught her name. Short bob was over the top! Pool Gym Laundry and free parking available

Overall okay, needs a lot of work on the cleanliness, carpet in the room looks like it was not cleaned from the last customer as multiple small items were left behind, very little restaurants or shops nearby, staff deserves 10/10 super nice and helpful, front desk lady called Dallas was very nice and helpful!

Housekeeping could have been much better. There was green mold all over the bottom of the shower doors. Apart from one African American lady with a very short haircut who was welcoming, customer service was not great. For a relatively new property and wedding venue, this hotel is nothing to write home about.

Had to ask the staff to clean my bathroom and vacuum my floors it was gross ....filled with hair in the bathtub and makes you feel great when you step on stuff when getting into the bed.

Good hotel. Kinda hidden and tucked away. I like the rooms but they did not get cold enough for me. Also, wish they had some portable fans. Normally i sleep with a fan.

The television in our room woupdnt work to just get regular TV. We reported it and someone came to try and fix it but when we got back it was still not fixed and he even tried to say it was our fault. He said we had some black box next to the television interfering with it. That is laughable because we had nothing there. All we had were our phones. We reported again it wasnt fixed, but by that time we were leaving, so we couldnt watch any TV. They never offered to move us to another room either.

This hotel was clean and smelled great and very well taken care of. The room was spacious. Beds could have been more comfortable and the water pressure was very weak, but other than that, its a very nice hotel and I would stay there again the next time I am in the area.

Room was spacious with a king sized bed. Nice bathroom and large closet. This would be a great place for an extended business trip. The breakfast is not included in the price, which I found odd. Also, the room I was given was an adjoining room. Being a single woman traveling solo, that makes me uncomfortable. The bedding was odd with a heavy almost weighted coverlet and the pillows were not very comfortable after you lay on them for a bit.

Clean and quiet. Staff very courteous and friendly. The Welcome sign on the TV was a nice touch. We found the Air conditioning unit a bit noisy to sleep with and I texted the staff about this. I was surprised that they sent someone to check it out very soon thereafter. It turned out to be just a fan noise but I was impressed how responsive they were.

Overall my stay was good and the room was clean and put together nicely. My only negative experience was that the card machine wasn’t working so myself and other guests had to wait over 30 minutes to pay our incidental fee to get our room. The representative was so kind throughout the process but it was definitely annoying since I was only staying one night and had just 12 hours left in my hotel room before having to check out. I would definitely stay here again

I stayed here with my service dog, Tommy while attending a convention in Orlando. I hate coming to Orlando, but this location is far enough away from the madness but still close for easy access to most Orlando attractions. The hotel is in a quiet area, no traffic noise, with restaurants close by. Latricia was extremely friendly, checking me in very quickly and the next day extended my reservation, keeping me in the same room, which was very much appreciated. On the original check out date, Adreane quickly did all the keystrokes to get me checked back in and a new key for my original room extension. They were both extremely nice and very accommodating. This will be my Orlando satellite hotel from now on.

Very rude night staff. I will never return here. You are better off going to the Hampton by Hilton with Mr. Ali, super clean. This place has drunks roaming around and the STAFF is RUDE, stood at the counter and they just walked by!!! Worst hotel we experienced, we just left, and we travel the USA!!! Worst! Rude! Did I say Rude!!!! Yes! Horrible any couple or person should be exposed to this.

We were greeted warmly by Adrienne when we arrived. Check-in was simple. Our room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed watching the staff participate in team-building activities during our stay. Everyone was included and seemed to have so much fun.

This is a great hotel to stay outside of Orlando, away from touristy sites and traffic. This was my second time staying. I mentioned to the front desk clerk at checkout that the mattress was not as comfortable as the first time. She told me the rooms have different mattresses depending on the location of the room. So from here on out, I will make sure I request the room with the good mattress.

Beautiful hotel and staff was very nice.. I didn’t feel comfortable because there were a couple of homeless people wandering around outside and one came into the hotel and was getting ice when I walked in.. the side door is left open until 11pm.. very thin walls and can hear everything above and around me

Great stay at a favorite spot--I camp out here regularly to finish writing books, and it's always wonderful-well-kept, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and the food at the restaurant is delicious! Highly recommend.
