Nice little boutique hotel with a Scandi-hippie vibe. Room was very nice. I had been flying all night and arrived quite early and they had me in a room in minutes. Nice little café/bar attached and a restaurant that doesn’t seem to be always open, but good for breakfast. No complaints. Very friendly service

Hotellet i sig och rummen luktade så illa att man inte kunde andas. Det luktade cigarrettrök och gammalt parfym, som etsas sig i väggarna. Kvalmigt i rummet, och vi fick sätta på AC för att få igång cirkulationen i rummet. Hotellfrukosten var under all kritik. Knappt något att äta. Service har jag ingen åsikt om alls. Tycker inte alls att detta hotell klassas som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Dessutom kostade parkeringen 15 euro per natt. Uselt och skulle inte rekommendera hotellet till någon.

Achtung bei Buchung von Anex Zimmer. Fotos mit denen geworben werden, stimmen nicht mit den eigentlichen Zimmern überein. Es werden nur die Premiumzimmer gezeigt. Anexzimmet haben direkten Zugang von der Straße und habe nur kleines Fenster zu nem Hinterhof. Durch Beschwerde da von zwei gebuchten Anexzimmern nicht wie angegeben um 15 Uhr bezogen werden konnten, da noch nicht geteinigt, haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer im 4 Stock war n sauber und zweckmäsig eingerichtet. Aber kein 4 Sterne Standard eher so zwei bis max. 3 Sterne Standard. Parken kostet 15 € pro Nacht und Fahrzeug. Eird vorher auch nicht angegeben! Alles in allem werden wir nicht mehr dort ünernachten.

Hotel was clean and staff efficient at the desk and at breakfast. Our stay was spoiled with a broken shower head and rail which was not fixed despite reporting on day one and no follow up info given. The breakfast room being badly planned out with food and coffee machine in same corner causing frustrating queues maybe something they could look into. First impressions were not good as Restaurant unable to offer food on late arrival due to private party.

Unfortunately the first room we got was 30 degrees and the room smelled like cigarettes. The staff were very nice and relocated us to another room, however, that room smelled as if someone defecated inside it and unfortunately the smell did not dissipate as we thought it would, despite running the fan and opening windows. It was quite nauseating but we did not want to ask to be relocated again. Unfortunate.

It wasn't clear on the booking page if parking was an extra fee (it was) but the front desk lady was very nice about letting us keep our car in the parking garage until 3:00 pm the next day so that we could see Zagreb sites. The room was modern and clean and had everything we wanted, including a fridge.

My family enjoyed their time at the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and engaging while the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have a modern vibe which we enjoyed. Large TV and comfortable beds. The large bathrooms were a pleasant surprise! The only consideration may be location. The hotel is about a 25-30 minute walk to the main square and has limited options for conveniences such as late night drinks and snacks.

Wir waren nicht im Glas Gebäude wie auf den Fotos zu sehen sondern wurden in einen der Zimmer im Hontergebäude „verstaut“ (Zimmer 1-4). Diese liegen direkt an der Straße sind nicht verbunden mit dem Empfang, man ist genau Zwischen Straße und Hotel hintertüren wo der Müll sich befindet und die LKWs die Lieferungen lassen. Also konnte mann morgens direkt durchs Fenster auf den Abfall und die Arbeiter die dort Arbeiten, schauen. Schmutzig an soch waren die Zimmer nicht, nur sehr Rostig im Bad und zu bemängeln war das sehr vieles nicht gut angebracht war (wie Toilettensitz, Papierhalter etc.), die Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden und die Tür vom Zimmer ging manchmal auch nicht gleich zu. Eine Dame vom Schalter war sehr nett, aber diese 2 min. einchecken sind vom Allgemeinen Aufenthalt nicht relevant.

Our trip was absolutely wonderful, & this hotel made us feel incredibly comfortable. We arrived very late, but we're welcomed by a wonderful receptionist. He was very polite, very well mannered, very professional & very kind. He guided us to local parking that was very secure. We highly recommend this establishment, & would visit again!

Property is in a good location. Walking distance to a few different tram lines, and also a couple convenience stores, which is nice so you can grab things for you room like bottled water. Breakfast offers a pretty good spread and often stays open well past the published 10am closing time. All of the front seat staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Only one very minor complaint is, and maybe it’s just an American thing, but there was no way to lock the door to the room from the inside. That’s not to say the property didn’t feel safe at all. We felt very safe on the property. Just more of a peace-of-mind thing, and maybe just a cultural American thing as well

The Hotel rightly located. It is a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to board the Tram to the City Centre, which is approximately 10-15 minutes ride, depends on Stops. The rooms are big and well decorated. The breakfast scramble egg was tasty and we enjoyed the Cappuccino. There were other selections of breakfast drinks. For a 4-Star Hotel, the Group should provide Kettle, tea/coffee and biscuits in rooms for guests.

Hotel non centralissimo ma il centro della città è raggiungibile in15 minuti con il tram. Le camere spaziose e confortevoli. Abbiamo sofferto il caldo. La temperatura era molto elevata nonostante avessimo spento i termosifoni. Colazione deludente, da un quattro stelle ci si aspetterebbe di piu.
