Fantastic location in city centre but close enough to the Promenade. Clean and comfortable room with nicely appointed ensuite shower room. Great hospitality from our host Yann and team, with some local recommendations, sociable drinks at the well-stocked bar and accompanied by a superb breakfast. Highly recommended!

Firstly,a huge thank you to the staff at the hotel in particular Candice,Julian and Yanny for making my first visit to Nice a great one! They offered some excellent restaurant and day trip suggestions. The hotel is perfectly situated close to Nice Ville Railway Station perfect for day trips and further afield. The room was spotless with a large comfortable bed,ample wardrobe space,a safe and a big bathroom. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and drinks. The most unique feature of the hotel was the hotel reception doubled up as a bar! Yes,you heard it correctly! So,when you check in you can have a wine or beer! More hotels should adopt this! The Promenade Des Anglais was a 10 minute stroll through the neighbourhood. There are many restaurants and shops located close to the hotel to cater for all tastes. Nice Old Town takes around a 20 minutes stroll and is well worth a visit or 2. When I return to Nice I will definitely be returning to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Close to the train station and a short walk to shops and the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful going out of their way to store luggage for us and to make us feel at home. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good buffet selection. The comfortable lounge where both breakfast and happy hour were served gave us a chance to meet other guests and to exchange travel stories. Our room was very comfortable and clean and felt spacious and modern.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist exzellent. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, es ist alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Durch die Lage in einer Seitengasse war es relativ ruhig. Es gibt ein paar Parkplätze, die man für einen gewissen Betrag pro Tag reservieren kann.

Nice hotel, great recommendations for restaurants etc from the reception team. Everyone was so friendly and the vibe is very relaxed. It was a delight. Nothing at all in the minibar but the actual bar is cute. The place is so welcoming, hard to explain but it feels in some ways like a much fancier hotel than it is. Bathroom is chic and clean - felt lux. Would love to stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in their “romantic suite” for our honeymoon. The location of this hotel is unmatched if you are wanting to utilize the trains. With that, this hotel is surprisingly quiet due to it not being directly on a busy street. The hotel is gated with a keypad locking entrance after 10PM. We both felt very safe here. The staff was amazing. I requested something special for my wife’s birthday and they were able to accommodate my request going above and beyond all expectations. Recommendations given to us for places to eat and explore were on point and as far as walking distance from what Nice has to offer it is in a great location for that as well if you don’t mind a 10 min walk.

A fabulous hotel. The staff here should be training others all over the world! From the front desk and Candice to Yann the everything Man this place is outstanding. Candice, Yaan, Andrew and all just make the place so good. The rooms are beautiful and appear to be recently renovated. The bed is great and facilities terrific. The hotel has a lift and a bar and is wonderfully located. 2 minutes from the station and about 5 minutes to the Main Street of Nice where the tram runs. Breakfast is great too. The place is so close to everything but also very quiet. Should we visit Nice again we would most definitely stay here at this wonderful boutique hotel.

Cute hotel near the train station. Our room was spacious, clean and the AC was amazing in this summer heat. Modern amenities and the shower has been truly a joy at the end of the day. In addition, staff have been super friendly and helpful, making it such a pleasant stay. Recommend this place for your stay in Nice!

Lovely boutique hotel, clean comfortable well presented rooms. The hotel staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help you. Great location 2 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to the front promenade. The breakfast is delicious and a good variety of foods, everything you could want. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a decent stay for the price. Especially if you plan on being out most of the time. The staff was friendly and they left a treat for us on the day we were leaving which was nice. The location was convenient, as the metro/tram was a 3-4 minute walk away. Also, there are some good restaurants within a 10/15 minute radius. One of my issues were the towels; they had something on them, couldn't tell if it was hair or plastic. The beds weren't comfortable and the pillows need replacing. I had to bunch it up to support my head and neck because they were lumpy and deflated. Lastly, there's an odd smell in the main lobby.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Really easy to get to the train station to do day trips and also really easy to walk into the centre of Nice. Bed was a little small but comfortable and there was a lovely Juliette balcony. Staff were all very friendly and the space was very clean.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are immaculate and well appointed, the bathrooms are luxurious with high quality toiletries and the bed was super comfy. It is situated in a quiet road a short distance away from the main tourist areas but still an easy walk to all the sights. Special mention must go to the staff who were all exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to cater for my wife's dietary requirements, and always having a smile whenever you encountered them. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet boutique style hotel in Nice.

Hotel is very close to trian station. So it is very easy to go to Cannes, Monaco, Monte Carlo. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room is very well done ,it having a great sun and it is big. We were greeted upon arrival by Yann who was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. He went above and beyond to help us plan day trips to nearby towns. The rooms were clean and modern.The staff were very accommodating. We would recommend and return again.

Phenomenal service, from the minute you step in, they are helpful, courteous and professional. Yann at the front desk was exceptional; helping us plan every day in Nice and the surrounding area, checking in on us and ensuring we were having the best possible time. Very welcoming staff, always greeted us with a smile. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful with any questions and recommendations. Of particular note was Audrey who assisted us with a number of question. The hotel is very close to the train station and also easy walking distance to everything. Very modern hotel, clean and super comfortable bed. Very much appreciated the little pastries that were hanging outside our door the morning that we were checking out. It was a lovely gesture. A fabulous hotel. The staff here should be training others all over the world! From the front desk and Candice to Yann the everything Man this place is outstanding. Candice, Yaan, Andrew and all just make the place so good. The rooms are beautiful and appear to be recently renovated. The bed is great and facilities terrific. The hotel has a lift and a bar and is wonderfully located. 2 minutes from the station and about 5 minutes to the Main Street of Nice where the tram runs. Breakfast is great too. The place is so close to everything but also very quiet. Should we visit Nice again we would most definitely stay here at this wonderful boutique hotel.

Absoutely loved my stay. So clean and comfortable. The rooms wwee recently updated and so nice. Breakfast was eonderful everyday. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are. Cudos to Antony who helped us so much even with obtaining train tickets. Yann was so personable as well. This hotel is a real gem!!

We arrived quite late into Nice Ville station (short walk) and the duty manager welcomed us and immediately asked if we’d like dinner. He personally recommended an excellent small local restaurant a few minutes walk away and phoned ahead to book us a table. A comfortable and pleasant stay.

Our stay here was wonderful. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the beach, and there were countless restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Everyone who works here is very kind & knowledgeable. The breakfast included some nice options. The location is very close to the train station. The hotel is tucked in so you do not hear the noise. This was a perfect place to get some rest after a long day.

Lovely boutique hotel, clean comfortable well presented rooms. The hotel staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help you. Great location 2 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to the front promenade. The breakfast is delicious and a good variety of foods, everything you could want. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Nice for 5 nights for vacation. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable though it was not very spacious. The continental breakfast was better than some other hotels. In addition, the staff at reception dest were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Anthony and Samantha who made us feel at home. Lovely hotel. Very well positioned with the train station close by and a short walk down to the promenade. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was 17 euros and didn’t have some of the things that it said it should have (bacon). Eggs were not great either. As though they had been sat there for a while. Apart from that though I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a centrally located hotel in Nice. And we will definitely be returning next year.

Everything was clean and tidy. All the necessary amenities were included. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and provided fresh coffee and orange juice every morning. The quality of it was so good that it saved us the trouble and money for lunch. Even after we checked out, they were willing to keep our luggage until we were ready to depart. The location of the hotel was pretty good, close to Nice station, town centre and the promenade along the beaches.
