This is an old property that has actually been renovated to modern standards. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Toilet was modern and newish. Shower was modern and newish. Plenty of room for up to two people for 2-3 nights but it did lack in storage, such as a luggage rack. Keurig coffee available in shared space and management or owners were accommodating to my irregular travel schedule. If you happen to be a cyclist on a budget, this gets you within 5 miles of the Intercoastal Waterway Century and the end of the route comes right by the motel. There could be some road and train noise but they provide earplugs, which I didn't need as I'm a deep sleeper. Common area includes toaster oven, microwave and vending machines for basic munchies. Location isn't walkable but you're not far from major shopping centers and Cocoa Village. No frills lodging for the unpretentious traveller.

I would call this place a “hidden precious stone”, cuz I’m not into bling. It is very easy to find, surrounded by acres and acres of undeveloped, natural habitat. (Nearby easy hiking trail on animal sanctuary.) The room was immaculately clean, natural stone flooring, great mattress, and quiet. There is a train that passes by from time to time, and even the train horn doesn’t bother - it sounds nice. There is an outdoor patio under the covering where guests can find Keurig machine, toaster, microwave etc. (Oh, and room has a fridge with a separate freezer!) Great place for the cost!

Amazing inside. Enough spaces for close parking to room. A little noise from the train passing by but it never bothered me. They provide ear plugs. Close to many stores and restaurants. I felt safe with the keyless entry. Not a single bug in sight, which is unusual for Florida! Would definitely book again!

Really enjoyed my stay here… Spent two nights… The room was immaculate actually - a nice surprise when I opened the door and looked in there… also really enjoyed morning coffee and walking the very short walk down to the Indian River behind the motel… would stay here again in a second…

Andrea was great. I was a bit silly calling to ask where to make the coffee provided. I was unfamiliar with this type of setup with the central cabana and the clean picnic tables. She didn't laugh at me. Very nice..

We stayed one night for our cruise the next day, it was convenient and affordable. Communication was done through messaging, since no one is physically on-site, which made it convenient not having to "check in." Just give them a number code for your door and it'll be ready for when you get there. The downside of the place is, it's beside traintracks and a intersection, which can be loud. They took that into consideration and offered earplugs (didn't help) to use which were in the room upon arrival. Overall, the motor inn was fine for one night and was updated cutely.

No front desk! Just a room assignment and door code sent to your email. The room was spacious and very pretty. Frig but no nicrowave. They do have a community area with a Keureg and ice machine...coffee and cream supplied in your room. No breakfast of course.

This place is so clean and comfy. It is on a busy highway but at bedtime I never heard anything til early morning. There is also a train track across the street. There is no lobby you check in with a phone number given but there was a guy on property to help if needed. Very friendly!!

I was happy to find this gem within a close 22 minutes from my car rental drop off for my cruise. The room was decorated nicely. I did not use the coffee or vanilla creamers but it was a nice touch. The train did not bother me with earplugs but I think it may have woken me up twice. I fell right back to sleep. Nice sized fridge in room. I would stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was fine. The walls are thin and you could hear normal conversation from the next room. Train comes by every 30-45 minutes and there is a crossing in front of the motel requiring the train to blow the horns as they pass. Motel does supply earplugs though. We will not stay here again.

The building is old, but clean and well kept. There isn't very many elec. outlets, so the fridge was in the closet nook. Not much space for clothes. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only real problem was the train whistle during the night. The room is inexpensive. Good value for the price.

I know when i booked, i booked 2 beds and got a suite it said. When we got there it had 1 bed per room. Then my charges were to be 126.01 and they changed my card 282.11. Not very happy.

We stayed overnight for a cruise out of port canvarel. It was an easy comute to the port. Places toeat not too far away. The only negative for my husband was road noise but they provide ear plugs.

Stayed for just a night before a cruise out of Port Canaveral and this will be our go to in the future! Super convenient (about 20 mins from the port) with a Publix nearby and other eating options. Bed was so so comfortable and room was very clean and inviting. Appreciated the earplugs provided since it is near a train track but the noise didn’t bother us. Great quick stay!

This is an old property that has actually been renovated to modern standards. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Toilet was modern and newish. Shower was modern and newish. Plenty of room for up to two people for 2-3 nights but it did lack in storage, such as a luggage rack. Keurig coffee available in shared space and management or owners were accommodating to my irregular travel schedule. If you happen to be a cyclist on a budget, this gets you within 5 miles of the Intercoastal Waterway Century and the end of the route comes right by the motel. There could be some road and train noise but they provide earplugs, which I didn't need as I'm a deep sleeper. Common area includes toaster oven, microwave and vending machines for basic munchies. Location isn't walkable but you're not far from major shopping centers and Cocoa Village. No frills lodging for the unpretentious traveller.

I was happy to find this gem within a close 22 minutes from my car rental drop off for my cruise. The room was decorated nicely. I did not use the coffee or vanilla creamers but it was a nice touch. The train did not bother me with earplugs but I think it may have woken me up twice. I fell right back to sleep. Nice sized fridge in room. I would stay again.

Amazing inside. Enough spaces for close parking to room. A little noise from the train passing by but it never bothered me. They provide ear plugs. Close to many stores and restaurants. I felt safe with the keyless entry. Not a single bug in sight, which is unusual for Florida! Would definitely book again!

We stayed overnight for a cruise out of port canvarel. It was an easy comute to the port. Places toeat not too far away. The only negative for my husband was road noise but they provide ear plugs.

Updated older motel but nicely done. Convenient to the Port for cruises about 20 minutes. Could use its own coffee maker but great for an overnight stay before your cruise. Would stay again !!

No front desk! Just a room assignment and door code sent to your email. The room was spacious and very pretty. Frig but no nicrowave. They do have a community area with a Keureg and ice machine...coffee and cream supplied in your room. No breakfast of course.

This is a very nice property, just a couple of things that are call outs. The mirror in the restroom is extremely high and none usable if you are 5’2. No other mirror is provided elsewhere. No USB plug ins, so be sure you have a block charger. I had a little trouble getting the room cool enough for my liking but was tolerable. They are very nice and communicative for other needs like blow dyers. All in All I would stay again but be better prepared with a vanity mirror and not have to run out to buy one and a block charger.

Our only problem is the AC unit could not get our room cool enough. We were sweating like crazy all day and all night. The AC was pumping out cold air, but it just was too hot outside I guess because we were so hot. I wouldn't stay here again anytime when it's hotter than 90 degrees outside.
