Everything was good about the property and staff. Property condition is exceptional; quiet and comfortable room. The only thing about the jacuzzi is that the water temperature is not consistent. It seems to be a bit off during the day.

We really enjoyed our stay! The manager Tomas was amazing very nice, helpful, and responded to everything I asked via text or in person with great detail as well as suggestions for dinning throughout the island. Breakfast was plentiful and the room was clean. Only thing was our hot top on the balcony kept shutting off every 5 min and the lights did not work in hot tub.

Beautiful, modern and immaculately clean cave house. Breakfast cooked to order each morning. Thomas the host was always on hand and organised transfers for our arrival. The shared patio/terrace seemed unusual but there was ample room for all.

This is an incredible hotel. The rooms are very spacious, it is quiet, and we had our own hot tub. The staff goes above and beyond in helping you to get around the town. It is in a great location, close to anything you want to do. The breakfast each morning was made to order and delicious!

We stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. The room was clean and had a nice ambience. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance to the main square, bus station and to the main sights. The private hot tub in all suites is an excellent feature, it was nice to relax after a day of walking around Santorini. When we first arrived we were greeted by Tomas who was very pleasant and accommodating. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were lucky that the room was already available to check-in early. The complimentary breakfast at Fusionelle across the street was also very good. The staff there especially our server Nesti was excellent. I commend the whole team for providing exemplary service. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends and family.

We loved our stay at Hill Suites. Thomas the manager was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. He helped with recommendations which we took up and enjoyed and sorted our taxi from and to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and promptly served (always with a smile). The cleaning/kitchen staff and gardener were also very smiley and friendly people. The accommodation was ideal and always clean. We enjoyed our hot tub but would have liked if they also had a pool to enjoy too (although you can pay €15 each to use neighbour hotel pool which was nice). Personally I would have benefited from there being a handrail on the stairs to the bedroom as my knees were regularly sore from all the walking and steps in Santorini! I would definitely recommend this accommodation. You need to be fit and not have any mobility problems visiting this beautiful island with the most stunning sunsets. Thank you Thomas, we wish you all the very best :)

Great from start to finish. Easy and fast communication with Tomas. Breakfast in nearby cafe. Only thing is there are some noises from the street that will be heard in the room at night. Be aware the suites aren’t in a secluded area of Fira so neighbors will se you on your private terrace/pool. No problem for us, just FYI. Would absolutely stay again.

Everything was perfect at Hill Suites. The suite was so cute, spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. We spent two very comfortable nights there. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. If I ever have the chance to visit Santorini again, I would definitely choose to stay at Hill Suites — actually, it’s one of the reasons I’d love to go back to Santorini.

This property is amazing with very nice, friendly & helpful people managing it. Its clean, good looking and relaxing. Great breakfast and great view of the east side of Santorini island. Only issue I had was that it was quite a hike (700 ft upwards per apple maps) from the property to get to street where the action is. Steps to get there are slippery at places and not well lit in the night.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights at Hill Suites and it was a pleasant experience! I will say our bathroom had a leaking issue and we were offered an upgrade until the issue was resolved but they promptly fixed the issue. Marco is very personable and approachable and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco for dealing with the bathroom issue. My only annoyance was the uncleanliness of the outdoor personal pool that we had on our terrace -there were bugs and hair from a previous time but if we had mentioned something it probably would have been resolved (the staff is very attentive) it was just kind of nasty for my liking because it should have been cleaned before we got there. But the room was beautiful, the views were gorgeous, and Marco is a great host! The AC worked perfectly!! And any other issues that arose Marco would let us know so we could make informed decisions. I'd recommend this property to anyone staying in Fira! So so walkable

Staff was excellent. Costas and Tomas did an amazing job. The property was very well designed. The room was well laid out. Like all hotels with a bit of wear and tear, bathroom cleanliness and slight mold can be an issue. Otherwise, the property itself was very clean and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job maintaining the rooms. Bravo!

Our stay was fabulous! The property is very pretty and neat. Our suite was spacious and so clean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Tomas, the site manager was just amazing. He was polite, helpful and was on point with all his restaurant recommendations! He truly made the stay that much better. He handled all logistics of our stay flawlessly. Location of the hotel is ideal as it is very close to Fira town center, making everything very walkable. The breakfast served each day was delicious and fresh and the view from the patio where food was served was lovely. Overall - great stay and great service!

This hotel room was very spacious and nice. The hotel manager greeted us outside our room upon arrival and explained the area with a map; he was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The only negative attributes about the property are that it is very noisy at night and that the jacuzzi water was cold (we had to ask for them to refill the next day, which they did).

Loved our accommodation. 2 bedrooms. Big, spacious and clean. Staff are awesome. Tomas, who looks after us, he’s Awesome. Great communication skill and friendly. Definitely an asset to the hotel. The hotel is closed to everything. Don’t worry about eating too much and putting on weight. Definitely getting lots of excising walking up and down the hills. Sneakers are a must.

Thomas was the most helpful!!! From welcoming us onto the property when we landed at midnight, arranging any transportation needs we had, to making sure we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning at the restaurant across the street he was THE GUY! Always a call/text away on WhatsApp (best way to communicate) to even finding you when you got lost lol he was amazing and made our stay the most enjoyable. Rooms were a bit smaller but amenities inside were very modern and up to date. Do not recommend getting the smallest room (outdoor suite with hot tub) unless it’s just for single/couples in addition to those with mobility limitations (these are more ground level). For me if you’re planning a whole wedding just splurge for the junior suite 😉 FYI be prepared to hike for the better views/room uphill. Unfortunately did not have as much as the ocean views as I would have liked but you’re fairly close to downtown Fira (away from downtown commotion) about 10-15 min walk. And yes you WALK EVERYWHERE. Also love that they have a family owned coffee shop/mini mart next door. Again Thomas was truly the highlight of this place and would recommend this place for him alone! 😊

Thomas, our host, was exceptional. The property has lovely sea views. The room we were in was tight for the three of us but spotlessly clean and a hot tub on our patio! The made to order breakfasts were excellent. Would not recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues as you must navigate down to the Hills with your luggage along a steep and winding rock pathway.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience at Hill Suites. We stayed in a Suite with Hot Tub and the room was exactly what we needed for our trip to Santorini. It was spotless and had the comfiest bed after long days of exploring, along with a little personal hot tub outside. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the center of the city, but off the main road enough where we got peace and quiet at night. Mario was the BEST. So friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at the Hill Suites property!

Great from start to finish. Easy and fast communication with Tomas. Breakfast in nearby cafe. Only thing is there are some noises from the street that will be heard in the room at night. Be aware the suites aren’t in a secluded area of Fira so neighbors will se you on your private terrace/pool. No problem for us, just FYI. Would absolutely stay again.

Manager was extremely helpful & friendly. Breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options. However, the manager left after the day we checked in and another younger fellow was there in his place. He was not helpful at all. When we inquired about renting a car he said just go to town and shop around?! No service from him! All he wanted from us when we meet him was payment.

This place was 10/10. The view is incredible, rooms are super unique, and the man working the front desk was possibly one of the highlights of the trip. He was super helpful in showing us things to do, where to go, etc. Thanks for an incredible stay and experience!

The stay and the service was amazing from start to finish. Our flight was late and the host stayed back to check up in and also accepted our food delivery. The breakfast was cooked and served upon coming to the seats. On the last night he came to visit us but we were not there and sent a text asking for any assistance and thanking us. Location was great as well. walkable to the main city. best hosts

From the moment I arrived the staff took such great care of me. The driver met me at the airport and the host met me at the top of the hill to show me the way down and bring my bags. The hotel has amazing views and the room was perfect. My private patio was one of my favorite spots to hang out as the views were gorgeous. The staff helped me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. They recommended some great places to eat and go check out on the island. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service from staff, we were taken care of very well. From Effimia the receptionist who made sure our quick stay in Santorini is awesome. She made last minute finding us a guide for a day tour. Tomas one of the staff member was very welcoming. Such beautiful smiles to greet us each day. The staff from the kitchen who made the food on time and even adjusted the time as we leave early for our activity. Such an awesome team. The hotel was spacious. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The breakfast area (open space) has a good view of the ocean.

Thomas is just wonderful! He is so helpful with hotel info and also local recommendations. This hotel is about 8-10 minutes walk from the main part of Fira. When you get dropped off, drivers will get as close as possible though you will have to carry your luggage down to the hotel from the road. We definitely recommend this hotel!!

Thomas, our host, was exceptional. The property has lovely sea views. The room we were in was tight for the three of us but spotlessly clean and a hot tub on our patio! The made to order breakfasts were excellent. Would not recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues as you must navigate down to the Hills with your luggage along a steep and winding rock pathway.

We had a fantastic stay at Hill Suites! The room was so quiet, clean, and unique. We loved the location and felt like we could do so much in walking distance. The transportation options from the team were always helpful and on time, and the busses were fantastic! The breakfast right there on the terrace was so nice. Loved it!

We stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. The room was clean and had a nice ambience. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance to the main square, bus station and to the main sights. The private hot tub in all suites is an excellent feature, it was nice to relax after a day of walking around Santorini. When we first arrived we were greeted by Tomas who was very pleasant and accommodating. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were lucky that the room was already available to check-in early. The complimentary breakfast at Fusionelle across the street was also very good. The staff there especially our server Nesti was excellent. I commend the whole team for providing exemplary service. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends and family.

Our stay was fabulous! The property is very pretty and neat. Our suite was spacious and so clean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Tomas, the site manager was just amazing. He was polite, helpful and was on point with all his restaurant recommendations! He truly made the stay that much better. He handled all logistics of our stay flawlessly. Location of the hotel is ideal as it is very close to Fira town center, making everything very walkable. We spent 14 nights at Hill Suites and it was a fantastic stay. The hotel is spotless and we were treated like royalty the whole time! Our room had it’s own hot tub and terrace for sunbathing and the fridge in the room was a nice touch. A wonderful breakfast was provided on the terrace each morning with incredible sea views. Just 5 minutes from Fira main street (but with steep steps due to the cliff side) the location means it’s very easy to walk to bars and tavernas in Fira. Also only 15 minutes from the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful but the shout out has to go to the fabulous Marco giving advice about what to do and where to go and just being all-round entertaining. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfection! Loved the hot tub on the private terrace -- I used it every night. Service at this hotel was really exceptional. Thomas responded to texts immediately and came by as needed to address any question I had. The hotel arranged my transport to/from the ferry. Breakfast was incredible! The hotel is connected with a restaurant, so it was a full, restaurant-quality brunch every day. I had an amazing experience. I would definitely come back.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Tomas was great with greeting us upon arrival, provided us a map and tons of recommendations. Room was quiet and clean and had a really cool look (the shower looked like a cave). We didnt have a car, so cannot comment on parking. Hill Suites is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants (so many options, try Kippo's !). Breakfast is included (across the street, about 30 seconds walk) at Fusionelle where the staff is friendly and the portions are absolutely massive (no complaints with that!). We often wouldnt need to eat lunch after eating breakfast there at 8am!

We loved our stay at Hill Suites. The place is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Ropes and plenty of towels were provided. The staff were so friendly and helpful and their response to our requests was very fast and polite. The hut tub was lovely. Breakfast was included and we had it every morning at the nearby cafe, Mario who works there was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Marco was great! He accommodated us when he could, for an extended check out. He set us up on a new catamaran for the sunset cruise, which was wonderful. Loved the private hot-tub and the location, which was walkable to most places and the heart of it all.
Marco was great! He accommodated us when he could, for an extended check out. He set us up on a new catamaran for the sunset cruise, which was wonderful. Loved the private hot-tub and the location, which was walkable to most places and the heart of it all.

Our hot tub was around the corner which we thought was odd. The location is a bit odd - quite a hike up to the main Caldera walk, but still close to the main village. Overall a nice hotel.

A special thank you to Thomas, who was always friendly, welcoming, and full of smiles. Seeing him every morning at breakfast always brightened our day and made us feel genuinely cared for. The communication from the hotel was excellent. Whenever we contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded quickly and were always happy to help. We especially appreciated their assistance in arranging our airport transfers and helping us with our luggage and taxi arrangements. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We also absolutely loved the hot tub. We used it every day during our stay. After long days of walking around Santorini and exploring the beautiful sights, it was the perfect way to relax. The warm water was incredibly soothing and helped us unwind completely. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable.
