Everything was just as described, roomy, and much better than a hotel room with similar features. It was quiet despite being on a busy road. Location was perfect for traveling back and forth to different places in Zion NP. And having the hot springs right across the street was a huge bonus! It was a lovely way to end our trip after days exhausting hikes then we were in that lovely bed in minutes. Will be looking to stay here on our next trip for sure!

If you want to stay here for the view, don't stay at home 10. 10 is the only home with another home directly blocking the view. Also the TVs are too smart and under powered. Have plenty of lag and take forever to boot up or even select something.

Amazing views. Modern. Convenient. Perfect for solo travelers and a great base for races in Apple Valley or visiting Zion. Gets you away from the busy Springdale area and lots of pleasant local walks by the river and great restaurants.
