This probably used to be a grand dame in Bucerias resorts, far from the madding crowd, large private bungalows and spacious suites. Now it's a faded lady, dowdy and broken down. Very clean, I have to say that. But tiles literally falling off the pool walls while you are swimming (water is VERY VERY warm though). The hotel is IN a construction site, so very dusty and noisy.

Tomando en cuenta que es un hotel viejito podemos encontrar varias anomalías como la TV que no funciona correctamente, hay muebles viejos regados en el exterior de la habitación, el restaurante está muy limitado, solo venden sncks, la habitación cuenta con lo mínimo necesario para pasar una buena noche, tiene aire, ventilador de techo y el colchón cumple con la comodidad necesaria, son aspectos que se pueden mejorar con un poquito de ganas tomando en cuenta que el costo también es bajo.

The building is closing and being knocked down next month. My door wasnt secure, my view was concrete pikes and old toilets, there were cockroaches in the front suites and the pool was a dirty mess. The Expedia pictures are old and do not reflect what the Princess looks like now. I checked out after spending 1 night.

Es un lugar bonito, a la orilla del mar, la playa bastante rocosa, pero en general el hotel limpio, la atención de la recepcionista deja un poco que desear, pero de los demás empleados muy buena, muy amables, instalaciones bonitas, tienen donde estacionarse, si volveria.

En general muy bien, solo el servicio de restaurante abren muy tarde, algunas veces tuvimos que almorzar en la calle porque abren hasta las 8.30 que para desayunar o almorzar ya es muy tarde para algunas personas dentro de las cual me incluyo, saludos

Liked that it was ocean front and had security guard overnight for vehicles.The mattresses were hard as a rock,the bar fridge is in dire need of repair and need more seating area for the hotel rooms at the back.

Located on the beach. 3 levels of accommodations-room, suite and bungalo. Our room was very dated but clean. There are several trip steps (2-3” steps) within the room. Tv has limited English channels. I could not make the close caption work for english. Restaurant on site has limited hours during weekdays- 10 to 5 but there are other restaurants close. There is a lot of new high rise construction on the street so a lot of noise sometimes.

The property was nothing special, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. It is a good location within walking distance to downtown. Our room was quiet and there wasn’t a lot of people at the hotel so we were able to enjoy the pool and beach pretty much to ourselves. For the price of the hotel, it was just as I expected.

Good and bad things: the view of the sea was a bit good, it had good space to rest, the space was very good, we had two rooms and two bathrooms like an apartment, the air conditioning did cool but it smelled very bad and humid, I think they don't give it service and the mattresses are the worst we have slept on, I think they are the same ones from when they built the rooms. My unit was # 222

Our stay was very disappointing! We had two pieces of jewelry stolen on separate days! There were cockroaches in our room and the smell of sewer was horrible. There is construction all around us and the noise woke us up daily.

You get what you pay for. Which is fine, but the place could do with a little bit of love. There isn't even a kettle or cups in the room. No decoration at all. It is incredibly noisy due to all the construction around the area. The room is big and spacious and the ac works. That is pretty much the only positives I can think of.

They need a new pool. I like the 'bird hut.' Good amount of eye candy which will wind up being your main recreation being that the internet doesn't quite make it to your room. Works good in other areas though. Restaurant works for a while but as you get familiar with Bucerias and La Cruz you will find more options. Little bit of a walk to both though. Trees still shade the road a little though sometimes and the Gaggles make pretty songs.

It was amazing loved every minute of it. The Housekeeper was so so so sweet and did a excellent job. Staff was awesome. Everything was wonderful. Little high in price.

The property was nothing special, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. It is a good location within walking distance to downtown. Our room was quiet and there wasn’t a lot of people at the hotel so we were able to enjoy the pool and beach pretty much to ourselves. For the price of the hotel, it was just as I expected.

New construction next door. 7:30 a.m. start up. Not the hotels fault but don’t plan on sleeping in. Friendly, helpful staff. Cafe not open

They need a new pool. I like the 'bird hut.' Good amount of eye candy which will wind up being your main recreation being that the internet doesn't quite make it to your room. Works good in other areas though. Restaurant works for a while but as you get familiar with Bucerias and La Cruz you will find more options. Little bit of a walk to both though. Trees still shade the road a little though sometimes and the Gaggles make pretty songs.

I loved the location. Steps away from the beach. Great view from the balcony. The only bad part was all the construction, since our bungalow was right next it. Otherwise I would definitely come back.

Located on the beach. 3 levels of accommodations-room, suite and bungalo. Our room was very dated but clean. There are several trip steps (2-3” steps) within the room. Tv has limited English channels. I could not make the close caption work for english. Restaurant on site has limited hours during weekdays- 10 to 5 but there are other restaurants close. There is a lot of new high rise construction on the street so a lot of noise sometimes.

For what I paid for it was it was OK the noise from the highway in the morning and the construction next-door kinda wakes you up in the morning other than that it was fine

Tomando en cuenta que es un hotel viejito podemos encontrar varias anomalías como la TV que no funciona correctamente, hay muebles viejos regados en el exterior de la habitación, el restaurante está muy limitado, solo venden sncks, la habitación cuenta con lo mínimo necesario para pasar una buena noche, tiene aire, ventilador de techo y el colchón cumple con la comodidad necesaria, son aspectos que se pueden mejorar con un poquito de ganas tomando en cuenta que el costo también es bajo.

En general muy bien, solo el servicio de restaurante abren muy tarde, algunas veces tuvimos que almorzar en la calle porque abren hasta las 8.30 que para desayunar o almorzar ya es muy tarde para algunas personas dentro de las cual me incluyo, saludos

This probably used to be a grand dame in Bucerias resorts, far from the madding crowd, large private bungalows and spacious suites. Now it's a faded lady, dowdy and broken down. Very clean, I have to say that. But tiles literally falling off the pool walls while you are swimming (water is VERY VERY warm though). The hotel is IN a construction site, so very dusty and noisy.

Staff is the best. Amenities were few. Clean,quiet and quaint, but reserved two bungalows and ended up with one and a junior suite. It worked out, but not what I was expecting.

It was amazing loved every minute of it. The Housekeeper was so so so sweet and did a excellent job. Staff was awesome. Everything was wonderful. Little high in price.
