The only thing i did not like about this property is there is NO PARKING if you come in late (midnight-6am), quite a few nights i had to literally park by the entrance of the hotel because the parking was full smdh.

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located. Away from the beach and alot of the traffic. The breakfast hit the spot every morning. I even ate a little breakfast at the hotel BEFORE going to breakfast. The staff was great. Very helpful with whatever i needed (quarters for laundry, etc). We even used the guest laundry at the hotel, although there was only one washer and one dryer. But we lucked out and it was empty when we started laundry. But right after we started, there was a line to use it. Altogether we truly enjoyed our stay. Maybe get one more washer and dryer though lol.

Tvs didn't work on half the floors. Pool was freezing. Had to switch rooms. Very clean space but overall hotel was very cold.

The room was nice and clean. The gym was also clean, but would recommend the facility supply wipes or spray for residents to clean equipment after each use. Breakfast was good as well. There is a nice variety of options. I loved the 24 hour coffee/tea station. The only Con is the limited parking.

I had an overall great experience. Loved the size of the room. Everything was working properly and clean. I could see the entrance to Macy’s at International Mall from the hotel parking lot. I even ordered Dominos pizza take out one night, which was super easy. My main reason for staying was the location (to malls and the airport) and I’ve had very good experiences with other Holiday Inn Express & Suites locations in the past. (Laundry facilities on site was a major plus as well)

The only thing we didn't like was that the bathtub was not draining properly. During the shower time the bathtub remains with a inch of water all the time. We reported it at the time we left, to be fixed for the next client. But for us, it was not a big deal.

Farah at front desk is an awesome employee. Very friendly and professional, Hotel is lucky to have her. Breakfast buffet was okay. Lobby was inviting and clean. Room looked neat, but had a strange odor (smelled like stinky feet) and an overpowering smell of bleach! Huge con for me . The smell was very concerning. All in all i would stay here again (hopefully odorless room)

The room I got on my first day had a TV that did not work and a coffee maker that did not work. They offered an upgrade that I did not accepted because they did not have a better two bed bedroom. The second time I stay 4 days after . Had some of the lights not working. Other than that it was ok.

All was good except for the AC. It made a lot of noise and kept switching on and off which affected our sleep. Complained about it and they turned the sensor off which helped with the switching on and off however the noise remained the same. Due to this I can’t rate the stay higher.

Clean, spacious room and helpful staff. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is shared by a shopping mall. There was a carnival and a haunted house within the adjacent shopping mall parking lot, directly across from the hotel. It was very noisy and the floodlights were positioned right in front of our room. The hotel has a very limited parking area in the front and no overflow areas. Hotel staff had to assist with us with parking in unassigned spaces along the front of the property.

Perfect! We stayed 1 night ahead of a cruise. It was reasonably priced, walking distance of the mall with many local restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean, modern and I was impressed with the breakfast. Both hot and cold, pancakes, yogurts, juice coffee. Also coffee in the room along with water and Dove soap products. Would 100% stay again as long as it kept clean and modern.

I was traveling with three other people and had reserved a two queen bed with a sofa. I selected this and paid an up charge, so that only two people would have to share one bed. The day before the Hotel reached out to me and I confirmed the room selection and requested bedding be available for the sofa. I received a message, confirming my selection and the hotel offered to even make up the sofa bed. My initial impression was that the service was going to be excellent. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were assigned a two queen room with no sofa. When I contacted the front desk find out what happened. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up and went down to the front desk only to have the receptionist tell me no other rooms were available in the hotel. I discussed with the front desk, woman that my reservation was confirmed and was based on a specific room selection. She said that room had been given away, and there were no other rooms available in the hotel because they were full. She stated that the problem existed because I booked the room through Hotels.com (Expedia) and so no remedy was available. There’s always a remedy to make something right when you’re not able to fulfill your commitment. A credit, a discount off of a future stay…or a little empathy delivered with a sincere heartfelt apology.

I don’t usually travel alone for seminars. Front desk helped with Uber and map. Greeted me coming and going. I enjoyed the breakfast options. I couldn’t be happier in this new hotel choice, and loved the computer contact prior to my arrival regarding any needs.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was even better than last year. Any issues/ requests we had were addressed in a timely manner. Customer service by all of the front desk staff was excellent. We’re looking forward to staying there again.

The only thing that was upsetting to me is that my invoice had one amount and my card was charged more. When I queried this, they stated that that was a security deposit and should be return withing two to three business days. This never happened.

The property is just about 20mins or so from the MIA with no traffic. It is conveniently located opposite the Miami International Mall and Dolphin Mall is approximately 5 minutes away. At times, planes can be heard but the sound is not bothersome at all ( this is coming from a light sleeper ). The staff is pleasant and helpful and the basic breakfast is just that but more than enough to keep you going until lunch time. Overall good experience and would recommend 🇹🇹

The hotel is right opposite the Miami International mall. You can exit the entrance of the hotel and cross the street into the parking lot of the mall. All in all a very pleasant stay and will surely return in the future.

I was not overly impressed with this hotel. If you are looking for a decent included breakfast, look elsewhere. The options were limited and were exacerbated by the hotel having no plates. Several people asked the attendant and he just shrugged. Also, there was no decaf coffee and the pancake machine was broken.
