Friendly staff, but pretty poor hotel. Elevator was too scary for me. It would vibrate and make concerning noises every time I rode it. Upon entering our room, the hand towel had fresh make up stains. The pool was small with minimal seating. The hot tub was not in working order and surrounded by faded caution tape. The rooms overlooking the pool (ground floor) appeared to be used as a storage area with mattresses leaned up against the windows. The pool for the adjoining hotel looked much better, but the pools were both surrounded by buildings, so they did not receive much sun. Lobby was clean and inviting, though.

I have some serious medical problems and I needed the whirlpool. It was broke my entire trip. Every time I asked the front desk I was told that they would contact maintenance. I specifically booked your hotel because I needed the whirlpool and I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience

Great hotel very clean and up to date, close to SeaWorld and aquatics. Good breakfast included. The pool was kind of cold, the Jacuzzi spa was closed and not working, the fridge is tiny and that really bothered me.

The second day we were here the elevator stopped working and our last day both elevators were out of service. We had to drag all our luggage down the stairway which was highly inconvenient.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was friendly. It is about 15 minutes from Disney and very close to SeaWorld. Free parking, free breakfast, and free internet are offered. Dogs can stay for $25 a night. The only issue is that they do not have sufficient parking in my opinion.

The room had a musty smell, and there was mold on the shower wall. We all felt sick after staying there for three days, due to this condition. That being said, the staff were very friendly. It’s a shame the rooms can’t be properly cleaned; we won’t stay again because of this experience.

What I did like about the property was how close it was to the parks and super accessible to restaurants and food spots especially late at night. In the other hand of what I didn’t like of the actual property, when I got there the sheets on the bed were stained, the room had a horrible odor of smoke which again these rooms “arent for smoking” as they say, there were 3 cockroaches I saw throughout my stay that didn’t even get me the urge to want to eat the hotel breakfast which me and my partner did not. Aside from the that the room was dirty as in the floors, and the bathroom wasn’t top notch either and the walls in the bathroom looked like someone just dripped paint on them from the ceiling and down

We stayed at this hotel from May 13 to 18. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined — we were bitten by bed bugs. At first, we didn’t realize it was bed bugs and thought it might be mosquitoes. However, after checking out, the bites continued to appear over the next 10 days — itching, red marks, and discomfort. We reported the issue to the management. Later, we received a response saying they conducted an inspection and supposedly found nothing. However, we are certain the bites came from this hotel — we didn’t stay anywhere else, and the symptoms started during our stay. A very unpleasant experience. We’re disappointed and do not recommend this place. We hope the management starts taking such complaints seriously — this is a matter of guest health and safety.

Very clean hotel. The girl at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I LOVED that they cleaned the room. It was so nice to come back after a long day out to a clean room. Most hotels do not clean if it is just a two night stay anymore! I will be back.

The hotel is very clean. Our room was clean and no carpet which was good. It's very peaceful. Parking was awesome. However, just a couple of minor things or rather a personal preference: We found the room a bit on the darker side, especially in the bathroom. We couldn't use the microwave due to the cups were not microwavable so had to go down to the lobby often to grab hot water for our teas. The bathtub was a bit slippery upon stepping in. Had to be extra careful, but once we turned on the water, it was ok. Other than that, all good. Would definitely come back. Thank you LaQuinta team for a clean place.

Hotel was very nice and had a decent breakfast. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Very clean and Bed was comfortable. The only bad thing I can say was that the room felt damp. We kept turning the air up and we just couldn’t get the dampness out. Other than that, it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

I was extremely impressed! The nicest La Quinta Inn I have ever seen. Staff was very helpful, housekeeping were kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though check in is at 3, we got to the hotel around 11 and checked in right away no questions asked. The room was so nice! I loved it and did not want to leave! We had the king suite. Plenty of space for us and our 2 young children to run around. The bed was super comfortable, my kids fell asleep in minutes. Bathroom was nice and clean, had all the toiletries we needed, and the water got hot in seconds. The breakfast was good, the waffles were a big hit. We took the kids to the pool and enjoyed that. Majority of the pool is shaded due to the position of the hotel building so that was a plus. Overall I would absolutely book here again! 1000 out of 10!

The location was great and staff was as well. However there was no wifi working, the bathroom had a funny smell and the coffee maker was missing a part. The best was great, this was my 1st time at this location, i think i would need to stay at another one just to see if this hotel is worth it, but for the short time it was okay.

Our room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly, but they put us in room 226 by mistake and we were supposed to be in room 223. We were woken up at 2am in the morning with people trying to get into our room due to the error. Not a pleasant way to wake up in the middle of the night.

Facility had utility problems which never got resolved during our 2 day stay. Front desk person would not take requests and complains on phone. He made us to always come all the way down to the front desk. The manager never bothered to contact even though front desk personnel kept promising that he would. No compensation so far for the inconvenience caused. The rooms smelled stale and that remained like that for the whole stay. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone to stay here.

I certainly did not like that I actually showed up over 3 or 4 hours after the usual check in time and after waiting 20 minutes or so for the unfriendly and unempathetic front desk clerk to finish up chit-chating with other guests I was told my room was not ready. The clerk showed very little to no concern for my inconvenience and I was told to return in 20 minutes. I came back probably an hour or more later and clerk claimed she tried to call me and I did not receive any missed calls nor a voice mail was left even as a courtesy. This clerk would not even make eye contact nor show any empathy during this events, she answered other customers call on speaker and took care of yet someone else ahead of me even as I stood there wanting and not even being acknowledged as someone that was wanting to be attended to. Certainly this was a very poor overall experience and certainly will not be returning to this property and most likely will not be using this hotel chain again.

Very good overnighter. Friendly staff and easy online check in and check out. Missed the breakfast in the lobby. Maybe next time. Clean and quiet room with all necessary amenities. Close to surrounding attractions. Would recommend to others.

Female Desk Clerk was extremely rude and condescending and also did not have her facts straight. Room was paid for in advance and upon arrival desk clerk stated that their website reflects a refundable deposit and it DOES NOT. Was turned away and lost the money for the room and refused to allow me to pay the deposit with my credit card. When 3rd party called hotel desk clerk said that we were a "no show". Unbelievable, how are you a no show when you are standing looking at someone at the counter?

Our stay was quite nice. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was on our last night, this hotel and the hotel next door were completely packed and there was not enough parking for all of the guests. We had to park at the entrance of the hotel where cars turn into the hotel, and we were worried that someone might accidentally hit our car.

Super centric hotel. You’re close to all the main tourist attractions, but not in the middle of the noise. Facilities are very clean and well kept, beds are super comfortable as well. The breakfast was very varied and a definite plus. But the best is the staff, they’re all incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to the front desk worker who would always great you with the most enthusiastic “Good morning!”
