This was our second stay at this hotel. Excellent location next to lots of dining options and shopping. There’s a target within walking distance. Much Newer area, clean and safe for families. Their outdoor pool is awesome with a slide, kids loved it both times they visited. Plenty of outdoor space with fire pits and sitting areas to relax. Rooms are spacious and have a kitchen, dishwasher, fridge. They have laundry on site for a charge. Gym is great too. Overall, great for families. Very close to Disney resorts, within 10- 15 minutes of most disney parks.

The only downside was the pool being shared by Homewood Suites. The pool gets super packed throughout the day by people from both hotels and it’s not big enough to accommodate both. We were there for 3 nights and each day/night we couldn’t find anywhere to sit because all of the chairs were taken. But other than that, everything else was great! Staff were friendly and helpful! Location was great! Would stay here again if I don’t plan on using any amenities.

So not rely on the shuttle. Day one we waited an hour at which point we asked them when they are coming and were told “sometimes they don’t show up and to call an uber”. The shuttle times also do not sync up with park hours. Over all the hotel was great clean well kept. Avoid room 113 if possible it shares a wall with the gym and it can be loud

The pool was very nice! The kids enjoyed the waterside connected to the pool. I absolutely love the outdoor area where the pool is at the sitting areas with the fire pits are very superb fitness center is nice. Rules was nice only issue. I had with my room as my door to the bathroom. Continue to jam getting us stuck in the bathroom, but overall hotel was good! The breakfast could have been better. Everything was prepackaged nothing fresh very crowded difficult to find a place for families to sit together due to the crowdedness. Also tables were dirty. Need to be cleaned.

Bed was comfortable, hotel was very clean, A/C worked like a champion, nice hot shower with great water pressure, amazing breakfast everyday, and friendly staff. There is a $20 plus tax a day for parking that most reviews tell you about. There is also an unexpected $125 hold for incidentals that was not listed but immediately put back on your card when checking out. Only negative was the day we left. Out last night there they shut the water off between 1145pm and 4am and didn’t have hot water at 5:15 in the morning so we took cold showers. Called the front and they had hot water back on as we were walking out the door at 545am. Over all this was a great stay for my family. Only took us 15 minutes to get to each Disney parks. This hotel is in a safe are with great food choices near by. The pool is very big but it does close if it rains.

We always enjoy our stay. Two things we did experience was pool related. The walk into the pool is super slick. We saw multiple children fall, our own as well, and they were not running. They just slipped down. Also, there was poop just chilling on the slope going into the pool. It was pointed out by several guests but it wasn’t cleaned up within the hour we were there. Other than those two experiences, everything was super. Breakfast is super awesome.

Overall the property was clean. Small improvements needed in the suite we stayed in. Particularly the Bathroom shower needed an extra cleaning. Mold spotted. Staff polite.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were huge (even the studio suite), they were dog friendly, and everything was very clean! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the complimentary breakfast- the lines were ridiculously long no matter the time we went, and the quality of the food was medicine.

Room was very clean. Compliments to the cleaning staff. I check it all and bring my own supplies. It was one of the best hotel rooms ive been in a long time. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good.

My family of four stayed here for a week and it was fantastic! The entire area felt safe new and clean. The hotel has an amazing smell as soon as you walk in. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and friendly. I plan on returning next year for sure. It was awesome!

Great size rooms - two queen beds plus a full size sofa bed, a kitchen with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher microwave, sink with disposal. And lots of shelves and drawers for clothing, etc. Staff was super nice and the breakfast had a great variety, plus you could make your own Mickey waffles!

The room was very nice and had a lot of storage. The bathroom was a bit small compared to a lot of hotels but it had everything you could ask for. The kitchenette was basic but as long as you dont plan on making full meals it was very sufficient with a full size refrigerator and microwave. The beds were soft and comfortable. The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on (we did not use the sofa bed). The television was place moreso for viewing on the sofa but it could be seen from both beds when rotated. Our room was on the backside of the hotel so we had a nice view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks every night. The pool was very nice. Moderate sized and I imagine it could be very crowded during peak times but we never had any issues. Around the pool and the grounds were maintained well. The drive to the parks wasnt bad, about 10-15 minutes from the four main parks and disney springs. There were shuttle busses but they have very set times and needed to be booked in advance so we didnt use them. We had no issues with the staff and they were all very welcoming and kind. We did not eat the breakfast because it ends at 9am during the week and 10am on the weekend...which we failed to wake up for.

It is VERY clean hotel BUT you can even hear other guests opening and closing their blinds from my room which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel and the number of people staying. They ran out forks almost everyday from my 5 days stay and it is impossible to get waffles due to too many people lined up to make it.

The room and staff were friendly and were quick to provide any help if needed. We did however, run into an issue when we arrived. Our tv did not connect to internet and wouldn’t allow for us to watch Netflix or Disney. We had zero WiFi service. A tech guy went to our room and checked it out and said he would put in a ticket to get it solved. We lasted a whole week at the hotel and never heard anything again about getting the issue fixed. But other than this the property is great and is close to all Disney parks.

Amazing room on 7th floor with views of Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks (made us so happy!). Room was huge and we loved the full-size fridge and the kitchen amenities. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was crazy! So busy and seating limited, but it was free! We had great coffee and were able to have muffins, fruit, cereal and toast - queue for Mickey waffles was insane. Loved the smell in the lobby. Parking is paid on check-in but we had no real problems finding a space, even when coming back later after the parks. Location was great with a Target and some restaurants close by. Drive to the parks was quick and easy. Loved our stay in Flamingo Crossings (our daughter was on Disney College Program and in the accommodation just across the road so it was ideal for us).

My husband and I were visiting from VA and we LOVED our experience at this hotel. It’s conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from all the Disney Parks & Disney Springs. There is a shopping center across the street with a Target and Walgreens for any last minute needs, as well as different restaurant options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the breakfast buffet as well- there were so many options of breakfast foods & beverages and the “menu” changed daily. We used their laundry facility and gym, and we were pleased with how clean they were. Everything about our experience was amazing! We definitely would stay here again!

I love staying at Home2 because their suites fit our family, there's plenty of space, and the properties are generally well-maintained. This location was no different. My only real complaint about the property is that there isn't enough parking around the hotel, and if you return late after visiting Disney, you will generally have to park in the parking garage, which is farther away. On the other hand, the hotel staff leaves much to be desired. Twice we got an employee at the front desk who couldn't speak English. Once my wife got an employee who was stoned out of his mind and absolutely unhelpful when she was trying to do laundry. On top of that, we didn't get any housekeeping service for the entirety of our 5-day stay. I have stayed in many Home2 locations, and by far the staff here has been the worst.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I feel awful that I waited this long to write the review and forgot the front desk receptionists that were there during our check in. They made my son’s 7th birthday extra magical. I hope they know that their gesture of kindness created an unforgettable experience for 2 little boys. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was perfect and even the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful. I’ve never had a better experience at another hotel! Every staff encounter was great. I can’t think of anything that needs to be improved except giving everyone a raise for their incredible generosity and hard work.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando at Flamingo Crossings. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, I was very disappointed with the service at the front desk. My wife spoke with an employee named Mae, who was unprofessional and dismissive. We had a small bag that was forgotten earlier during our reservation, and when my wife asked for assistance, Mae showed no effort to help and simply ignored her request. We really liked the hotel and its location, but this negative interaction left us with a poor impression of the front desk service. Better training in professionalism and customer care is definitely needed.

They double charged my account and still haven’t refunded me. I thought it was my fraud prevention declining my transactions but it wasn’t, it was because the hotel took all my money out my account by double charging me and being charged for 4 nights 2x is not cheap. The 2 employees kept over talking me and my bank representative who told them that pending means it went through but those idiots kept saying it said declined. Then the website says $10 for self covered parking but I was charged $20 a day 2x again.

The breakfast was terrible and nothing was tasty , the egg is not an egg , the tables were not clean at all . The turkey bacon was not good at all. The breakfast should be revised . But the pool was nice .

We had a great 3 night family vacation stay! Our favorite part was the very expansive breakfast spread, as well as complimentary coffee, hot chocolate or tea 24/7. The pool is so nice! Our room was very cozy and a great place to rest after visiting Disney. Would stay again for sure!

The property is clean and has a lot of amenties. The breakfast at the property is 6am-9am Monday-Friday and until 10am Saturday-Sunday. Breakfast was good except the bacon was overcooked everyday it was served. It was like plastic.
