Very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Big workout area and laundry for guests. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and woulf definitely stay again.

All around a great hotel in a convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby and an easy hop onto the highway. Breakfast was good, the pool warm, and beds comfortable. Can’t complain about anything.

The hotel bumped me up to a suite because they did not have my room ready upon arrival. I was good with that. There was a huge issue with parking when I returned from my family Christmas. There was a large party in one of the convention rooms and they took all of the parking. A number of guests were not able to park on the property. After driving around for 40 minutes, I told the employee at the desk that I was going to park at the front doors under the canopy for the evening.

Very friendly staff. The gym is small but well equipped, especially the good range of free weights.

We had a full size pick up truck. It was easy parking there was easy enough parking space.

Night staff was helpful when I needed a bandage he found for me right away. Pool was nice and my son utilized the gym stating he enjoyed the options to use there. Excellent stay! Very polite staff.

This hotel was built in 2019 and is modern and clean with a great hot breakfast. Small indoor pool for swimmers and a well equipped fitness room. Costco and many restaurants and shops directly across this major intersection. Staff were very helpful despite some computer glitches during check-in process. Definitely a great place to stay in Barrhaven-Ottawa West/Fallowfield area.

I requested for the room service but they didn't clean the room or change towel. The shower gel was finish and I ask for the replacement but it never came. Other than that it was okay

Staff was extremely friendly & the room was sparkling.

I was surprised by the every-other-day servicing of the room. The minuscule-sized notice on the bathroom mirror hardly provides the guest with this information — I had to go looking for it when I returned to my unserviced room. No chance for clean towels; coffee not replenished (never done during my 3 days at the hotel).

There was some bugs inside the windowsill in my room, other than that it was a great stay.

The building is new but the room was not clean. We found a cookie piece on the floor as well as a juice box straw. It was also a long drive from Ottawa downtown. I would not stay here again if we were to visit Ottawa for fun.

It looks like a very new facility. The surrounding area, if under the control of this Hampton Inn, needs to be cleaned up and properly landscaped. The beds are a bit too high for me and the toilet model is too low.

New building and rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Gym facilities in good condition. Friendly staff. Responsive to guest requests.

Room layout was above par , everything about the room was wonderful except the pillows , most hotels have terrible pillows so I can’t knock them on this .

Wonderful updated room that was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold items. We appreciated the free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The pool is somewhat small but the gym is amazing and the property on a whole was outstanding. Will definitely choose this hotel again if in the area.,

The bathroom doors don't close. They've installed these "barn style" sliding doors which leave huge gaps and allow for ZERO privacy. If you’re sharing a room with friends be prepared to get to know eachother on another level. Or use the public bathroom in the lobby I guess?

There was nowhere to sit in the room apart from very uncomfortable desk chair. Nowhere to sit comfortably elsewhere in the hotel either. No fan in the bathroom. No door to the bathroom (a sliding barn door that does nothing to block air or sound doesn't count). No water pressure and very low water volume in the shower. Mattresses were both uncomfortably firm, but somehow dangerously flimsy at the edges. (I fell out of bed for the first time in my adult life.) The beds are also set ridiculously high, even for a tall person. No soundproofing whatsoever, could easily hear our neighbors using the toilet so thanks for that! Breakfast had every variety of carbohydrate you could want, rubbery "egg" and "cheese" omelets, overcooked potatoes, and yogurt so sugary it was practically a dessert. Very little parking for a hotel of its size, even though there are no other buildings nearby. Despite this, they host events there! There was a wedding during our stay, and there was nowhere for us to park that night. Oh and the mini-fridge barely worked, we turned the dial all the way up but the most it could do was keep beverages cool. The TV was virtually useless, none of the channels had any identifying information and there was no channel guide. Not even on the Hilton-specific programming guide accessible via QR code, which not only listed at least 50 more channels than the TV in our room had access to, it also claimed that Netflix and other services were available on our TV. They were not.

Clean room. Nice big shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

The room was great. Spotless, lovely shower, super comfortable bed. Huge windows in a pretty private area set back from the highway but easy to find. The stay was ideal. Breakfast even had a waffle maker. I did have issues at check in with the reservation having a different room type then what I had booked but they honored the confirmation and switched me to the room I had booked. This wasn't helped by the people ahead of me having their corporate card not work and insisting on resolving it right at the desk - but back up front desk staff would have saved the 15 minutes I waited for them.

Staff doesn't know how to use the computer system. I had prepaid and they charged me again when I checked in. I pointed it out at that time and they said they had fixed it. They didn't, because I was charged again when I checked out. I told them again and they promised to fix it. They didn't. It doesn't matter what amenities a hotel has if you are being double-charged.

Ryan was SUCH a great host. Really appreciated him. Great hotel.

Excellent service especially from staff as main desk

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the interactions with check-in/out and the front desk staff/management was not great. Beware their ‘Pet Friendly’ policy. On the booking site - after a lot of searching - it shows that they charge $50 CAD per pet. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk told me it would be $75 per pet. When I questioned it, he treated me like I was being a nuisance and said it’s always been that way - even though the site says $50. I was told to talk to the manager….who of course was never available. Upon check-out, when I asked about it again, I got the same spiel and they just charged my card the $75 anyway. When I returned home, I called and emailed the manager and they just don’t respond. Terrible customer service. Shame on them for raising the prices once you’re there with your pet and stuck without other options. I enjoyed the hotel but the way they handled the situation has left me not wanting to go back.

Front desk agent had no customer service sence i felt he did not even wanted me there i was served with alot of frustration.

Check in took forever (no attendant was even at the front desk for 15-20 minutes and then when checking was asked if we could wait 5-7 minutes as there were no clean rooms- we checked in at 5:00 pm!!) Room was very clean and beds were comfortable though

The front desk night staff were amazing during an emergency we encountered. They made the right decisions and provided the support needed.

Convenient location near highway 416 and only about 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa. Nice spacious room and free breakfast with lots of options.

We booked this hotel to be not far way from our friends who live in Nepean. Very convenient location in Ottawa suburbs. Clean, has indoor pool and small gym. Breakfast is included which is a plus.

Everything was great about the hotel, but we didn't realize how far out of Ottawa it was and not a very walkable location and no public transit

We stayed one night (family of 5) in the Hampton Inn and really enjoyed our stay. Looks like a brand new hotel as everything was very new and clean. Amenities are very complete also. We had free breakfast the next morning and there were lots of choices. The only downside: there was a birthday party on the main floor and music was really loud until 11:30pm-midnight (i stayed on the 5th floor) however i did not bother to complain as the kids were all sleeping already.

Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is newer, and it shows in cleanliness in the room. The morning breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a great breakfast. The staff we very helpful ensuring there was a steady flow of waffles being prepared for the morning rush. The kitchen area was very clean.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The breakfast was sub-par, everything was cold or room temperature except for the fresh waffles you are able to make yourself.

Excellent room and fitness facility. The breakfast is terrible. Barely edible.
