Good WiFi, polite staff, swim in/swim out was a pleasant surprise

I stayed here three nights and then went Krabi for two nights and came back again to the same hotel as I had to leave my luggage there. They have a problem with the electricity or the system all over the hotel that lights almost go and come back from time to time… The first night as as soon as I put the AC on all the electricity gone. They came 4 times and put the fuse on and insisted they fixed it , letting me sleep in an oven alll night long. They refused to give me another room saying they were full although they could upgrade, they didn’t. Another day they didn’t clean my room and had to ask them for, then they did it very late leaving only one towel although they were leaving two and no water.. One day I asked not to be disturbed but then asked for water as they give 2 bottles each day.. I called repeatedly and asked for water and the water came exactly 2.5 hours later . The last day they called me 11.30 to check out at 12.00 as my booking confirmation was 12.30.. I was getting ready to leave anyway but I said my check out time is 12.30 ..on the phone they said no, you need to get out at 12.00.. They asked both times 3000 baht deposit.Second time I came I had only 1000 baht on me , I said check me in as I came tired, then I go and change money and come to give you, they said no, you need to give now.. Although they had all my information they asked the passport photocopy again.. Except one lady the staff was not kind.. They see tourists only as money. Fake smiles..

Booked the family poolside suite. Was amazing. Three beds (one very large and two small). The beds were so soft and comfy, but they could give a few more pillows (small minor thing) for us that love pillows. The pool was always amazingly clean. The hallways were constantly being tended to by staff. Everyone was very nice and polite. If you want the room changed/cleaned you need to ask. We were not aware of that but they cleaned it last minute for us anyways (probably off the clock. Such nice people). Walk to the beach was about 3 mins. Food and massage within 1 meter of the hotel. Amazing location. Beautiful property. Will definitely stay again.

Cleanliness acceptable. Great location. Amenities modern and adequate. Only issue is they are stingy with toilet paper. They have 2 thin rolls for family of 4. Despite me asking for more, they did not seem to understand. The level of English in the staff is very limited.
