Amazing hotel, incredible combination of end-of the-century style and super modern technology in every room. The hotel is beautiful. It is a historic building, very well restored to a hotel. Every detail is great. The restaurant is very good too. The only thing is that the roof top bar should open earlier than 6pm, because it is a great view from there, and at night, you see half of it.

Новый отель, свежий, чистый. Практически у реки, недалеко от центральных улиц. Прекрасные завтраки, известный ресторан внутри отеля, хороший и для обедов, и для ужина. Есть небольшой бар на крыше и барный островок в ресторане. Хорошая звукоизоляция, тихо. Окна открываются частично ( щеколда), вида особого нет; в лофт номерах - шикарный вид на Дунай, но окна не открываются. К апгрейдам - не лояльны. Рекомендовала бы отелю ставить больше косметики в номера, с учетом кол ва гостей, так же - чая. И внимательнее относиться к ситуации с пандемией: не снимать маски персоналу, контролировать, в этом смысле, постояльцев. Сделать маски в свободном доступе, поставить больше санитайзеров в отеле.

Absolutely loved our stay at Matild Palace. From the turn down service to the gorgeous property with fun rooftop and great dining at Spago. We really loved this hotel. Also they kept our room extremely tidy and organized even when we unpacked in a frenzy and things got a little messy. Really appreciated the service and it’s very close to everything you’d want to see in Budapest!

Amazing hotel. The best one we stayed at in our entire trip in Europe. The only negative was one night we had the make-up room light clicked on but it was not done but that was only a very minor issue that didn't bother us or affect us at all as when we notified the front desk, they sent someone immediately The facilities on site was amazing! The turkish bath house, steam room, salt room and sauna + relaxation area was out of this world. The bed was the most comfy and luxurious bathroom made the stay absolutely perfect Thank you guys for having us

The views from our balcony was fantastic and the room was great. It was very convenient to shops and restaurants. We ate at the restaurant Spago which had delightful food. We also were able to have a cocktail at the rooftop bar - the atmosphere was amazing - My only suggestion is make a reservation so that you have the most optimal view of the city!

We stayed in a junior suite and it was fabulous and the bathroom was incredible, double sinks, smart toilet, wet room shower and separate tub, warming rack, stereo, etc. only thing that would make it perfect is the toilet to be enclosed for privacy and convenience so others could use sinks, etc. Breakfast buffet or a la carte is great in the spago restaurant, never had dinner there but many options nearby. Roof top bar is great with bar bites and great service.

Stylish, with great staff, in a convenient location for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. Really elegant and nicely designed rooms, with a roomy feel: we were worried that maybe our first floor room would be noisy, but it was quiet. Comfy beds, though pillows could be softer given Hungary is famous for goose down! Great recommendations from the concierge who was consistently helpful, contributed a lot to our enjoyment of Budapest. Good value for money.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! When we checked out early in the morning, my 9-year-old daughter suddenly felt hungry and went into the breakfast area. Even though our last night didn’t include breakfast, the staff kindly gave us two boxes so she could take some food with her — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Everyone we met, from the restaurant staff to the porters who helped with our luggage, was warm, friendly, and professional. I’ve been to Budapest twice, and this is by far my favorite hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel is amazing and it’s my 4th time there on the last 6 months(I’m a lot at Budapest for business)but the moment I have a problem no one help me- My flight suppose to go at 22:00 so I need to go to the airport at 19:00 so I ask them to help me with solutions.. They insist that I need to leave the room at 12:00 and than If I want to stay until 16:00 it’s another 150 EU and after this they can’t offer any solution accept staying at the lobby and shower at the spa…. Is that reasonable-the hotel is not fully booked I check.. I will not come again if I have a flight after 12:00 I will find an hotel with late checkup and that the stuff are willing to help
