Convenient location, clean swimming pool, nice and quiet.

We got a VERY good price and the room was fine. Ice machine was broken but that was the only glitch, highly recommended for value.

Honestly, it wasn't bad. It is a good budget option for Disney. We weren't in the hotel for anything other than sleeping. However, if you are planning on hanging out in the hotel - do not recommend. A couple things I had issues with: 1. No elevator. We had a stroller and it was a pain in the ass getting up and down the stairs with our toddler, especially if he was sleeping after a long day at Disney. Plus, carrying luggage upstairs, with kids, sucks. 2. The carpet was FILTHY. It was super dark, so you couldnt notice. However, my son walked around one evening in the room without shoes on and his feet were black within an hour. Disgusting. 3. TV had channels, but nothing of interest. I think the only normal channel was ABC. 4. Our room was directly behind the Carls Jr. and the room reeked of fast food the entire time. It was disgusting. 5. We had some pretty sketch stuff going on the last night we were there. There was someone walking down the hall outside, trying to open doors to rooms. I couldnt make out what they were saying, but it sounded like they were up to no good. Addtionally, when they got to the end of the hall, there was loud banging and then a car sped off. It was just odd. On more than one occasion, someone tried to open our door that night. 5. It is pretty clear there are a couple rooms that people are living out of.

The water of the pool is horrible. Dirty. Many dead insects and fallen leaves.

The man who checked me in was very friendly, polite and very helpful with the surrounding area. I really liked having the gas station next door and the shopping center to the left had a delicious Mexican restaurant. What I didn't like was the fact that the pool had been shutdown by the health department, that just tells me they don't stay on top of the proper cleanliness. And the TV did not work, as "the wifi doesn't reach that room."

The room had carpet (hotels just need to get rid of carpet) which looked clean but our feet were black after walking on it for just a few minutes. The toilet flush valve was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, the towel rack above the toilet was about to fall off the wall, the sink was cracked, the bathroom had previous water damage that was only partially repaired and painted, the smoke alarm was missing. The swimming pool had water leaks all around it in the walkways and the hot tub looked like it had mold.

Highly recommended! Hot tub, pool, close to everything you need. Very friendly!!! Room service always provided! Clean, staying here again each time!!! Thank you!!!

The only thing that sticks out is the toilet water pressure wasn’t well, but everything else is a 5 star!! Can’t beat free parking either, will stay here again!

Oddly, I like that at night the parking lot is lite so bright, it looks like daylight. Deter of crime. Can also see the people in the parking lot.

The room was clean enough. The pool area needs some maintenance. I rate it a 6.

No frills but did the job. Beds were small and ok-comfort. Fairly run down. Floors were filthy -socks turned black in 20minutes. But no bugs and no crazy yelling neighbors. Several people smoking outside.

Staff is super rude when bringing up a problem about the hotel they run. Towels and even blankets would have some type of stain. Found 3 bugs in that room in 1 night. Just horrible stay in general, never again.

The rooms looked quite nice inside and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, we found live bed bugs in both beds. Thankfully, we inspected the bedding before getting bitten and we checked out that evening without staying the night. We received a full refund and did not request to switch rooms since we were concerned about an infestation throughout the property. It's too bad because the room had a microwave, fridge and a wash basin separate from the toilet/shower. It was very family friendly if not for the bed bugs.

The price was great and the staff was friendly, but the carpet was so dirty that it made our feet dirty and sticky. The phones did not work and there were not enough charging outlets.

Been staying here last several trips to Disneyland and this will prob be the last. The room we had this time was infested with roaches. When I told the front desk they didn’t seem to care. We saw them mainly in the fridge so we couldn’t store any food unfortunately. Will have to find another location for my upcoming stays in Anaheim.

During our stay we realized our socks were being turned black. After showering and walking barefoot no more than 20 mins my feet were left black from how dirty the carpets were. Upon arrival the towels and bedding seemed dirty but we didnt say anything thinking maybe just stained. At check out while loading our cars to leave we noticed housekeeping was just making up the beds not actually changing out the bed which confirmed our earlier suspicion of dirty towels and bedding. We always bring our own bedding and towels so the hotels werent used by us.

Very old room. Coffee machine doesn’t work (call front desk to replace it but never get the good one). The tub in bathroom was cracked. Toilet seat is very dirty. Towel bar is loosing and drops down when touching or hanging the tower.

The area felt safe and the room was spacious and I liked it a lot at first. I thought I had found my spot for Disney trips etc. However, around midnight the neighbor on top took a shower and water came dripping into my bathroom floor. I go check because it sounded like someone had turned on my shower and it was a big leak. Looked like it had been covered up before. I did not sleep comfortably with the drops and thinking that shower ceiling was going to cave in. Then almost slipped when I went to go use the restroom in the morning, I guess more water had leaked after I cleaned the puddle up. The same thing happened again before I checked out. Also, the TV had a damage line when turned on. Just replace it and properly fix the ceiling! I told the front desk lady when I checked out and she just said that maybe they would have to put the room out of service if what I was telling her was true. C'mon 'IF'! I'm sure they knew the issue it had. There's no way housekeeping didn't notice it before. Also, the walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors coming in an out as well as cars. The carpet was not clean but there was a fridge, microwave, iron, hangers, hair dryer as well as good AC. No workable ice machine! I think that these motels assign the most deteriorated rooms to those who purchase through third party websites like hotels.com because the luck I've been having with most budget motels has been something else. So just keep that in mind when you do get these types of motels.

One night of sleeping on that hard bed injured my back. I couldn't turn my head for two days without sharp pain. The neighboring rooms had thin walls with rowdy occupants, thumping all day and night. Would not stay again.

We were given Room 201 . . . and it was in a word --- SUPERLATIVE!!! The room was gigantic, 2 King beds, an extended sink basin to hold all a female's accoutrements! A terrific shower, plenty of towels! A much needed ironing board and a top-notch iron with a sterling ironing surface! A great armoire with plenty of hangers --- everything was just FABULOUS! That was until we clicked on the TV! The screen itself was huge . . . the BIG problem was that it was a ROKU TV! What it that!? Well we couldn't get any Local channels to tell us about the weather or other activities for the holiday. But this next item was just UNBELIEVABLE! There was NO ESPN nor TNT for the basketball playoffs! So after unpacking everything, and 30 minutes of me trying to get some type of programing (that I didn't have to pay for/or subscribe to), I contacted the front desk and ARKIE said he would come up to fix it. He couldn't --- so he got on the phone and called someone, while still in our room! I just told him to forget it --- and we went out and spent more money at a restaurant to watch the games when we already bought food to heat up in the nice microwave and quaint refrigerator/freezer that came with the fantastic room! After 2 days of NO TV (no wait --- there was a LEAVE IT TO BEAVER channel)! Who knew and more importantly, who wants to watch Leave It To Beaver for 24-hours a day. We asked for another room on our final day! It was a little run down, but we did have cable TV! #thankGod

Hotel seemed clean and safe. A little outdated and needed some maintenance but not a bad hotel for one night

The first two nights of our stay were great. Our third night, however, we came home to a waterfall of water flooding from the ceiling of our bathroom. We had been at Disney all day and came home around 10:30 pm to a completely flooded room. It had been flooding for a while because our whole bathroom had an inch of water in it and was completely unusable due to the gushing waterfall coming from the ceiling. Water had made its way into the sink area and completely covered the floor, wetting everything we had set in that area. (We later had to throw some things out because they molded.) Water had also begun to come into the bed area, wetting the ends of all the bedding and some of the sheets/blankets hanging off the bed. We immediately went to the front office and the young man there told me housekeeping would come clean it in the morning. I eventually made him come to look at the room because he wasn't understanding that the room was completely unusable. When he realized how bad it was (bathroom unusable, bedding wet, torrential water still coming from the ceiling) he told me there was nothing he could do. The hotel was completely booked that night and he DIDN'T HAVE ANY EMERGENCY NUMBERS! Not to a plumber, not to a manager, not to the owner, nothing! We were stuck while my two young kids cried because the worker, through no fault of his own, could do nothing! We were stuck in a flooded room at midnight. Eventually the owner was found and moved us to another hotel at 1 am.

This hotel provided daily housekeeping!!! Made beds and fresh towels everyday. First hotel I’ve stayed at since Covid to provide this. The guy who checked us in should also give lessons. He was super efficient and quick yet also helpful.

Arrived, refused to help us said we had no reservation. After calling hotels to get the correct confirmation number, they suddenly found our reservation, but said they gave the room we selected away. We were given a different room then said that was the "last room" they had left. Room was hot with poorly working AC AC did not work. Carpet in room was sticky/dirty. The towels were folded, but when opened to use them hand towels appeared to have smeared make-up and were clearly soiled with black streaks/make-up. Bed sheets were full of what appeared to be sand or dirt and were wrinkled/crumpled up (sand may have been bed bug waste). While checking in another guest came into lobby to tell staff the bathroom was clogged in the room, and the desk person said they couldn't fix that because it was too late, and that the guests could use the bathroom in the lobby for the night. Ended up leaving hotel at 0500 to sleep in car after only being in room a few hours because conditions were terrible.

I had called ahead of time asking for a late check in an late check out since I was coming so late the guy said it’s perfectly fine just to let them know the morning of for late check out. I had went in the morning to ask for a late check out a the lady immediately cut me off a said no we can’t do a late check out today.

I have never stayed at a worst hotel. When arriving, we asked for a bottom floor since I had a kiddo with crutches. We got put in the very back corner by storage. The bed sheets and towels were dirty. They were covered in hairs and even a dead roach. We requested another room and they said they were sold out but could bring us new sheets. The hotel desk said they did not have anyone to come change the sheets for us and we’d have to do it ourselves. We ended up contacting Expedia’s customer service (which was great) and they helped us find another hotel. So disappointed with the Queens Inn.

Leon was the best, super helpful and friendly guy. Give that dude a raise. The lobby AC was busted and it was a sauna just getting checked in. Those poor staff in there were dying

2 stars is being kind. Check in was a nightmare. We were stuck outside for over 30 minutes. Check in started at 3:00 pm and we arrive around 3:15. The doors were locked and no one would answer. We called the hotel phone and hotels.com however neither of us was able to get in contact with the property. Once the young lady finally unlocked the door there was no apology or explanation. She just asked for our name. She proceeded to give us one key for two people, asked for $100 in incidentals and charged me one night for our stay. After going to the room and getting ready, it was approximately 430 at this time when we left to head into Disneyland and another family was stuck outside unable to check in. We spoke with them and they were also trying to check into their room, but no one would answer. We ended up waiting as well because we needed two keys as there are two of us. The room itself had a very odd odor, only some outlets worked, the beds felt like box springs and the bedding sheets towels were all stained. The towels were also tiny, and although there was two of us in the room, there was only a single set of towels. Upon checking my bank account, they refunded the single night they charged me and charge me for two nights, even though I paid for one night using my Hotels.com points. Giving two stars was being gracious. I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I ever recommended to any friends or family. Hotels.com should reconsider working with the property.

Queens Inn is a great economic hotel within walking distance of Disney. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Queens Inn is a no frills motel, two blocks from Disneyland. It’s fairly quiet and clean, especially compared to some of the other choices in the area. There’s the occasional peeling paint or cigarette burn, but nothing super gross. There is a bus stop just across the street and it’ll take you right to the park. Or take an Uber if you have a group. There’s no breakfast or a pool, but there are plenty of food options in the immediate area. We’ve been here multiple times and it’s been great every time.

Great hotel to be close to Disney!

Great place to stay. Free parking and walkable distance to Disney. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The Cave is nextdoor as well if you are looking for a good place to grab beers and don’t want the same old chain restaurants.

Convenience stores nearby. Restaurants around the property. Close distance to convention centers. Easy parking. Staffs friendly. Property kind of old. Have microwave and Fridge. Fridge also old but useable. Spacious room. Restroom shower water not stable. Water turned cold sometimes during shower. Noise of course. If you don’t want to spend too much, just a place to sleep. This is a very good choice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Queens Inn. We came to Anaheim for Disneyland. It’s a bit of a walk (~20min). But there are a couple bus/shuttle options really close by. The hotel was pretty basic, could use some upkeep (paint and tiles), but it was clean, there was good parking, the staff was helpful, and it was overall a great value for what we paid. Would stay again on a future trip.

Older hotel, reasonably maintained, with decent price for the location. Biggest draw is 1/2 block to Toy Story Parking lot. Pick up breakfast at Carl's and be at the lot before 7:00am. Catch the first shuttle to the park and enter the park about 7:30am. They drop the ropes right at 8:00. They will even let you park free at the hotel until 5-6pm.

I liked that it was walking distance to the Anaheim convention Center and there were various places to dine from which to choose within walking distance. Parking was free, the room was spacious and clean. There was a pool and Jacuzzi available for leisure relaxation if wanted.

Great price and Great location within walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot with tram to Disney. I hated the coffee maker, but Nextdoor is a convenience market to get coffee. Dennys is just down the street.

Incredible clean! I could smell the clean sheets and pillowcases, room was super clean too and that’s the most important thing when booking besides reading recent reviews, only downside was the quality and quantity of towels.We only got 3 for adults and 2 small for hands. Towels are child or head sized,were ripped, thin and super used. Good place to stay, 30 minutes walking from Disneyland and nearby restaurants to eat and a convenience store and gas station. With exemptions of the towels I do recommend this hotel and would stay again. No breakfast but parking is free, other places have free breakfast but you pay for parking. There was a constant water noise by the toilet seat so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times.

This property was a decent place to stay for the price. Fairly clean, a somewhat older hotel but walking distance to the toy story parking lot and Denny's. Lots cheaper than other hotels in the area.
