Good hotel in general. Nice Gym. Nice spa. normal restaurant. Good service. Far from city.

Grand Hotel Zagreb er et fantastisk fint Hotel, med nogle skønne værelser, en rigtig god morgenmad, en lækker a la carte restaurant samt rigtig fine faciliteter såsom pool og spa. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor Zagreb centrum, men til gengæld er der fri/gratis parkering. Tak for enorm sød og god betjening af vores tjener som serverede middag for os den 14. Og 15. Juli 2025. Fantastisk service og engagement.

New hotel. Everything is clean and brand new. Breakfast ok. Large free parking in front of the hotel.

We were here for 2 nights 2 people. We booked this because aesthetically it was amazing and had access to a spa. However when we got to the hotel the spa is at an additional charge and the only free amenities are the Gym & 10m salty pool that is mildly warm. The breakfast is average and not a big selection tho it was fresh and quite continental. The room was lovely although we did request a double twin room with a futon, we were met with 2 single beds and a sofa. After speaking with reception we compromised and pushed the beds together.

Leider unzufrieden mit dem Hotel! Der Pool war kalt der „Jakuzi/Whirlpool“ war nur ein verbundenes Becken mit dem selben kaltem Wasser und Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Benutzung der Sauen welcher ein Grund für die Buchung des Hotels war sind leider nur nach Termin kostenpflichtig nutzbar. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht Zufrieden stellend das Bad wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Es gab keine neue Seife sowie Kaffe!!! Was man bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel durchaus erwarten kann. Für alle Raucher kann ich ebenfalls keine Empfehlung geben, es gibt keine Balkone zum Rauchen. Eine Raucher Lounge gibt es jedoch wirst du abwertend angeschaut wenn du nichts zu essen/trinken bestellst. Man merkt das Hotel versucht mit allen Mitteln nach der Buchung noch weiterhin abzukassieren. Das Frühstück hat uns gefallen. Jedoch werde ich auf meinem nächsten Besuch in Zagreb nicht noch einmal das Hotel besuchen.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay while visiting Zagreb! It’s a bit outside the center of the city but so worth the extra distance! The facilities, front desk staff, Antonio in the bar, and spa services/staff were excellent! Would definitely recommend!!

Nous a nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel tout était nickel, un accueil plus chaleureux aurait rendu le séjour parfait. Dommage que bien que la chambre soit prête avant l'heure du check-in on nous réclame 15 € par tranche d'une heure pour l'avoir. Aussi hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner garni, piscine et spa au top.

Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Gute Matratze. Badezimmer griss, jedoch Schimmel in den Fugen, Fensterbank mit Dreck. Restaurant war eine Katastrophe, teuer, schlechter Geschmack. Bedienung überfordert, Weine von der Karte zur Hälfte nicht vorhanden. Als der junge Ober die Weinflasche brachte stand Chefin mit Küchenkraft in der Küchentür und haben den Ober beobachtet ob er alles richtig macht. Wir waren die einzgen Gäste zu dieser Zeit. Das war sehr unhöflich

Newly renovated hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. At the back there is logistics hub for lorries which may disturb the night when they reverse. Overall - it’s nice hotel.

The Grand Hotel Zagreb was a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and with all the amenities to make anybody’s stay a pleasure. The continental breakfast that was included offered a variety of good options to start your day. The staff at the hotel provided a professional service. The only drawback was the location. The hotel was kilometers away from the town center so we had to rely on taxi or Uber services to move around since we did not have a car.

Nachbarn waren laut zu hören, Lüftung hat sehr nach Fett gestunken. Frühstück war nicht sehr lecker und Mitarbeiter teilweise unhöflich. Praktisch ist die Anbindung zur Autobahn und Shopping Center neben an.

Excellent hotel, the rooms were large and well maintained. Staff were friendly. Good selection of foods available at the buffet. Only thing that they could maybe improve on, would be the to channel selection- when travelling with a child - only news channels isn’t ideal. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Good size room, excellent beds, good shower.

Loved our stay! Great guy at the reception during check in! We felt welcome at once! Great room, nice beds, nice bathroom, shopping malls at 5 min walking distance and you can Uber anywhere at a moments notice! Would most certainly recommend!

Only issue I had was that the hotel was a little out of the way. I also was given a room with 2 singles. Even though the hotel looked like it was not too booked they wouldn’t give me a room with a double bed.

First time at this hotel and it was lovely. Very friendly and accommodating staff with excellent English. We asked to extend the check out time by 1 hour, no issue.

Beautiful property with a remarkable staff. Breakfast was incredible. The only down side was the shower was a bit of a challenge to maneuver in and out. We are 65 plus. Would definitely stay again!!

Never, never again!!! Let's start from the beginning - I asked for a room on the quiet side, I got confirmation that this is not a problem - I got a room side/front street, it was not quiet. There was no iron and ironing board in the entire hotel - after our very firm complaint, they bought it and delivered it to the room. Pillows - drama, hard and artificial, not possible to sleep o them- probably the cheapest range that can be found on the market. Waiter service - people without any experience, as if they were taken from a street round-up. No draft beer in the bar/restaurant. Bar- very small without any atmosphere. Check-out at 10.00!!!!!!!. There was no option for a later check-out - my friend wanted to leave his luggage for storage - the receptionist with disarming honesty said that he can't do it because there is no room to store luggage. Breakfast - really nothing special, very basic. The car park is a public, huge car park where cars of employees from companies that are around the hotel are parked - it is not a guarded hotel parking. And finally, the best - all these attractions for only 200 EUR per night. I have a very strong recommendation - change the name of the hotel to Grand Joke Zagreb because it's the biggest negative Joke I've had for last several years, sleeping in hundreds of hotels in Europe.

Staff was super, rum was great. Somewhat far from local activities, but it was more our fault as we did not know the area. We can recommend this hotel.

Upscale, modern, clean. Pleasant staff. Awesome breakfast. Nicely out of the way and easy to get to but not walkable to any attractions. As long as you arent looking to be in the middle of the tourist scene I highly recommend staying here.

Modern hotel between the highway and a logistic center

This hotel is in the main city - about a 25 minute drive to the lower Town historical district. Fantastic spa and massage at reasonable cost of 50€ for 60 minutes. Great buffet breakfast.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht im Hotel. War eine Zwischenstation zwischen Dubrovnik und Wien. Hotel ist sehr günstig neben der Autobahn und man hört nicht den Lärm der Autobahn. Für kurzem Aufenthalt eine sehr gutes Hotel.

The hotel is very nice and the service is fantastic. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are large and everything is clean. The spa and gym are amazing as well. The thing to keep in mind is that it is about 35 minutes from the city center and there is no public transportation from the hotel to the city center, which means you either rent a car and take a cab. The cab ride one way is between $25 to $35 Euros depending on traffic. If the hotel would offer a shuttle service to the city center twice a day, it would be perfect.

Struttura nuova e pulita, eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale cordiale, professionale e preparato. Punto di miglioramento è la colazione, molto cibo salato ma poca scelta sul dolce. Parcheggio di fronte alla struttura pubblico ed utilizzabile 24h. Lo consiglio vivamente.
