El hotel súper limpio y bonito, me gustó que respetaron la habitación que pedí a pesar de que tenía un descuento de cliente de Expedia (en otro hotel no me lo respetaron). El personal súper amable, la piscina de tamaño adecuado y tiene restaurante para desayunos, el bar del Rooftop no estaba activado, tal vez porque no era temporada, pero sería genial que lo activaran. Todo súper bien.

Recently built hotel. Modern but with a touch of Yucatan vibe. Good facilities and rooms, beds are a bit small. Good location and easy to park nearby. Shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The on site restaurant and bar provide good quality meals and drinks.

Very nice hotel. Superb breakfast. The rooms are simple, nicely appointed. A/C is cold, and must-have here. At night, there is a bar/restaurant outside with very nice live music. My room faced the garden, and I could not hear a thing, but I am not sure about the rooms facing the street. All in all, great value for money, and - it is dog friendly! There is a resident dog: a beautiful and friendly black labrador.

Nice and cosy little hotel, pleasant front desk staff and friendly restaurant staff. Not a luxurious place, but convenient: good location near the Calz. de las Frailes, nice and refreshing little pool, and a few nice ideas (e.g. naming the rooms after Maya gods). Minus: had no baby bed, but were friendly to our baby (e.g. warming up baby food). Overall I would recommend it for 1-2 nights stay in Valladolid max.

Mi reserva fue por habitación con balcón, no me la dieron, en recepción dijeron que no les aparece de esa manera la reserva, entonces el problema es Expedia. Camas con ácaros o algún tipo de insectos, casi no pude dormir, es evidente que no cambian las sábanas regularmente. Áreas de acceso a las habitaciones con vegetación excesiva, no puedes caminar bien sin que te golpeen numerosas ramas y caminar sobre grava con maletas no es opción. Estacionamiento en desnivel muy pronunciado, árbol grande arroja mucha basura, peligroso en días de mucho viento, pueden caer ramas grandes sobre los vehículos, falta acondicionamiento y mantenimiento al estacionamiento en general.

Pay the extra $ (maybe ten more?) and get a junior suite with a huge balcony and tons of space. Truly a great room! Great character in the room and not as noisy as some colonial boutique hotels can be. Cute little pool, for taking a dip. Good wifi. Breakfast was great and freshly prepared to order, but only offered sweet options. Some yogurt or an egg (they cost literally around 2 pesos each) would have improved it a lot.

Way too loud at night. Scooters and barking dogs all throughout the night. Windows do not keep the sound out as they are just screens. Location a bit out of the way.

El hotel estaba muy cómodo, bien decorado y el trato del personal muy amable. La habitación contaba con una mini-nevera, buen aire acondicionado y secador. Camas cómodas y habitaciones amplias. El restaurante sirve comida local fantástica y variada. La zona muy tranquila, sobre todo las habitaciones que dan al patio interior y no a la plazoleta. Lo único quizás negativo es que el Wifi no alcanzaba a la habitación más distante de la entrada pese a los repetidores. De volver a Valladolid me alojaría de nuevo en el mismo hotel.

De kamer waarin we sliepen werd recent opgefrist, alleen hing er nog een verfgeur en lagen de tegels een beetje los, nu dat was geen ramp. Het bed was echt wel heel smal voor 2 grote mensen. Het buffetontbijt vonden we heel triestig, als je bij een buffet niets lekker kan vinden, is het niet goed. De dingen lagen precies al heel lang klaar.

El hotel es muy muy lindo! El staff te hace sentir en casa. El desayuno fue super rico y también una noche comimos y bebimos en la terraza, machetes y cervezas. Súper rico y agradable. Viajamos con mi mascota y fue muy conveniente. Hay cargo adicional pero para nosotros valió la pena. Incluso hizo amigos de otros perritos. El wifi falló durante nuestra estancia pero creo que fue por la lluvia. Lo único que mejoraría la próxima ocasión seria tener cafetera en la habitación. Muchas gracias!!!

I would gladly stay here again. The front desk guy was super nice and accommodating after there was a mix up with the certain type of room we picked. He gave us recommendations for food and things to do. Room was very nice and I loved the decor.

We booked this hotel to get away from Hurricane Beryl. Check in was a little cumbersome. Upon arrival, the hotel was bracing for the storm and amenities were limited. Completely understandable. Our first night was fine. The eye of the storm passed over the hotel the next morning and there was a power outage at 9am and did not return. Staff brought fruit and a sandwich to each room, which was nice. We decided to not stay for the second reserved night. Room was non-refundable, which was fine. However, they asked for $300.00 pesos per night for a pet deposit but were not able to refund the pet deposit for the unused night. It was a reasonable request but not honored. Again, not a big deal but I don't think there was really anyone in charge present when we checked out. Felt very secure as the hurricane blew over the top of us. Great layout to escape a storm.

The place was very cute and cosy. It was well situated (on a Main Street but no issues for parking). The staff was very helpful and quite to follow up on things. Breakfast was cancelled due to renovations but they reimbursed us the price of Breakfast.

El hotel estaba muy cómodo, bien decorado y el trato del personal muy amable. La habitación contaba con una mini-nevera, buen aire acondicionado y secador. Camas cómodas y habitaciones amplias. El restaurante sirve comida local fantástica y variada. La zona muy tranquila, sobre todo las habitaciones que dan al patio interior y no a la plazoleta. Lo único quizás negativo es que el Wifi no alcanzaba a la habitación más distante de la entrada pese a los repetidores. De volver a Valladolid me alojaría de nuevo en el mismo hotel.

Way too loud at night. Scooters and barking dogs all throughout the night. Windows do not keep the sound out as they are just screens. Location a bit out of the way.

Excelente opción para quedarse en Valladolid. Está a un par de cuadras de Av de los Frailes y a unas seis del centro. Lo recomiendo además porque es pet friendly.

Very nice hotel. Superb breakfast. The rooms are simple, nicely appointed. A/C is cold, and must-have here. At night, there is a bar/restaurant outside with very nice live music. My room faced the garden, and I could not hear a thing, but I am not sure about the rooms facing the street. All in all, great value for money, and - it is dog friendly! There is a resident dog: a beautiful and friendly black labrador.

Pay the extra $ (maybe ten more?) and get a junior suite with a huge balcony and tons of space. Truly a great room! Great character in the room and not as noisy as some colonial boutique hotels can be. Cute little pool, for taking a dip. Good wifi. Breakfast was great and freshly prepared to order, but only offered sweet options. Some yogurt or an egg (they cost literally around 2 pesos each) would have improved it a lot.

El hotel es muy muy lindo! El staff te hace sentir en casa. El desayuno fue super rico y también una noche comimos y bebimos en la terraza, machetes y cervezas. Súper rico y agradable. Viajamos con mi mascota y fue muy conveniente. Hay cargo adicional pero para nosotros valió la pena. Incluso hizo amigos de otros perritos. El wifi falló durante nuestra estancia pero creo que fue por la lluvia. Lo único que mejoraría la próxima ocasión seria tener cafetera en la habitación. Muchas gracias!!!

It is a small, friendly hotel with a small pool. I loved the secret garden and hammocks to relax. It’s good value - a little shabby in places which you would expect for the price. But a very cool roof top area to eat and a cute outdoor restaurant. Food reasonable. It’s a little far to walk in to the town in the heat but you can easily walk to the Convent & Valladolid sign. There’s a convenience store opposite (the right out the front) & a small car park to the back.
