Strong chemical smell in the room after check-in made it impossible to stay. We requested a refund and were told we could leave and he’d process it. Despite calling and texting for a few days, there’s no response. I don’t recommend staying here.

Positives- staff was very nice and room was clean Feedback- breakfast was very average- hotel buffet quality, the lounge area had no end tables or games, etc for down time. The room itself was inadequate- missing lightbulbs, outlet did not work in the bathroom, small night stands with only one small lamp, no comfortable seating, extra pillows & blankets should be available and no clear orientation upon arrival or via email( no service until you arrive). I was very disappointed with this unkept b and b- work needed on the property. Also...no smoke detector in room. Would not recommend!!!

We enjoyed a quick overnight stay before our day in Bryce. The bed was very comfortable, the cottage was homey and private, breakfast was delicious, and having the opportunity to do laundry was great! The friendly neighborhood cat outside was a surprise bonus. :). While I didn't meet the owners, they were kind and responsive with my handful of questions over text. I hope we stay here again!

Cottage was freezing. Central air was not working and only blowing cold air. Had only an electric fire place and two space heaters to warm the place. It wasn’t enough and had to close off the bedroom. Bathroom was freezing as a result. Just felt like it should be better advertised. I wanted to just leave for a hotel honestly but place was unrefundable - surprise surprise. Unadvertised cleaning fee of $50 that was a surprise charge. I should have gone to a hotel. Forgot to mention the power went out. As least the response via text was fast and it was restored. There was black ice in the driveway. Area should have been salted for safety to and around cars. Stairs to cottage were uneven, almost fell from that too. Needed automatic lights by porch to see uneven stairs better and not just by the carport. Would not recommend in winter. Maybe Spring or summer.
