Only one restaurant and a pathetic lobby bar. Food was good; well prepared: Some issues getting it to the table hot!

Habitación cómoda, la cama y almohada fue muy cómoda para dormir, el agua caliente funciona adecuadamente en la regadera y te dejan bastante shampo, acondicionador y jabón. La vista al mar es muy bonita y me encanto la piscina, es muy grande y da efecto infinito. No tube oportunidad de probar el restaurante pero la comida que alcance a ver se veia y olia muy bien, será la próxima ocasión por que será un lugar añ que volveré.

Me pareció muy bien todo, solo el servicio de elevador es un poco caótico, a pesar de contar con tres.

Muy padre viaje. El hotel …. La Alberca esta en la sombra hasta las 13 hrs Y el la recepción usan chamarra por los fuertes vientos del lobby. Elevadores viejos… El buffet no varía de día a día y se aburre uno de lo mismo.

I loved the infinity pool and that it is situated on the beach. The staff and service were amazing. The only downfall was that it was noisy. Constant traffic noise from the street, which I'm not used to.

Demasiado antiguo, el vidrio del ventanal muy deteriorado, y no se podía obervar con claridad. La piscina tenia el agua poco fría, sin embargo cuando elegí este hotel fue por que llamé por teléfono a 6 hoteles y este me dijeron que la psicina esta climatizada y el agua es tibia. Y en realidad no fue asi.

Muy bien sobre todo la alberca y la cercanía al mar muy buena vista.

Beautiful ocean views. Common areas lovely and well maintained. Rooms quite dated but clean. No mini fridge in rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant a little on the pricey end.

No hot water for several days. Room was covered with mold. Everything in room was in horrible condition will never stay here again!

I like that its in a quiet zone. I did not like that they only cleaned the room once in 4 days that we were there.

It is on the beach, and every room has a view which is nice. It Is very dirty, the windows, walls, light switches, ceiling, sink, fixtures, and furniture were not clean. They ran out of pool towels and we were told we would get one in 20 minutes, but that did not happen. The service was slow at first but with a good tip with first drink it improved. The breakfast was over priced for what was available. Garbage all over the beach on the side of the hotel, which is sad. We will not be staying here again.

Habitaciones horribles super sucias asqueroso. En el Sofa cama con chinches es inhumano que quieran hospedar personas en ese tipo de habitaciones. Su personal muy despota y poco amable como si ellos nos estuvieran regalando el servicio. Únicamente los gerentes que eran de fuera que me comentaron que venian de cancun la srita Hernández muy amable y fue la que entendio y resolvió el problema. Un viaje muy decepcionante en este hotel

Todo me pareció excelente, sin embargo, las ventanas de las habitaciones no se abren y no todas las personas somo de aire acondicionado, preferimos la ventilación natural, por lo que si lo pensaría en regresar a este hotel.

Park Royal is a nice upscale hotel set on a spectacular location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The main attraction for me was the ocean view and the ocean air. That didn't work. I was surprised that the room windows were dirty and that you could not open the windows to let air in. What's the point of an ocean view in that case? Plus, despite the hotel being mostly empty mid-week, they put me in a less desirable location. (Low floor, angle view.) Note to management...please give your customers a decent room when you have them available.

The hotel has poor maintenance. The staff was very friendly. It's a basic hotel. The elevators have no ventilation or air conditioning, and are very slow. The windows were sealed, and did not have a balcony, which was not clear on the room description

Room was ok- bed very firm. Pillows ok. Furniture uncomfortable.

We arrived early but our room was ready which was nice. The hotel needs updating & the rooms don’t have a mini fridge which is convenient especially in hot weather. The pool area was quiet & it was nice that you’re able to go walk a outside to the beach. Not all rooms with ocean view have a balcony which I didn’t like. If I have ocean view I would like to have a balcony to step outside & enjoy the view.

This resort is very well located North of the marina right in the beach. The room had very little extras with no phone, no bathtub and the walls were paper thin. Windows were dirty making it hard to see the ocean from the room. Would not return

The rooms were nice! The view was amazing! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the food in the restaurant was so good and fairly priced! Absolutely loved my stay!

We felt safe and we had an amazing time. Staff members welcome us with a smile and they were super nice.

10/10 for the staff! So, personable and friendly.

Si les ofrecen un desayuno gratis no lo acepten, perderán tres horas de su vida, mejor paguen su desayuno y no escuchen la plática

Nos gusta este hotel ya que todo queda cerca, tu paso del cuarto a la alberca es de máximo 5 minutos, y en 2 más ya estás en la playa, y tiene una hermosa alberca infinito. Lo único que no me gustó es que los huéspedes comen dentro de la alberca y el hotel no les comenta nada, inclusive vi huéspedes aventándose comida dentro de la alberca. En general todo estuvo bien, solo si también nos sentimos algo acosados por las pláticas de tiempos compartidos, cuando uno paga precio completo de hotel es porque quiere ir a descansar y si tienes solamente 2 días de vacaciones, pues las quieres dedicar al 100 en estar tranquilo.

Desde que llegué me hicieron esperar 2 horas para darme habitación, en ese tiempo una señora quería meterme en un tiempo compartido, "a fuerzas" luego de que me dieran una habitación que no es la que reserve y el aire acondicionado no servia al reportarla con mantenimiento solo fue le pico al control y dijo que en unas horas estaria súper fresco nunca me cambiaron de habitación y el problema nunca de resolvió por lo que el cuarto estaba súper caliente porque no tiene nada de ventilación, lo único rescatable hubiera sido la vista pero no fue así porque las ventanas estaban todas chorreadas por lo que no se podía ver nada, quisieron hacer la limpieza de la habitación hasta las 9 de la noche

El servicio fue malo, pedimos toallas a la habitación y no llegaron, pedimos comida a la habitación y no llegó como dice en el menú a parte de que te llega en contenedores de unicel y te cobran casi el doble del total en servicio y propina sin dejarlo claro previamente. Presumen de un “servicio médico” que al final es un botiquín en la entrada del estacionamiento. A tu llegada a fuerza te quieren vender un tiempo compartido, si traes AMEX todo se paga en recepción y no se puede dejar una cuenta abierta (lo que te obliga a estar yendo todo el tiempo a pagar ahí) Si necesitas factura se tiene que hacer el mismo día del consumo con alguien, no lo puedes hacer tú en línea.

Las instalaciones muy bien, la ubicación muy bien, lo que no me gusta es que vas llegando a realizar el check in y te abordan personas para ofrecerte el desayuno de cortesía a cambio de que asistas a la plática en la que te ofrecen la membresía de la cadena hotelera

Over all the hotel was great the only one thing I didn't like is the pressure the staff gives you to buy there vacation packages they offer us free breakfast and it was a seminar to have us buy their vacation package at last they told us to pay for breakfast because we were not interested on buying anything from them that was very rude from their part. Other than that very nice place !!

Está en una zona tranquila, retirada de la zona de mayor concentración de hoteles y actividad. Está muy bien para quien busca un espacio tranquilo.

The hotel has basically nothing to do. There is a bar at the beach/pool and at the restaurant. The staff is super friendly, the food is decent, and the rooms are clean. It is in a nice location (pharmacy next door, convenience store across the street). If you are looking for a basic hotel to stay at, this one would be a good choice. Not too far from the city, nice location on the beach. All rooms gave the ocean, our room on the second floor didn't have a balcony which I found disappointing, the majority of the rooms higher up in the hotel did.

Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas

Esta súper lejos del malecón y atracciones, no tiene nada incluido más que el hospedaje, todo les parecía mal, no podemos tener bocina para escuchar musica, no podemos tener hieleras en la alberca aparte es muy costoso el bar, si eres alguien joven y busca divertirse en Mazatlán no te lo recomiendo para nada, creo que es para gente más mayor y que busca relajarse en sus vacaciones, lo odie

We went to Mazatlan for the 4/9/2024 eclipse and chose to stay at Park Royal over a nearby all inclusive to be a little bit closer to town. Hotel was overall affordable. The staff was amazing and it was evident that the entire crew from ownership down wanted to make a great impression. Breakfast buffet was very good and very fairly priced. Pool was nice and beach area was great. There is a bus that runs all day in front of the hotel to take you downtown for food/drinks and only costs about $1/person each way. Negatives: I was hit with a Time share pitch right when i walked inside the door. I could only pay for things in the restaurant with Visa- no cash/peso or AmEx. But if I wanted to tip, I had to tip in cash/peso and couldn't put that on the card. The "bar" is basically useless and nobody was hardly ever staffing it and certainly nobody was sitting there having a drink. There is not much to do around the hotel as far as food/drink, so you almost have to catch the bus into town to do anything. THE BEDS ARE HORRIBLE!! I felt like I was sleeping on a table top. No basic toiletries in the bathroom like wash cloths (only got 1 towel), soap, lotion... that are pretty common in most hotels. THERE WERE NO TV CHANNELS IN ENGLISH, AND NO WAY TO PUT ENGLISH SUBTITLES ON THE TVS. I understand it's Mexico and I respect that you need to acclimate when you travel to another country, but they are obviously looking for the US$, so at least give me a sports channel and a movie channel.

Excellent stay. Very clean and quiet hotel - I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. If there was one downside, it would be that their restaurant is sub-par - I ate there 3 times and each time it was fair at best. Other than that, highly recommended.

I like the swimming pool and that I can walk along the beach. What I didn’t like was the food from the restaurant. People from the hotel was very friendly.
