Excelent place to change the typical hotel stay. Great common areas to work or just chill.

Me encantó el concepto, minimalista y completo para tu estancia. También hay comercios cercanos para poder comer. La zona se notaba tranquila y contar con el estacionamiento dentro del hotel da mucha más tranquilidad en tu estancia.

Todo muy lindo, 2da vez que visitamos el lugar y sienote ha sido muy grato, sólo no te aplican el descuento de hospedaje a la hora de consumir alimentos en el restaurante, tienes que pedir e informar que te hospedas porque no llevan el registro, igual es un descuento modesto Por ptra parte muy amena la estacia, cuenta con apmplio estacionamiento, habitación muy ventilada y la cama muy interesante

Property was great, just had an issue with the parking team not being around when needed at night time. Lobby was called multiple times before getting off and made contact with the concierge who then assisted.

Muy agradable el hotel, la habitación muy práctica y la decoración me encantó muy contemporánea, el rooftop uff 10/10 y el desayuno que incluía aunque no era muy variado, muy rico y el chico que atendía muy amable. Volvería sin duda.

Staff was super nice rooms were very clean and in a very nice neighborhood.

Check in is at 3p and we waited in the lobby until then. When we entered the room we thought it was fine. We didn't really look at anything and we left for a meeting and then dinner. I noticed things after that. We had no water in the room so we had to go buy some. There was long hair all over the floor. And glitter was all over the rug and the sofa. Then I saw a used cotton swab next to the toilet, and it wasn't from us. Then I saw the front of the toilet with urine and hair on it. As I brushed my teeth, I felt water on my the top of my feet. I thought I was splashing. I was not. It was a water leak coming from inside the cabinet. I opened the cabinet door and there was dirty stinky water in the cabinet and black mold under it on the floor. While this was happening, my husband was outside with our dog. I pulled back the wrinkled bed covers and saw glitter and hair in the bed. Inside the sheets. A pillow case was yellowed and smelly from someone else's head. The person at the desk was gone when I went down. The next morning they were very nice and moved us to a new room. But it is very loud in the hotel all night long. Music. People banging on walls and things. We decided to leave a day early since we were not sleeping. They did not offer a refund for the 1st night in an uncleaned room. And we still had to pay a pet cleaning fee for the dirty room and for the night we didn't even stay.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were covered in hair, stains, and even bodily fluids on the headboards—absolutely disgusting. The sheets were clearly used, with visible creases. We complained and were moved to another room, only to find the same (or worse) conditions. After being moved a third time, it was just as bad. We finally decided to leave at 4am, tired and utterly disappointed. We were so excited to stay here, especially after a long trip, but this experience was a huge inconvenience. The photos online looked beautiful, but don’t be fooled! Cleanliness and sanitation are clearly not a priority at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

La habitación estaba impecable, tenia vista bonita a la ciudad.

La habitación exelente, muy moderna, muebles y todo es de excelente calidad, solo la limpieza deja mucho que desear, falta una limpieza mas a fondo. La secadora del cabello estaba sucia y pegajosa, el lavamanos tenia manchas de maquillaje y las sillas que su tapiceria es de tela color claro tienen manchas muy desagradables.

El baño estaba muy sucio, lleno de pelos en la taza y en el suelo, terrible esto

La habitación tenía el terrible problema de que todo el tiempo apestaba a orina, debido a que la taza del baño estaba pésimamente mal sellada y de hecho se veía como se salía todo el líquido por fuera de la taza Al llegar a la habitación existían basuras y manchas en el piso, la limpieza muy deficiente.

La cama no tenía sábanas limpias ni fundas limpias olía horrible y marque para que me cambiaran la cama y nunca nadie me atendió tuve que dormir en el sillón lo demás Excelente pero lo importante además de insalubre no debe pasar

It was a very good experience I love and enjoy it, the distribution of the loft was amazing!

Normally I don't do this type of reviews, however I want to leave my comments to help improve the quality of the hotel. A fairly comfortable clean room, however with a strong smell of pipe coming out of the toilet. The refrigerator never worked, I couldn't connect to the internet from the room. To report this situation, the front desk staff did not leave the cell phone if they continued to check Facebook and chat on WhatsApp. Good atmosphere, good hotel, too bad for small details.

The loft concept was well thought out, design is incredibly efficient and the finishes are lovely. It's a comfortable accommodation that is very unique and a pleasant surprise

Very modern. However, wall were full of red salsa stains next to the bed on the suite. TV dont work and rooms are lacking a safe for your belongins. Bathrooms are small even on the suite. Other than that is decent.

Las habitaciones están pequeñas pero cómodas, la TV es pequeña, el baño está muy bien, no servía el microondas, y algunos contactos no funcionaron, el aire no se podía regular tanto, y si se llegaba a escuchar otras habitaciones, el café de abajo rico y el estacionamiento amplio

Propiedad moderna y muy cómoda para descansar la sala de la habitación, la cocineta y el escritorio quedaron a la perfección, son de estás habitaciones que puedes estar todo el día en ella y no te aburres, además tiene buena vista.

The place was comfortable and near many restaurants. The only offset was the bedding considering it was a loft it felt closed in like a cage, made it feel. Bit uncomfortable.

Nos cambiaron de habitacion porque no habia wifii. La tv es super chiquita y la cama peligrosa con esas escaleras.

Muy linda pero no hay cómo comunicarse a recepción, tuve que bajar porque el control no servía. De lo demás todo muy bien.

Staff was great

Desacierto que no tengan un teléfono en el loft para comunicarte a la habitación. El cel lo contestan muy poco. No sacaron la basura al momento de hacer limpieza y cuando pedí apoyo en la tarde que regresé, me dijeron que no había nadie que pudiera ir por ella sino hasta el día siguiente.

The idea is good, i like the minimalist desing is beautiful, the laundry and the other open áreas, but the materials feels low cost you can notice they use low budget to build i can say that is irrelevant but if you’re staff has a lack os good service that make everything worst, i really think people at the front desk needs some trainings or more experience dealing with basic things, plus the change my stateroom twice becasue the first room the door was not working and i slept like that the while night lol something bad could happen to me and next morning when I adressed it to the front desk girl she did not understand anything or she act like she did not undertand and she just asked me you just notice this in your door? Like if it’s mi fault the door is not working and the second time they change me becasue i found pibil hair in the bathroom it was disgusting but if the staff we’re more aproachable nothing of this could matter lol but they do not even look at you when passing by the front desk.

Si ocupas hacer comprobacion de gastos por trabajo, mucho cuidado. Solicite los datos para recibir mi factura, sin embargo no especificaron la que solo puedes enviarlo máximo 2 dias despues del final del mes (me hospede último fin de semana de agosto).

Esta todo excelente , a una cuadra hay un Soriana que vende alcohol hasta las 1am así que puedes ir por una cerveza , una plaza para comer , lugar súper limpio , vistas increíbles

Room was good, only complaint and not really a complaint is the TV that is way too small for when wanting to watch it and not in a good spot. Great location for walkable food options, plenty of food and bar options.

Una gran opción para quedarse, cerca de muchos lugares. Muy bonito, limpio.

Gran lugar para hospedarte en Guadalajara ya que si lo que deseas es estar cerca de la glorieta de la minerva ,esta es una gran opción .

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación es bastante incómoda por la ubicación de la cama, nada accesible. Reservamos con desayuno Bufett , que NO es buffett, solo hay 3 opciones a la carta, por lo cual es un engaño a la hora de reservar lo cual nos molestó bastante. El servicio de meseros es muy malo, ya que hay poco personal, tuvimos que tomar cosas de otras mesas para poder comenzar nuestros alimentos ya lo que solicitamos , nunca llegó. Es mucho mejor no pagar el desayuno en la reserva si no más bien en el lugar .

El restaurante tiene muy buena comida, cama muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas, solo no había botella de agua disponible en la habitación
